While my feet were soaking, the nail technician asked if she could do another client's eyebrows, and I agreed thinking it would be quick. It ended up taking about 20 minutes, and then another eyebrow client was taken as well. After being there for around 40 minutes with my pedicure still not started, I canceled my other appointment for the evening and asked her to take whoever she needed so she wouldn't feel rushed with me. The technician was kind, and I tried to stay calm and make the best of it, but the pedicure itself felt rushed. My feet weren't cleaned as thoroughly as I would have liked, and there was a small cut that caused bleeding toward the end. On the positive side, my toes did come out really beautiful. The service was $30, which is very affordable, and I do think you get what you pay for. While I appreciated the friendliness, the overall experience wasn't as relaxing as I had hoped. So first time I came in was with my best friend, nails came out OK but the lady doing hers was super careless and kept hurting her. Second time, I went the lady tried charging me an additional $15 for the fill. I was already familiar with the price for a new set or fill. When I asked the manager why it was 15 more dollars, she LIED and said that's how much it usually was. I picked up the flyer which has all the prices listed (just to make a point). Obviously she got upset and said she would call the police, I told her I'd call them myself because they were trying to scam me. I paid the ORIGINAL price and left. REALLY, all for $15 extra dollars. read more

Think I arrived there at just the right time as I got seated right away. A few minutes later, more people came in and had to wait a bit. The staff seemed nice. More on the quiet side. Had some old school music playing in the background which was cool. They had a few spa pedicure seats and manicure stations. This visit was for a pedicure. Got seated in one of the spa massage chairs. They have books of nail polish colors that you can choose from. There was a good selection of colors. Just got the basic pedicure and added on the callus remover. For the callus remover, she scrubbed extra hard. Not enough to hurt, but close to it. I did not inspect the finished product too closely before leaving. But, afterwards, noticed that the polish color was slightly lighter and did not have the shimmer like the polish that was selected. However, that's my fault as she did ask me if the color was OK. Also noticed a spot on one nail and noticeable brush strokes in the nail polish. Not bad enough got me to go back and ask to get it fixed. But, definitely far from perfect. Overall, this place is average. Not bad and not great. But, a quick place to stop by and get the job done.

When I returned, only the affected nail(s) were repaired instead of redoing the full pedicure. I was then given just 20% off the original $50 service, meaning I still paid $40 for a partial fix rather than the full service I initially received. The discount had to be approved by a manager, which the nail techs had to call for while I was there, despite the salon previously messaging me on Instagram saying they would fix my nails. There was no clear communication beforehand that I would still be charged. Considering the gel began lifting in less than 1 hour, I expected the issue to be corrected at no cost. While the staff was polite, the way this situation was handled felt disappointing and did not reflect standing behind the quality of their work. What was most disappointing was the lack of transparency, when I was told it would be "fixed," it wasn't made clear there would be an additional charge (the full service again!) While the staff was polite, this experience did not reflect a business standing behind its work, especially as a returning client. Charging a percentage of a full service that was not redone felt inappropriate. Unfortunately, I'll be looking for a new salon.
