Lynn is the absolute best! I can send her any inspiration photo, and she always makes it happen, even better than I imagined. Please be carful with this place, they do not do good manicure, pedicures, they rush you to get the next customer and they do not do good hair coloring. Keep your money, IVY hair dresser bleached my hair however she missed to bleach all. She left me looking like a cheetah. She did not add the color I wanted after bleached. When she was done, I told her it was not the color in the picture she insisted it was. When I looked at my hair I seen black spots, she started laughing and said "sorry girl that's your hair it didn't grab there" I told her I need it fixed she said not today. I called her same day I left and she asks me to come back 4 days later to fix. I had to go to work with the horrible hair color. When I asked her if she can fix she said yes but I'll have to charge possibly, I will need to speak to my boss. This is horrible, the right thing to do should have been to correct the color to make the client happy and not keep looking like a clown. No respect nor consideration. She took the money but never offered to make this issue better the day of. She also cut my hair, horrible didn't even part, literally cut straight across. Horrible person, says she been doing hair 10 years. IVY needs to go back to school and learn to cut, color and make her customers happy. Your loss IVY I would have kept going for touch up but you SUCK! read more

I have been going to this place for many years. Tanni always does my nails and she does an excelente job, she does care for her clients. Lina, does my pedicure most of the time and I don't have to reminded her how do I like it. They always greet me by name. It is always a pleasure to go there because they always have a nice music to listen to while I'm there. I always call last minute to get services and they do their best to accommodate my needs. So, it is best to make an appointment so I don't have to wait long while I'm waiting for my turn. read more

DONT COME HERE!! I had a terrible experience at this nail salon. The technician was extremely rude and made the whole appointment uncomfortable. She kept squeezing my hand very hard and it was honestly painful. She had no idea what she was doing. I asked for something very simple just a basic French tip and she couldn't even do that properly. The application was very messy and bad done. On top of that, the prices were way too high for such poor quality work. I paid way more than I should have for nails that looked rushed and badly done. I definitely would not recommend this place and I'm never coming back read more

absolutely never go here!!! I showed up for an acrylic set and none of the nails were straight. The polish was chunky and my nails were way too short. I showed the nail artist my inspo and not only did she get the shape completely wrong she chose a completely different color. some of my nails curved in one side and the rest was straight. I called made an appointment for pedi and full set I specifically asked her how much it would be for a full set without gel. She told me 35 over the phone so I booked it. When I got my nails done the lady her name was Mey asked me what I would like. I told her oval short and I brought my own nail polish. She asked me if I wanted gel. I said no just a short as possible, cause I have kids and I'm always working with my hands And I didn't want gel. She painted them I thought it was odd that I didn't get a top coat but I haven't got my nails done in ages so I though maybe this is how they do them I got my pedi she and that was great I've always just got for pedis because they charge a lot for nails now when she told me it was $50 I was like for what she said shape I asked how much do they charge for shape she said $5-10 I am like so where does 50 come from not to mention I stayed drying them there for 30 minutes and still dried them at home for an additional hour and they still were smudging everywhere I have gotten my nails done like this my whole life because I like to change my nail polish color after a weekend and they have never come off as fast as they did at home !!!!!!! I get that things are more expensive so be upfront I would of paid her the prices but the lying to get you to get them makes me so angry because what can you do when they are on already very disappointing! Ppl lack honesty and integrity I asked her for a paper so I can see what the prices are and yep sure enough it's a 35 and enough for just acrylic. read more

I've been coming to Belle Image salon on and off for the last few years and am never disappointed. I've had my hair done by multiple stylists, most recently I've been going back to Alma. I've had hair cuts, root touch ups, full color, full and partial highlights, bayalage. She always does a fantastic job and styles my hair so I leave feeling amazing ‍ she's not afraid to help me make drastic changes in length, or more recently when I decided to add bangs, and I never regret it afterwards! They also have a nail salon, but I've not tried those services yet. Plenty of parking and very reasonable prices. Bring cash for tip and it's likely easier to pay in cash for payment of services too :) but they take Venmo as well for payment of services. Cash only for tips. read more

Loved it here. The staff is so friendly and they are INCREDIBLY EFFICIENT. Mimi, Lena and Arcelia worked with me. 10/10 will be returning. Will be bringing my daughters too. The shop has a very 90s feel and I actually really love that. The super shiny new looking salons tend to cost an arm and a leg with unfriendly or judgey staff. Belle Image had super friendly staff who really helped me look my best. read more

Glad to finally find a salon for my girls. We have had both Delilah & Aivy work on my girls & both are great. Recently my wife has gotten her haircuts with Delilah & she comes out looking great & pretty HOT I like to add. My teen daughter has also gone with Delilah for haircuts & streaks in her hair & she loved it & was very happy with her hair & she can't wait to go back. The customer service & work the staff does here is pretty good. Make an appointment a few days early or week because they do get busy & can get backed up on appointments. But once you get in you can rest assure they will take care of you & do a good job. And make sure to tip big people, they do a very good job & earn it, so don't be cheap. Easily one of the better Salon shops in the South Bay. read more

