Luxurious Nails & Spa has gotten redone. Lori does my pedicure and T (owner) has been doing my nails for over 10 years! This place is clean, vibrant and all around just a great place to unwind.While getting the best service.The new Spa chairs are top tier Contégo spa chairs which make me feel great knowing they are sanitized properly. I recommend the Diamond Pedicure- I chose the Lychee Aloe scent it smells AMAZING which comes with a salt scrub, detox masque, and massage butter. I always add my callus remover!

I have been coming here for over 5 years, Tee is amazing at the art of doing nails. I have got dip and acrylic nails, both I am beyond pleased with. Thin and natural looking. Lori is wonderful if you are looking for a relaxing pedicure she's your girl!

I got nail fungus after going here 3 times. Nail tech works too fast and too messy pedicures are great! I don't recommend them for artificial nails.. nails are too thick and uneven. Ladies are friendly and shop is clean.

Worst place to do your acrylic nails in imperial beach. We went in as walks in about an hour after they opened for two pedicures and one full set. Pedicures went great the sweet women who did my feet at least was amazing and patient. Then another women started prepping my hands for acrylic during my pedicure which was fine until she started doing everything way too fast. I completely understand them having appointments soon after us and wanting to get us in and out as soon as possible but if you can't work at a sufficient speed to provide quality nails then you need to slow down. She started gluing nail tips and because I'm in the middle of trying to enjoy my pedicure she puts 2 on and it's lopsided and I didn't notice until she started laying the acrylic down. Not to mention I'm trying to enjoy the pedi and she yanking at my hands and has me at an awkward position. Then she took me to her chair and started rushing me as if she could work efficiently at that speed and I told her to fix the lopsided nails she kept filing them from the sides making them look worst. She had said she was gonna use dip powder for the white tips, brought it out and never used it. I'm assuming because as I was sitting at her chair more customers came in so she started working way too fast painting these horrible white tips with no care at all. There was a woman who got upset at them while I was sitting there about how long they were making her wait. I tried to show her what she was doing but she didn't care that I didn't like it and that her work was sloppy. The vibe in there was giving nursing home. Worst nail experience I've ever had.

They did a horrible job, one of the ladies that did my nails literally told me to put back in my hand where it drys your nails very fast but it was burning my nails and I told her that it's burns and it's hurting me a lot and she told me "I know but you have put it there for a while" and when I did I noticed that she got a bit frustrated. She basically did what she wanted and when I told her that the nails looks too thick she told me that's how it should be so I just let it slide. The only good service that I got was the lady that did my toes that's it. I wouldn't recommend coming in here because I only went because it was last minute and the lady told me that the nails will last longer and they didn't and they fell off and this the result after they fell off, they basically burned my real nails and I can't get the pink paint removed. Horrible service! read more

I have been getting my pedicures with Alice for two years at this location. She is amazing. If you need a pedicure, I highly recommend her. I am giving a 1 star because the owner is rude, mean to her workers, condescending to the customers, and does not care about the customer request. I was convinced by the owner, her name is Te, to start doing powder nails. The first few times were fine because I was doing black nails, but I did not like that she would rush the service and was constantly answering calls and simultaneously doing other customer nails. Sometimes, she would mess up because of this, and she would get mad if I pointed out the uneven nails, the powder that would be stuck to my skin, and the thickness. I should have stopped using her services at this point. When the holidays came, I wanted white with sparkles. The first two times, she accommodated my request, but after that, she started to do whatever she wanted. The first time, she gave me pink nails despite my request for the white sparkly nails. I cried because I dislike the color pink but I paid for the service anyway. The second time I showed her a picture of the original white nails with sparkles (which she did) but again she decided to do them pink. I was so sad I told her I did not feel it was fair to pay for the nails this time. She became upset and told me I was no longer allowed in her nail shop. This is unfortunate as I was never interested in powder nails. I was only a customer here for the pedicures Alice provides. It is very disheartening that I will no longer get to do my pedicures with Alice. read more

I left before doing a soak off because the nail tech pulled out some dirty nail clippers. Literally a pice of somebody human nail fell out of it right in front of me. They're clearly using I sanitized tools on everyone omg. read more

0/10 customer service ! This place over books and has one person working on two people at a time. While i was getting my toes done the guy was drilling my toes fast like he was in a hurry and kept drilling my skin in the process which hurt ! The other person I was with was in the middle of getting her nails done then that's when another customer walked in and the lady stopped what she was doing and began to do the other ladies nails. Definitely won't be coming here again. read more

