I really like coming here for a gel pedicure only. I don't schedule an appointment, but as a walk in I usually get lucky the quality is consistent. I pay $45 for a basic gel pedicure. Today, the quality was lacking but I know that's not usual. I was quoted a 15 minute wait time and waited 25-30. They were really nice and gave me water. I also had to have gel paint removed from my toes, so that took an extra 10mins (no extra charge). Although, the menu says a pedicure is 25 mins, I was there an hour not including my wait time. In the end she didn't massage my legs or do lotion, just some oil and a hot towel. They didn't even help me put my sandals back on, she just went straight to the desk to wait for me to pay. If the pedicure process has changed, I'd prefer the menu description options reflect that. I noticed a difference in customer service as time went on and I declined a manicure. Oh well. read more

Probably the worst mani pedi I've ever done lol. Paid $60 for regular mani pedi and to remove old gel. She didn't even remove all the gel she just painted right over it. I could have painted my nails better myself. She didn't even cut or file my nails.... She still managed to buff my skin off near my big toe. All my nails are different shapes and lengths. Absolutely horrible paint on my skin as well. She almost didn't put top coat on my right hand either I had to remind her. Thank god I decided to do regular paint instead of gel lol. I live 40 minutes north and drove here specifically based on a great visit I had in the past. Was really glad with the attention to detail and happiness at this location. I hate going to nail shops in general, especially when I am afraid the nail techs are going to be mad or grumpy or cut me with their tools. This did not happen here! The one time I do go to someone else for a manicure and pedicure the lady kept the 20 dollar tip SOLEY FOR HERSELF. I mentioned the other 10 was for the other lady who did my pedicure. I used card and then the manicure lady said its a 1 dollar charge which isn't the problem but she pulls another 10 dollar receipt as a tip for the other girl making the tip total 30. I clearly did not permit for this. My total was supposed to be 100 including the card fee. My tip total for both manicurist and pedicurist was 20 which is 10 dollars for both. However, the manicurist decided to add an additional 10 tip on my card to give to the pedicurist while keeping my 20. I didn't really understand what the manicurist was laughing about but upon getting home and noticing the extra 10 dollar charge it's just not ethical. Manicurist mentioned how they were laughing at the amount but honestly the manicurist was greedy and didn't properly distribute the tip instead kept a whole 20 for herself & upcharge my card an additional 10 which made no sense to especially if I gave a 20 dollar bill for them to both have a 10 dollar tip. I've been a loyal customer here for years, always getting a gel pedicure. Unfortunately, I won't be returning. Lately, it seems the nail techs do whatever they want when it comes to shaping nails, regardless of the customer's preferences. Recently, I had acrylics done on both of my big toes. While my right toe was shaped fine, my left toe was much wider at the top than my natural nail. This isn't the first time--I've noticed the same issue with my family member, who also gets pedicures here. When we point out that the shaping is incorrect, the nail tech tries to convince us that it's just how our nails grow, which isn't true. Another issue is the unprofessional behavior. It's clear when the nail techs are talking about us or other customers in their native language, often pointing, laughing, and making us feel uncomfortable. This is unacceptable, especially when we are paying for a service and tipping. People go to nail salons to feel good about themselves, not to feel judged or worry about the quality of the work. Please listen to your customers' requests and focus on providing the service we're paying for, rather than trying to convince us that something is normal when it clearly isn't. read more