I was very impressed by the work and services from this Salon. The salon has services for hair, makeup, and nails. Seriously a one-stop Salon where you can get everything you need for special occasions or just to pamper oneself. Rafael and Ariana did a wonderful job on my hair and makeup for the wedding of my best friend. They also did my best friend's (bride) makeup and hair and really made her sparkle. We felt like celebrities. They also were very prepared because they had asked us to provide an example of the hairdo we wanted prior to the day of the appointment. We had brought my god daughter (flower girl) and took advantage of the fact that the salon does nails and they turned out beautiful. The lady doing her nails was very patient, gentle, and explained what she was doing since it was her first time. Rafael and Ariana were such superstars that they even did my God daughter's hair and it came out beautiful, like a princess I will definitely come back and get my haircut and hair color done here. It was a great experience and Rafael and Ariana are really talented. read more

Best nail salon in town! Immaculate, professional attention to detail, kind and friendly staff, always able to get in. Lots of selection with fresh polishes in stock. My nails last 3-4 weeks. I've been going here for years for these reasons. I've been pleased to recommend to my friends. read more

Very resonable prices and did an amazing pedicure! Will definitely come back when I need a manicure or another pedi!!

This is my first review for this place( I don't know why I have not done it sooner). I have gotten my nails done here many times. The owners ( 2 ladies) are very polite, very efficient and very accommodating. I called last night @6:55pm knowing they close at 7 pm. I was already driving so I decided to call in hopes they could let me in. Someone answered the phone and said if I could be there soon, they would wait for me! I got there within minutes; I happened to get TANY who had done work on me before and let me tell you ladies= she is a perfectionist! Very detailed oriented and she has very high nail standards. She had told me the first time she did my nails that she takes her time to do the work right, meaning= if u go to her it will take1.5-2 hrs. Well worth it. Well worth the wait. OI cannot express enough how pleased I have been before and last night that she did a refill/ change of color and she fixed the thick, too wide nails that I had had done at a different salon. I truly appreciate the fact that even though she had been at the salon all day long, she took care of me without rushing. She could have charged me more than they usually do and yet, she charged less that I normally pay at other salons. ( she is one of the owners). The prices are very reasonable, plenty of parking at the Terra Nova shopping square. They take Venmo, Zelle and cash. They also have a hair salon on one half of the establishment. I will stop looking around for new nail places to have and stick to Belle Image Salon with Tani. read more

Always a great experience with nails and hair. Very friendly and good quality services.

I went to my mani pedi appt in Tuesday and Lena did a good job up till she told me how much the total was. She charged me $79.00. Which should have been $69.00. Because the first time I got a gel manicure she charged me $35.00. Then a week after I decided to get a pedicure and she charged me $34.00 cuz I chose the orange scrub. So on Tuesday I got both done and also wake for the orange scrub. I should've said something about why is she charging me $10.00 more. I tipped her $10.00 so why would she do that. She didn't say anything about prices going up. Now I'm rethinking of going back if she's going to continue charging me more than she's suppose to. If I do go back I will ask her why did she charge me $10.00 more. read more

The idea the stylist had was good, i could see the vision but the execution was definitely not good. My boyfriend went here to get a perm and a haircut. The sides of his head are not even at all and look extremely choppy, and for the perm: his hair is curly except his bangs, how do the bangs come out straight and they think that's a good job? I just wish they would've fixed that, cause they're clearly not curly. There is a disclaimer that there is no refunds on services provided, so go there at your own risk. read more

Rafael did an amazing job with my hair for my prom themed birthday party. It was perfect!

My mom ALWAYS goes here to get her nails done, so of course I came here to get my gel manicure removed and get a simple clean up with some clean polish. The ladies in here are so nice and personable with their customers, which I completely love. I currently am stationed out in Norfolk, VA and you just don't really get that kind of customer service out here. Anyways, they did a great job in removing my gel polish. The place I go to here in Norfolk always jacks my nails up and leave them feeling all brittle and ugly. Here at Belle Image they actually put some effort into making my nails look decent afterwards. read more

I was around the shopping area where Belle salon is located and noticed they were doing nails. My go to nail salon off of Palm ave have been closed due to COVID and well I was desperate to get a new set and a fresh pedi so I decided to go for it!!! Now I have to say that I did read the Yelp reviews and even though I came across the negative reviews I wanted to give them a chance. Now Everyone at the salon was very nice. I asked for white tip - pink powder and coffin. But by the time the lady was done filing I could hardly see the white and the powder was uneven. And my nails were square :/ Sadly I was not satisfied ... and $70 after I will not be going back. read more

I've never had such a bad experience at a nail salon before. I made an appointment for a gel manicure with design and the lady that started on my nails kept hurting me. I told her multiple times and after the fifth time I told her I didn't want any color I just wanted her to wrap up my nails so I could leave. They were going to charge me full prince for a regular mani and taking off the polish but I still had nail polish on parts of my nails. I had to tell the lady charging me to be able to get it fixed by someone else. The second person that fixed it did it correctly and I asked her if she could do my gel mani with design as I originally came in here for and she said that nobody could do it because they were too busy. Wasted my money and my time. read more
