Please be carful with this place, they do not do good manicure, pedicures, they rush you to get the next customer and they do not do good hair coloring. Keep your money, IVY hair dresser bleached my hair however she missed to bleach all. She left me looking like a cheetah. She did not add the color I wanted after bleached. When she was done, I told her it was not the color in the picture she insisted it was. When I looked at my hair I seen black spots, she started laughing and said "sorry girl that's your hair it didn't grab there" I told her I need it fixed she said not today. I called her same day I left and she asks me to come back 4 days later to fix. I had to go to work with the horrible hair color. When I asked her if she can fix she said yes but I'll have to charge possibly, I will need to speak to my boss. This is horrible, the right thing to do should have been to correct the color to make the client happy and not keep looking like a clown. No respect nor consideration. She took the money but never offered to make this issue better the day of. She also cut my hair, horrible didn't even part, literally cut straight across. Horrible person, says she been doing hair 10 years. IVY needs to go back to school and learn to cut, color and make her customers happy. DONT COME HERE!! I had a terrible experience at this nail salon. The technician was extremely rude and made the whole appointment uncomfortable. She kept squeezing my hand very hard and it was honestly painful. She had no idea what she was doing. I asked for something very simple just a basic French tip and she couldn't even do that properly.The application was very messy and bad done. On top of that, the prices were way too high for such poor quality work. I paid way more than I should have for nails that looked rushed and badly done. When I got my nails done the lady her name was Mey asked me what I would like. I told her oval short and I brought my own nail polish. She asked me if I wanted gel. I said no just a short as possible, cause I have kids and I'm always working with my hands And I didn't want gel. She painted them I thought it was odd that I didn't get a top coat but I haven't got my nails done in ages so I though maybe this is how they do them I got my pedi she and that was great I've always just got for pedis because they charge a lot for nails now when she told me it was $50 I was like for what she said shape I asked how much do they charge for shape she said $5-10 I am like so where does 50 come from not to mention I stayed drying them there for 30 minutes and still dried them at home for an additional hour and they still were smudging everywhere I have gotten my nails done like this my whole life because I like to change my nail polish color after a weekend and they have never come off as fast as they did at home !!!!!!! I get that things are more expensive so be upfront I would of paid her the prices but the lying to get you to get them makes me so angry because what can you do when they are on already very disappointing! I've been coming to Belle Image salon on and off for the last few years and am never disappointed. I've had my hair done by multiple stylists, most recently I've been going back to Alma. I've had hair cuts, root touch ups, full color, full and partial highlights, bayalage. She always does a fantastic job and styles my hair so I leave feeling amazing ‍ she's not afraid to help me make drastic changes in length, or more recently when I decided to add bangs, and I never regret it afterwards! They also have a nail salon, but I've not tried those services yet. Plenty of parking and very reasonable prices. Bring cash for tip and it's likely easier to pay in cash for payment of services too :) but they take Venmo as well for payment of services. Cash only for tips. read more

I was very impressed by the work and services from this Salon. The salon has services for hair, makeup, and nails. Seriously a one-stop Salon where you can get everything you need for special occasions or just to pamper oneself. Rafael and Ariana did a wonderful job on my hair and makeup for the wedding of my best friend. They also did my best friend's (bride) makeup and hair and really made her sparkle. We felt like celebrities. They also were very prepared because they had asked us to provide an example of the hairdo we wanted prior to the day of the appointment. We had brought my god daughter (flower girl) and took advantage of the fact that the salon does nails and they turned out beautiful. The lady doing her nails was very patient, gentle, and explained what she was doing since it was her first time. I went to my mani pedi appt in Tuesday and Lena did a good job up till she told me how much the total was. She charged me $79.00. Which should have been $69.00. Because the first time I got a gel manicure she charged me $35.00. Then a week after I decided to get a pedicure and she charged me $34.00 cuz I chose the orange scrub. So on Tuesday I got both done and also wake for the orange scrub. I should've said something about why is she charging me $10.00 more. I tipped her $10.00 so why would she do that. She didn't say anything about prices going up. Now I'm rethinking of going back if she's going to continue charging me more than she's suppose to. The owners ( 2 ladies) are very polite, very efficient and very accommodating. I called last night @6:55pm knowing they close at 7 pm. I was already driving so I decided to call in hopes they could let me in. Someone answered the phone and said if I could be there soon, they would wait for me! I got there within minutes; I happened to get TANY who had done work on me before and let me tell you ladies= she is a perfectionist! Very detailed oriented and she has very high nail standards. She had told me the first time she did my nails that she takes her time to do the work right,meaning= if u go to her it will take1.5-2 hrs. Well worth it. Well worth the wait. OI cannot express enough how pleased I have been before and last night that she did a refill/ change of color and she fixed the thick, too wide nails that I had had done at a different salon. I truly appreciate the fact that even though she had been at the salon all day long, she took care of me without rushing. She could have charged me more than they usually do and yet, she charged less that I normally pay at other salons. ( she is one of the owners). The prices are very reasonable,plenty of parking at the Terra Nova shopping square. They take Venmo, Zelle and cash. They also have a hair salon on one half of the establishment. I've never had such a bad experience at a nail salon before. I made an appointment for a gel manicure with design and the lady that started on my nails kept hurting me. I told her multiple times and after the fifth time I told her I didn't want any color I just wanted her to wrap up my nails so I could leave. They were going to charge me full prince for a regular mani and taking off the polish but I still had nail polish on parts of my nails. I had to tell the lady charging me to be able to get it fixed by someone else. Rosie did a number on my hair. Our inspiration was Mariah. My hair had already been highlighted twice. I think she should not have went over the already blonde pieces or at least applied it last and not for as long. The color is super uneven with already bleached hair almost white, yellow and then newly bleached portions orange. I made it clear I wanted my hair lightened and be a neutral tone. No brass or warm colors. Then, she root smudged to blend the hair with the roots and my roots were turned red. She couldn't fix it after several tries and used a black shade she smudged on my super blond white top of the head that created a blue gray shade a good inch and a half through top portions of my hair and still the root was red. Dawn soap helped fade the blue gray. It has been weeks but my hair is still too damaged to try to fix the color. The lightest portions are gummy and breaking off and no treatment can fix it. Only time. She ruined my birthday, I cried in the chair at the salon and every time I comb my hair with all the breakage. She had the nerve to style it and take pictures of the back/side portions that didn't look too bad. So beware. Pictures can be deceptive and not show disaster areas. - - - - Response to owner- I appreciate the gesture but my hair is too damaged to fix. In addition, I did not have a good experience in your shop. I was in tears upset with Rosie asking others how it looked and everyone looking. The guy hairstylist working next to her talked trash about me in front of me to Rosie. Acting like I asked for too much when really she was overconfident and ridiculously undelivered. read more