They did a regular polish on my daughter, we had to remind them it's suppose to be gel not regular polish; they ended up charging us for "color change". A total of $26. This is the first salon I've been to where they charge you for the polish aside from the package price.... So you pay one total for the pedicure itself and then a separate price for the polish.... Last week my mom treated my sibling and I to a manicure and pedicure for my birthday. We had an appointment and when we arrived they kindly greeted us and showed us to three pedicure chairs next to each other. We were helped almost immediately and the people who were doing our pedicures took their time and did a really great job! None of us wanted polish but they still took their time. They even checked in and made sure the water wasn't too hot and that we knew how to use the very comfortable massage chairs they have. However, I was disappointed in my manicure. I used a reference picture of my own hands from a past manicure to explain what I wanted done. The lady who did my nails immediately pulled out a light pink and started putting it on. I told her I wanted clear nail for the background and would prefer it that way. She literally told me "no, this will be beautiful". I kind of shut down, as I could tell my feelings about my nails didn't matter to her. I sucked it up and didn't repeat myself and let her do the light pink. She then pulled out an even brighter pink and put it on my nail and asked if I liked it. I told her no, I wanted the background clear. She annoyedly wiped the polish off and kept working. I got very little communication from her after that, and felt she was bothered by me speaking up. Then she started my nail design. I'm not super picky, but my mom paid a decent amount for our nails to be done and the quality does not reflect the price we paid. The lines on my nails all have varying weights, lines aren't properly centered, the smile on the smiley face is waaay bigger than the frown on the sad face, and the flames look really wonky and smeared a little (to which, when she noticed, said "you messed it up" and I had literally not moved). When she painted the flames she asked if it was ok and I said "eeeeehhhhh" and she just kept going. At some point my mom and sibling were done and waiting on me so my mom paid out our services and gave me some cash to tip the nail tech when she finished. I put the cash tip in my lap as I waited to be done. A breeze came in and my cash fell onto the floor. Instead of telling me, my nail tech grabbed the $10 and tried to shove it in her drawer before I could notice. When I realized what happened I let her know kindly that was her tip and I had accidentally dropped it. She rudely asked "is this for me or do I have to split with the lady who did your pedicure?" I was unaware that my mom had already tipped out the lady that did our pedicures so I said yes and she seemed even more annoyed. When I went home, my nails immediately started cracking and chipping. Chunks of polish left on the skin around my fingernails resulted in pieces of polish rising up and chipping off around my cuticles. The light pink used (that I didn't ask for) is really unappealing to me. Needless to say, I was very disappointed. I wish I could separate my review into two, because the pedicure and the staff for the pedicure was great! But my nail tech for my manicure left me uncomfortable and disappointed. I didn't catch her name but I would say make sure if you come here for designs that you are comfortable pushing back against your nail tech multiple times. Maybe it was just a one off occurrence with me, I don't know. But definitely not what I wanted. read more

Made an appointment with Tee after a friend recommended her after I complimented how much I loved her nails. I showed her a few inspo pics and told her what I was going for. I like to keep my nails short but a little length. Because my nails are pretty brittle, with her recommendation I did an acrylic overlay and I couldn't be happier. She gave me exactly what I wanted and was super friendly. I'd also like to note that for what I got, acrylic and gel pedicure, it was super affordable! I went home and later decided I wanted to change my nails up a bit and Tee went out of her way on her day off the next day to make sure she accommodated me. I will definitely be back!! This place is not the fanciest nail salon but the massage chairs work and the workers are so nice. I got the European pedicure which was $38 and then I got gel for my polish so it was around $56. My nails started coming off in a matter of three days. I called and spoke to Quinn about the issues and made my way over to their shop to have the nails fixed. Keep in mind my acrylics have always last 3-4 weeks, no problem. I've never had an issue like this before, ever. They lazily glued them back on and I thought that was the end of it. That night one of the nails painfully came off and I noticed when I showered my hair would get stuck under the nails because they were all lifting. I immediately called and spoke to Taylor who told me to come in and have it fixed. By that point all of them were lifting. I came in today and I'm assuming the manager came up and told me how she talked to Taylor and how my nails were the problem while also telling me their technique could have been the problem and she said she would "do them and make them strong." What the hell does that mean? It means it really was the nail person who fucked up. She tried to tell me I waited too long to say anything. I called two days after the first few nails fell off and I called a day after they "fixed" my nails. I don't enjoy having to deal with issues, wasting my gas to go there. I'd rather do anything else. I don't want free work. I want the issue fixed. She offered me a $10 discount off of $48 to fix what they did and I walked out. I will never recommend this place, nor will I be back. They lost out on a solid customer. Long term customers are what keep nail salons open. I'm going to be sure to tell all of the girls I work with to go elsewhere. I will be sure to post this on google and anywhere else to make sure folks know what they're getting into if they come here. read more
