I used to be a regular for this place, but this place has really gone downhill lately. When Bella works the experience is great, but often when it's her staff working they just don't seem to care about the customers that much. I had a bad experience today and I think it was the final straw. I sadly won't be coming back and will need to find a different eyebrow place. First of all, I called to make sure they closed at 6 like their website/yelp says and the girl working there told me 5:45, which seems to me she just wanted to leave early or make sure no one comes in right before 6. Her whole attitude was not welcoming and even though I arrived at 5:20, she made me feel like an inconvenience the whole time. Her whole attitude was just not friendly and more on the rude side. They also increased their prices lately and I just don't think the service is worth it anymore. read more

My eyebrows are a bit finicky to deal with but the woman who threaded me (on a Sunday woohoo) did a phenomenal job. It was one of the least painful threading experiences I've had; she was so gentle. Lots of parking and I was able to walk-in with a 5 minute wait. read more

This is an updated review. I went on 2/15, unfortunately Bella was not there. Some other person was working there. Young girl, seem bothered. She was not good. Did not even ask how i want my eyebrows. She seemed rushed ever though no one was there. She did not clean up my eyebrows very well at the corners, I did not notice until I got home. I definitely hate to be THAT person to leave a 3 star review but I'm having some VERY mixed feelings right now. First off, let me say that Bella does an amazing job with threading brows. I had a few instances where I would drive to the shop and they weren't even open (three times). The owner was nice enough to give me a call and try to schedule a time with me (two of the three times I declined and the last time I was able to). In total, I've been here 4 times. And today, I am sad to say that I am disappointed. Usually, it takes me a while to understand how I feel when I'm not really sure if I'm satisfied.... which is why I did not tell the guy who did my brows anything. This was a completely new person that I haven't seen before and decided to just go with it even though I wasn't really feeling the vibes. He was not gentle and he was VERY rushed. My brows are not on "fleek" and I even started bleeding. They are uneven and have gaps. He made me flinch more than a few times just by how rushed and rough he was. After he did my eyebrows, I was worried about my upper lip because of the rapid speed! Let's just say I did not say no and I'm disappointed in MYSELF. He clipped my lip a few times and I know it's a sensitive area but I overall did not like this experience at all. The "ending" of my slight curved arches are not even. One is thicker than the other.... I'll be posting pictures and you can determine for yourself. In combination of all my experiences with this threading salon, I'm giving 3 stars just because Bella is that good. After everything, I don't think I will be going back. read more

A man sits at the desk greeting and instructing customers to sign-in. Same person collects payments at the end of your session. Threading is done by a young female. It was very busy and there was one woman working but she was very sweet and took her time on everyone including me. I requested a full face and there was no patches of hair left behind she did a great job and I'm not sure if she used a thinner type of thread because this was not as painful as my other experiences and there wasn't as much irritation or redness.
