Very clean establishment. Nail polish was up to date and not gross. Lots of options. Pedicures are done with a plastic liner so no soaking in a "community," pedicure tub. I had the pleasure of having Jenny assist me today and she was amazing! She was very thorough did a cute design, was kind, and amazing. I had a great experience. It's clean, the music wasn't too loud, everyone was kind and I will certainly be back. read more

The lady doing my pedi was nice but the girl doing my husband's was kinda of rude. I also said I would go with #3 which was $38 and my husband got #4 which was $58. At the end the lady charged me $59 and $50 with my card. I was confused and went back to ask why it was $50 when the #3 was $38 well she charged me another $10 because she did the #4 when I specifically said the #3. I had already tipped or I would've lowered what I gave them. She also kept insisting on me getting gel. She did not even get my toes painted right, the corners aren't painted. Overall I'll be going to my usual spot because they're too pushy here and ended up ignoring what I wanted just to charge me more. read more

I've been coming to INails for a very very long time. With customer service hard to find these days I'm very disappointed that this INails on 4th street Chula Vista is starting to lose their's. Made an appointment and always ask what the availability is, it would be at that time that Cathy the head chair and on of the person's that makes tge appointments to know and make sure your appointment will be somewhat on time. My appointment was at 5:15pm and when I arrived my person was with another person I get delays but 30minutes later and she's barely polishing!!! I got an left and you know what's sad it didn't even phase them. WOW! I guess loyalty is not important neighter is customer service read more

My best friend and I were looking for a place to get our nails & and toes done for my wedding! We were so welcomed as soon as we stepped in! Sometimes at nail salons we don't get that type of greeting. We were seated right away and the ladies were on it ! I never got a pedicure before and Ivy did a fabulous job! She made me feel relaxed and also made my toes super clean and beautiful! Jenny spent so much time on my nails. She wasn't rushed and she got exactly what I wanted but better!! She notice how dry my hands were due to the cold weather and did everything to make me feel relaxed and feel beautiful for my big day! Definitely recommend coming here, all the staff are welcoming! I'd rate zero if allowed. Absolute worst manicure/pedicure I've ever received. Pedicure was very painful and made me bleed (I asked nicely multiple times for gentler treatment and finally had to say that I would walk out if she continued being so rough.) manicure is terrible with half manicured cuticles and all nails different lengths and shapes and super thick polish. Didn't use color I selected (which I didn't notice until almost completed and didn't want to sit through more). The ladies were also very rude. Would not return even to get them fixed for free. read more

This was one of my go to spots but the last two times I didn't get good service. They never scrub my feet right even though I get the package with callus remover. I went last Thursday around 3pm and got the man with blonde hair. I got number #2 with gel. Mind you I never really get gel and the one time I chose to.... I didn't get a good massage. He didn't cut my nails right OR even bothered to file them. By the time I got home two of the toe nail polish completely came off in one piece! Gel nail polish usually lasts me about 3-4 weeks when done right. It didn't even last one day!! Worst of all I came to the realization that he used soiled tools. Very disappointing to pay $60 for such bad service. Will not be returning any more. read more

First time utilizing this spa's services. Clean, fully staffed, well-ventilated, wide range of colors / finishes from which to choose. Staff is very friendly, and for the most part, accommodating. I had a gel pedi, mani w/ fill and eyebrow waxing - all performed by three different ppl. My pedi and eyebrow waxing were great. The mani w/ fill was where they lost Me, unfortunately. The (only) male nail tech was not good at communicating, nor do I feel as if he was listening when I shared the specifics of what I wanted (medium length, squoval, matte red). While taking a brief phone call during My set, he double trimmed one of My fingernails, leaving it glaringly shorter than every other nail. When I brought it to his attention and asked if he could fix it, he laughed and dismissively said "Oh it came like that from what other place you went before this." Well, as a stickler, I knew this wasn't true... Additionally, I had to ask him to trim My natural nails behind the fill, and he left extra polish and acrylic at the back of most of the nails....with no attempt to clean them up. They don't process tips on card payments, so some cash would be convenient when visiting. Wish I was informed of this when I called to make the appointment. read more

Been coming here for about 4 months now. Not sure why I forget to check in or even review, what can I say I guess get caught in relaxing spa mode. Prices are not as expensive as other places which is why I keep coming back, live that it's not to noisy music is nice not to loud weekdays are better however I normally make appointments with Mimi for manicure and Amy and Kathy pedicure they are my fav tech gals. They have complimentary drinks just ask if they forget to offer. read more

Is sanitizing tools before using them on the next client no longer a thing? I had a male tech do a pedicure on me. Not only did he make me bleed, I watched him put the tools he used on me back into the blue "sealed" bag without doing any kind of sanitizing. I THEN watched him re-open the tool bag again for the client directly after me and started using the tools on her feet. Definitely going to report this to the necessary people. Be cautious when getting services done here. read more

