I've been getting my nails done here for some time now, but I have to say, Tracy really outdid herself this time! I brought in a picture of a specific nail style I wanted for this weekend and she absolutely delivered. My nails came out even better than I imagined! Tracy's customer service is amazing. She really takes the time to make sure you're happy with the results. The atmosphere is calming, the salon is clean, and everyone is so welcoming. Some may say it's a little out of the way but honestly, the service and reasonable prices make it completely worth the drive. And of course, it doesn't hurt to leave a good tip when you receive such great service! I highly recommend Tracy and this salon if you're looking for beautiful nails, great service, and a relaxing experience. I'll definitely be coming back! read more

My gel manicure never lifts or chips, and their pedicures relax me especially with the leg massage after a hard workout running or from the gym. I appreciate their quality and customer service. This place is WONDERFUL. I havent had a relaxing vibe in such a long time. Most places are so loud and you cant even relax. Su put me to sleep! She was so gentle and so sweet. I was in town visiting from out of town staying at the new Gaylord hotel and needed a break from the water park with my kids. Stopped in as a walk in for a mani pedi and only had to wait about 20 min while sitting in a massage chair. Very comfortable! I did a basic mani and a deluxe pedi and left very happy. I've come here for about two years now, right when they changed over management. Since then I've come to Paula. She gives the best pedicures. She always takes her time and my pedicures last! Also, she is the sweetest. She texts me and checks up on me, she's just such a welcoming and genuine person. The shop owner and other technicians are also very sweet and welcoming. Love this salon! read more

I really like this nail shop but was annoyed with my last visit. Took my girls and told the ladies what they wanted. What i didn't like is that in order to charge more they kept asking if they wanted flowers and stickers and designs. Charged $1 for some stickers that were teeny tiny. When i was done with my pedicure i was standing next to my daughter to see how it was going and the tech kept telling me to go have a seat. No, i want to see how it's going and don't want to go take a seat. I just felt like they were being sneaky. Did not like that at all. read more

This place is honestly great. I came with my mom & we got pedicures. We were initially in a hurry but they managed to get us both finished at the same time, very convenient. The whole time they were SO friendly. All the workers have a great vibe to them. Not only is my pedicure amazingly done, but I love how genuine and nice all the girls there are I HIGHLY recommend coming here. I don't live in town :( or else I would make this my forever nail place. read more

I was a walk in with my 3 year old and they treated us so great - both got pedicures. I am very pregnant and needed my feet done before baby's arrival but they are not my finest feature at the moment and the woman taking care of me just took her time, put in SO much effort and was so kind! If we lived closer, I'd go here every single time. Music playing, nice chairs...definitely a great place! read more

I found this place on Yelp, and I decided to give it a try. I love to support local businesses, and Crystals did not disappoint. The main reason why I give this place 5 stars is because of Paula. Beautiful clean salon. The ladies are all so accommodating and friendly. I popped in on a Friday afternoon around 2:15 for a pedicure. There were a few customers, but no wait. It eventually got busy, but no one had to wait more than 5 minutes. I highly recommend Paula!! She was extremely gentle and did a fantastic job. I often avoid pedicures because of the arthritis pain in my feet. But Paula was gentle and thorough. My feet feel fantastic! I'll definitely be going back for a facial wax and maybe massage! read more

This is a brand new nail spa under new ownership- after a complete renovation of the existing space, they reopened in December 2022. All the ladies were kind, attentive and talented. If you have special custom requests they can flex and perform! I'm currently missing two toenails due to running (runners know )... and they were able to build false nails with polish. You cannot even tell I'm missing them. It is beautiful, clean, and very relaxing. 4/5 stars; only because the location is convenient and right next to things like drive thru Starbucks etc, but because of the urban location there are a lot of transient people in front. I watched kids pay one person cash to go buy them things (probably due to being underage) etc. Some of the add ons were expensive in my opinion considering location- gel is an extra $15 for each mani/pedi which is on the higher side of pricing I have seen. read more

Walked into what I thought was Tina's nails, but I saw "new management" sign. I was a bit apprehensive, however the new manager Tracy put me right at ease. Tina the previous owner sold the business and is now on a permanent vacation. I got my regular deluxe mani and pedi that I usually get. Prices are a bit higher, but not too much. Salon is totally remodeled and they autoclave all the tools as usual. I was impressed with the cleanliness, friendly staff and attention to detail. My pedicure was soooooo luxurious. read more

This nail salon is absolutely gorgeous! Very clean, spacious, and so many wonderful services to choose from. They have a very vast color selection to pick from, and the overall ambiance is so serene and welcoming. One of the biggest things that makes this salon as wonderful as it is is Paula. I've been following Paula for a few years already and her quality of service and work is AMAZING. I refuse to go to anyone else for a pedicure. Anywhere where Paula goes- is 5 stars in my eyes. She's very thoughtful, detailed in her work, and takes her time to ensure that everything is done perfectly. She makes you feel so comfortable. I came here following Paula from iNails. She is more than an incredible aesthetician she is a friend. I now live in the UK but made sure that the very next day after I landed that I came here to get pampered. No one takes care of you as well as Paula and this place really lucked out in getting her. The other aestheticians are very nice, welcoming and make sure that customers are well taken care of whether they be new or returning.