Luxurious nails here in IB never fails. Cici, Lori, and Jack are the best!!! This review is overdue for me .. My friend has been religiously coming here for years but has since moved to travel nurse .. but whenever she comes back into town, this is always on her to-do list! They not only were able to fit us in,but they did it by opening up 45 minutes early for the 3 of us. Thank you again! Their prices are the best for the most amazing treatments ever! My feet were looking pretty and Cici turned them into soft, beautiful ones. The at least 15 minute leg/feet massage was my favorite Thank you again !!! read more

The one guy who works there as the cashier and sometimes takes clients, is the worst. HE SNEEZED ON MY FOOT AND DID NOT SAY SORRY OR CLEAN MY FOOT WITH ALCOHOL OR ANYTHING ! Also he does not know how to cut ingrowns. If you're gonna go here please ask for Alex. She's great but this guy needs to stay behind the register. Also the staff did not support my decision when I requested someone else finish up my mani/pedi. Not getting the mani after all. read more

I've left review about this spot before and I'm back- cause it's that good! Lol look- I'm not usually in a rush when I come so I don't mind the wait, especially if my set is gonna be on point and look beautiful. Any who! Ms. T is a master of her craft. She gets down, all the staff and ladies are very nice, they always remember your name, even my husband's! :) it's a cool lil spot, pedicures Ms. Alex or Ms. Lori both do great! I've been going here about a year now and have never had an issue, all the workers are so sweet and are all great at their jobs. I'm always leaving satisfied with the work that they do! Only thing I would recommend is to make an appointment as they do get VERY busy. I personally go to Cici for my nails, but they all do amazing jobs. read more

I love this place for pedicures! Very clean place. They are al extremely nice and funny! I have been coming here for a couple of years now and will keep coming back. It doesn't matter who does my pedicure they do a great job. They have good massage chairs and they always make sure the water feels good. I can't say anything about manicures as I don't get that done here but the people I see leaving always leave happy with their nails. read more

Update: I wentd back as promised and I was still just as satisfied as was the first time. Kathleen did my pedicure and she did not disappoint. So Sweet and friendly, she even picked out a color for me that perfectly matched my dip manicure. Definitely found my new nails girls! This time I made and appointment and I did not have to wait they were ready for me when I got there! My pet peeve is waiting while I have made an appointment. So far so good!! GO HERE, ask for Cici that's all you need to know! The service was as amazing and Cici did a FANTASTIC job on my dipping powder manicure. This will definitely be my new nail place. read more

This place used to be one of my favorite places to get my nails done in IB. Came back to visit family and get a manicure. My nail tech wouldn't give her name after I asked her, knowing I was unhappy with the out come. I wanted natural pink acrylic with flowers simple. She decided to do dark pink dip powder. She made them so thick it looks like a child did them and was mad when I asked another girl to fix them and started yelling about me not likening them. I will not be getting my nails done here again or by the lady with tattooed on eye brows. I highly recommend going to a different shop if I could give zero stars I would smiling. Absolutely horrible and rude employees. read more

I looooove this salon! The service is amazing. I've been jumping around looking for the perfect spot and found it here! I've been going to see T for about 7-7 months now. I get the Dip (powder) and it's helped my nails grow longer, thicker, and healthier. They have the friendliest staff and T is the best at shaping nails. I recommend this spot 100%!!!!! I made the mistake of going to a different spot out of laziness a few weeks ago and regretted it. There was a noticeable difference in quality. read more

Her whole attitude was not welcoming and even though I arrived at 5:20, she made me feel like an inconvenience the whole time. Her whole attitude was just not friendly and more on the rude side. They also increased their prices lately and I just don't think the service is worth it anymore.

I had a nail emergency (something I thought I'd never say haha). A couple of my nails broke and I was too far from my normal nail shop to make it. Pictures were about to be taken of me within the hour and goodness knows you cant have messed up nails for that. I called and they were able to squeeze me into their busy schedule to fix my 3 broken nails. The nail tech that helped me did it amazingly fast and they looked fantastic when she was done. And to top it off she was super friendly and not at all annoyed by my last min request. I'll definitly be going back there in the future. Prices seem pretty on par with everywhere else. omggggg I'm crying... I love this place. I have very strong nails and they grow out very pretty. one of them cracked and I asked then to fix it. because they have done it for me before. they did an amazing job, but not only that. The following day, I had an accident and cracked my nail againn. I was lucky it wasn't my finger. I came in last minute, thinking there was no way they could help me that late.
