Very clean establishment. Nail polish was up to date and not gross. Lots of options. Pedicures are done with a plastic liner so no soaking in a "community," pedicure tub. The lady doing my pedi was nice but the girl doing my husband's was kinda of rude. I also said I would go with #3 which was $38 and my husband got #4 which was $58. At the end the lady charged me $59 and $50 with my card. I was confused and went back to ask why it was $50 when the #3 was $38 well she charged me another $10 because she did the #4 when I specifically said the #3. I had already tipped or I would've lowered what I gave them. She also kept insisting on me getting gel. She did not even get my toes painted right, the corners aren't painted. I'd rate zero if allowed. Absolute worst manicure/pedicure I've ever received. Pedicure was very painful and made me bleed (I asked nicely multiple times for gentler treatment and finally had to say that I would walk out if she continued being so rough.) manicure is terrible with half manicured cuticles and all nails different lengths and shapes and super thick polish. Didn't use color I selected (which I didn't notice until almost completed and didn't want to sit through more). The ladies were also very rude. This was one of my go to spots but the last two times I didn't get good service. They never scrub my feet right even though I get the package with callus remover. I went last Thursday around 3pm and got the man with blonde hair. I got number #2 with gel. Mind you I never really get gel and the one time I chose to.... I didn't get a good massage. He didn't cut my nails right OR even bothered to file them. By the time I got home two of the toe nail polish completely came off in one piece! Gel nail polish usually lasts me about 3-4 weeks when done right. It didn't even last one day!! Worst of all I came to the realization that he used soiled tools. First time utilizing this spa's services. Clean, fully staffed, well-ventilated, wide range of colors / finishes from which to choose. Staff is very friendly, and for the most part, accommodating. I had a gel pedi, mani w/ fill and eyebrow waxing - all performed by three different ppl. My pedi and eyebrow waxing were great. The mani w/ fill was where they lost Me, unfortunately. The (only) male nail tech was not good at communicating, nor do I feel as if he was listening when I shared the specifics of what I wanted (medium length, squoval, matte red). While taking a brief phone call during My set, he double trimmed one of My fingernails, leaving it glaringly shorter than every other nail. When I brought it to his attention and asked if he could fix it, he laughed and dismissively said "Oh it came like that from what other place you went before this." Well, as a stickler, I knew this wasn't true... Additionally, I had to ask him to trim My natural nails behind the fill, and he left extra polish and acrylic at the back of most of the nails....with no attempt to clean them up. They don't process tips on card payments, so some cash would be convenient when visiting. Wish I was informed of this when I called to make the appointment. read more

The place is very clean and relaxing, I try to come in every couple weeks to get my pedicure and Tammy is my go to tech. I followed her from another location and I'll explain why. I always get these painful ingrown toenails, Yes, I've had surgery but they still grow back. Tammy has been so amazing with getting my ingrowns out without causing some crazy pain. I'm also very happy with the fact that even though they grow back she is very careful when removing them and does not leave small nails that later dig into my skin. Is sanitizing tools before using them on the next client no longer a thing? I had a male tech do a pedicure on me. Not only did he make me bleed, I watched him put the tools he used on me back into the blue "sealed" bag without doing any kind of sanitizing. I THEN watched him re-open the tool bag again for the client directly after me and started using the tools on her feet. Definitely going to report this to the necessary people. Today I was completely dissatisfied it's a new guy, that obviously doesn't care about his work! As I write this review from urgent care; it's important more people are aware of true dangers of improper hygiene and tool care. I have been coming to INails for over a year now and raved so much about it I had to bring my mom! Well, I definitely regret that decision now. Two days ago I went in for a routine pedicure, nothing crazy. Pedicure looked great but felt a little painful, I just chopped it up to my ingrown toe nails. I paid and left with a little limp. A few hours later the pain was excruciating! I decided I'd go to urgent care the next day! Thank goodness I did! The PA said I had the most intense nail infection she has ever seen. She started me on heavy antibiotics and told me to go to the ER if there needs to be puss drained. Well.... Let's just say the ER did not get a visit last night but I do get to keep my toe which is truly a blessing!! PEOPLE BEWARE!! I am only 3 days post pedicure writing this review! If I waited a few more hours or days who knows what couldn't happened!! TLDR: un-sanitized tools caused me to go to the ER read more

It's so dumb, but I literally cried when I got to my car because of how bad the manicure was and how I didn't speak up and stand up for myself. My nails were short to begin with, just needed to be a little smoother, but they were filed way too short. The polish doesn't cover any full nail. Instead of cleaning up the spots of polish that were left on my skin with polish remover, the technician cut them off with cuticle cutters. I did t have enough time to really choose the color I wanted, so I impulsively chose one. After she painted the first 3 nails, I changed my mind about the color and asked if it was too late to change. She said no, but I perceived the look on her face as kind of a dirty look. I didn't want her to be mad at me, so I told her to continue, but I'm really unhappy with the color as well. I should have said something, but I didn't feel comfortable asking for a redo after the whole job was done. The pedicure is fine (it was done by another nail tech) except that some of my toenails were filed at an angle. read more