The place is very clean and relaxing, I try to come in every couple weeks to get my pedicure and Tammy is my go to tech. I followed her from another location and I'll explain why. I always get these painful ingrown toenails, Yes, I've had surgery but they still grow back. Tammy has been so amazing with getting my ingrowns out without causing some crazy pain. I'm also very happy with the fact that even though they grow back she is very careful when removing them and does not leave small nails that later dig into my skin. I appreciate her patience and kindness when it comes to her services provided. I highly recommend her if your someone like me that has an ingrown toenail issue. read more

I've came here plenty of times, I'm not always satisfied but for the most part everyone is good. Kathy is great, loved Paula (she's not there anymore) Anthony is good. Today I was completely dissatisfied it's a new guy, that obviously doesn't care about his work! Sloppy did the bare minimum to clean my toes & literally bare minimum on his nail polish "technique" he didn't cover the full nail & left nail polish on my skin. He seen that the nail polish got messed up from the paper towel & he didn't even offer to fix it! SLOPPY! They should hire people who enjoy their job and understand that we represent their work! read more

So I know I'm really bad at Math...but a $28 pedicure plus $17 extra for gel and a $17 manicure plus $15 for gel totals $77...Why was I charged $80? As I write this review from urgent care; it's important more people are aware of true dangers of improper hygiene and tool care. I have been coming to INails for over a year now and raved so much about it I had to bring my mom! Well, I definitely regret that decision now. Two days ago I went in for a routine pedicure, nothing crazy. Pedicure looked great but felt a little painful, I just chopped it up to my ingrown toe nails. I paid and left with a little limp. A few hours later the pain was excruciating! I decided I'd go to urgent care the next day! Thank goodness I did! The PA said I had the most intense nail infection she has ever seen. She started me on heavy antibiotics and told me to go to the ER if there needs to be puss drained. Well.... Let's just say the ER did not get a visit last night but I do get to keep my toe which is truly a blessing!! PEOPLE BEWARE!! I am only 3 days post pedicure writing this review! If I waited a few more hours or days who knows what couldn't happened!! TLDR: un-sanitized tools caused me to go to the ER read more

She is very nice and informative about the difference about what type of styles of nails. I would totally come back again to get my manicure . It's so dumb, but I literally cried when I got to my car because of how bad the manicure was and how I didn't speak up and stand up for myself. My nails were short to begin with, just needed to be a little smoother, but they were filed way too short. The polish doesn't cover any full nail. Instead of cleaning up the spots of polish that were left on my skin with polish remover, the technician cut them off with cuticle cutters. I did t have enough time to really choose the color I wanted, so I impulsively chose one. After she painted the first 3 nails, I changed my mind about the color and asked if it was too late to change. She said no, but I perceived the look on her face as kind of a dirty look. I didn't want her to be mad at me, so I told her to continue, but I'm really unhappy with the color as well. I should have said something, but I didn't feel comfortable asking for a redo after the whole job was done. The pedicure is fine (it was done by another nail tech) except that some of my toenails were filed at an angle. read more

Got a #2 European pedi with gel service. According to their pamphlet it said it was a 40 min service. They took 2 hours! I think the first lady who was helping me was learning because she was extremely slow! Another lady had to come and finish her job. Not coming back. Took too long for a pedi. read more

Beware that starting price goes from $55+ for a full set ombré and it ended up coming out to $71 in total and she didn't even file down my original nails nor cleaned up the inside how most places do!The shaping is decent but definitely doesn't match the other hand. read more

i came in for a fill and pedicure.pedicure went great but when it came to my nails holly told me she should do a take off and start a new set my nails were rough so i agreed. she didnt soak anything off instead ripped off my old set causing so much damage to my natural nails my fingers were sore! it hurt so much so she began the new set left them so thin i had ti return aftera day and a half to get a fix on my middle finger after it cracked not only did she try and blame me but made me wait in between clients and tried to fix them twice. this has been by far the worst experience at the nail salon for me so please dont let holly do your nails she left mine horrible and lifting after 2 days not worth the $50 i spent to have them done. only reason i gave it 2 atars was because my pedicure was good. read more

My first time I got a gel full set with Lee and the second time a refill with Steven they both do a great job. They have a great variety of colors. This place is very relaxing. Steven is the BEST nail technician I have ever crossed paths with. I feel so lucky to have found him. I always get so many compliments on my nails thanks to him. He does an excellent job every time. She was gentle with my hands which I appreciated. I've been some places where my wrist hurts afterwards. The only questions she asked was how short to cut them and if I liked the shape. The shape is different than what I came in with but it doesn't look bad. They have a bit more of a rounded apex when you look for the side and I like them more flat but it's not a big deal. It's just preference. I also got my eyebrows waxed. There's a small room right are the beginning of the hallway that is overcrowded for its size but serves its purpose. She was quick and efficient with my eyebrows. No complaints. The general feel of the place of slightly crowded because they have a lot of stations and pedicure chairs. The staff that didn't have clients were just scattered around doing their own thing. It seems like a nice place. Calm. I would go back if I needed to in a pinch and my regular person isn't available.
