I went on Saturday, I made an appointment because I was in the area. My services was pedicure for 2 people but my friend was running less than 5 mins late. The lady who was assign to do his pedicure keep asking me where he was and she started complaint with the owner, when he arrived she started doing his pedi she already was in a bad moon. After the service he complained about one of his toes hurt and yes she hurtes him. Avoid this place. I asked for a simple nail removal. I told her they were sensitive from the acrylic so to be careful and she used her own nail as well as a acrylic nail to flick them off. The whole time I'm asking her to soak them first and be gentle and she's not listening. Once they are off she lightly files them for 1 sec and then sends me away with my nails looking like this. How can you send someone away from your salon looking like THIS ?! Omg I'm shook . No oil , no buffing .. couldn't do the bare minimum. Thanks to fellow yelpers I came across this hidden gem. Walked in 2 hours before closing on a Sunday. Pros: Immediately greeted with small talk and offered a seat. Modern design with gray flooring, white stations, tan leather seats, open concept, and spacious location. No lingering fumes with lots of lighting and a well kept restroom. Ample (free) parking conveniently located to the far right of the shopping center. Cons: Its a bit hidden and there is a $1 fee if you pay with a card along with signs that recommend tipping in cash. One of the cleanest and most inviting shops I have come across. Without question the service, cleanliness, and talent is well worth the trip. read more

I've been here twice and the 1st time wasn't bad nothing special but not bad either. I stopped by this morning to get a full set and a gel pedicure, everything started off well but unfortunately the woman that did my nails dropped the ball and I ended up hating my nails, they look like Easter eggs and all she kept saying was "the color is cute". Unfortunately due to work I don't have very many options to visit anywhere else and or the time to stray too far away from home so this was the next best thing but I'm upset. I expressed that I disliked the color but from the very beginning she said she had mixed powders to get close to the color I wanted, i will be posting an a image of what I wanted an an image of what I got. Anyway, she had been answering the phone throughout our session and I didn't think anything of it until more people started walking in and she opted to multitask by waxing them, answer the phone and do my nails- I strongly feel that's why she messed up as bad as she did on my right hand. I am extremely dissatisfied. I had requested a French tip and decided against it after seeing that the pink she used wasn't what I asked for, it would have simply washed out the white. Needless to say I will not be returning here and plan on going to a different nail shop to have these removed. I will mention that the staff is nice, but unfortunately nail techs put too much on their plate at the expense of the person In front of them- I didn't cause a scene I simply paid and tipped and left. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. I made an appointment for two pedicures in advance and we couldn't even sit together number one. The color choice is so slim and then while I got my pedicure the woman doing it cut into the side of my foot so deep I bled for the next 15 minutes. then she began after to put nail polish remover on the cut and it was stinging and burning so bad even before she did that and then the acetone just made it burn even more. I let her know it was very painful but she never apologized and the manager never said a word or offered to compensate me. My whole pedicure was so painful and un enjoyable. NO ONE APOLOGIZED AT ALL. Then AFTER I paid another woman apologized on my way out. I WILL NEVER BE GIVING THEM MY BUSINESS AGAIN AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. This place is my jam! Inexpensive prices, quick service and I always leave happy. The deluxe spa pedicure is the best- best foot and leg massage I've ever had.
