Came here while I was waiting for my car to get tinted next door. Called and the lady was nice enough to see me within the hour for a regular mani and pedi. Came in and staff was friendly. They had just reopened due to the coronavirus. So still getting use to new protocols. I had cici do my nails. She was very nice and made conversation. Place is not upscale or anything fancy but u get what u go there for and the customer service is good. Prices are decent. Had a good time and was thankful for the same day service.
This place is horrible. Avoid it completely. These women are nice but they just don't know how to do nails. I got a simple manicure and it had bubbles and streaks in it. The place is really run down and dirty which should've been my first clue for me to get the heck out of there. I really don't know how they stay in business. The nails clippers had rust on them... like why??? So gross. I'll never come back
I am writing this on behalf of my senior citizen mother who visited this nail salon on 9/11/2023. She went in for a pedicure and came out with an injury and aggressive infection on her right toe. During her pedicure a distracted nail tech accidentally cut right into her cuticle (see images). The tech did not make any attempt to wash the injured toe with clean soap and water to avoid infection. The cut was exposed to the water bath and tools used for the pedicure that must have been contaminated with god knows what. My mother was sent home with a bleeding foot and a bill for $60. The next day the throbbing and pain were such that she had to go see the doctor (Kaiser Bonita) where she had to get her toenail lanced (extremely painful) to release the puss building up and was then prescribed heavy duty antibiotics for 15 days. The doctor said that from the looks of her toe and the bad state it was in after only 24 hours, that it was exposed to some nasty and aggressive bacteria. Needless to say, the quality and standards at this place are horrible!
An amazing job I went in for a full set and a pedicure and can you not it was amazing!!! The workers very friendly and nice their work is nice and neat and they are very quick the massage they gave me was excellent decently going back and recommending this place to my friends and family I love it!!
Didn't like the nails at all. They look like clip-on nails. The lady put a lot of glue and got the nails into my skin. Very messy looking. Not planning on returning.
I had an appointment with Cindy at 2 and she was doing everything so fast I didn't like the service no conversation or nothing she ask me what color I want my nails and I ask for 2 colors and she end up doing what she want it I don't recommend this person I got my pedicure and the lady was so nice I don't know if Cindy was on a hurry or something but I expected something nice because my friend recommend her so bad I'm so disappointing also she told me it was $50 and they end up charging me 60 first and last time I go to the person other thin I ask her to remove my cuticles and she didn't my nails look like I have a week with them
First time back in over 3 yrs. looks like new people and ownership. I came in today at 9:30 and advised Julie that I needed a full set and pedicure and I needed to be done by 10:30. Her and Linda worked amazingly fast and efficient. Told Julie I wanted short almond shaped nails and pink acrylic. She delivered! I highly recommend them. Plus they are COVID compliant. Barriers, mask, signs, and open back door for air flow. As a nurse I appreciate that they take it serious.
This is no longer a good salon, it's old and quite filthy. The techs are not good, yes they're nice, but nice doesn't get you a good manicure/pedicure. My gel manicure was applied very messy, andl puddled at the cuticle base, causing heavy lifting after slight nail growth. Too expensive for cheap products and poor work. Each nail was shaped differently, not a consistent look. Photo taken two weeks after manicure. My gel manicures last a month.
I love the staff here .. everyone is so friendly and do amazing work. Usually get my nails done with Cindy she is amazing .. but this last time I had my nails done by Julie and she did great . Check them out :

I always get taken care of when I go to Elegant Nails! I come in for a manicure, pedicure, and wax every month and they always pay very close attention to the details in everything that they do! Everyone on the staff is very kind and welcoming! I have been going by Julie for years and have always been satisfied by her quick and clean service! She also helped me branch out of my comfort zone of baby pinks/neutral colors and encouraged me to try new colors that suit me which is fun too! Went with a navy blue for the new year and I love it! read more

Please save your money and go elsewhere I was literally the only one there i got there at 5:45 and left at 7:10. Sloppy work, if you don't know how to do the shape just say it!! If you can't do a french ask another co worker for help!! I left so mad and also super over priced. read more

This place is fabulous! I needed a specific type of nails done and Cindy nailed it! It turned out prettier than I expected! She was so wonderful and took her time in making sure that everything turned out perfectly! Linda did my pedicure and she was so sweet too! I give this place a 10/10 stars! They took their time and made sure I got pampered! It's my first time here but it definitely won't be my last! Their service is top notch and they take cleaning very seriously! The prices are very reasonable as well! read more

I love going to Julie for my nails! Every design I've shown her she can replicate, and most times it comes out even better then the photo. The place is clean and organized. There's a lot of parking as well. read more

This nail salon used to be my favorite to go to, but my last visit I was very upset because my go to lady Cindy took me in later than my appointment and rushed through my nails because two more of her clients came in around the time I started to where it's super patchy. The cost of those patchy nails were 45$ :/ read more

Parking was avalible and store was not busy between noon and 3:30PM. I had Lynn do my nails and waxing. Lynn was very helpful, friendly, and talkative. She introduce me to new color gels. I decided to do arcylic white french tip with hot pink. She didn't charge me extra for white tips. She did a quick and good job on my nails. I love that she had lots of suggestions and talked a lot about her knowledge on nails. It shows that she knows what she is doing and I trust her. I reccomend Lynn for nails and waxing. For any questions, shes the "go to girl." I had her wax my brows and she did a excellent job. I'm happy with the price and work. Cons - the place is unattractive, no hand washing afterwards, and the music was different. I prefer cleaner salon, but for now I'll be going here until I find a different place. read more
