If i could give 0 stars i would. I had a terrible experience this weekend at ameri nails. I asked for a simple white french tip and this is what i got. I kept asking to get it fixed and the man doing my nails would not understand. They were no help at register and did nothing at all. Very disappointed !!!!!!!!
So.. came in asked home much would it cost for something like the first picture and the lady said $30. Went to my car to grabbed $40 so I could leave some tip. After an hour.. those last pictures were the final results. To be honest, I'm not even mad, this actually makes me laugh a little. It's just funny that they would charge that amount of money for something not well done. They should be ashamed after seeing their final result. But no, they still have the audacity to look at the final results and not say a thing. Oh well.. at least I know not to come here anymore. Oh and btw.. at the end they ended up charging me $35, "they didn't have any change" so they basically took $40 for this piece of ART!!!!!

Because apparently they don't have nail polish remover? So painted over them BLACK. The pinky is partly unfinished. Half the nails are lopsided and crooked, not the same size per hand. They charged me $30 more than the price quoted at the door. Cut my cuticles twice. I plan on disputing the charge for a full refund once the transaction posts. Save your self the trouble.
I've had my nails done 100 times but I've never had them done here and I have to say I love the way they did my nails they were not thick the polish was amazing the technician even helped me pick out my nail polish because I wasn't happy with the other ones that I initially asked for! 5 stars!! I have to say there was this lady she let everyone know she's "a physician" she went off on one of the nail techs because apparently her paint on her nails didn't turn out the way she liked?? She was loud, and through out her new paint job she was going off on the lady! My friend had asked what was wrong w her nails to the clinician and that triggered Dr Karen so the sweet older Asian nail tech got her butt berated a good 45 min! Before Dr Karen left she announces "i e been coming her 2 yrs and I will not be back!!" hey dr Karen!!! No one wants you back! But when the good dr finally left the nail tech was literally in tears I was so hurt by the way this lady treated her! it taught me a good lesson about when things don't always go the way I want it, to always remember there's a human inside that has feelings and I'm sure problems that none of us are aware of, so please be kind to one another and remember it's just fricking nails!! I was very very happy with the service I got there

I honestly can't remember who did my nails but the whole thing seems sketchy. Even my toes came out bad!!!!! If I were you I wouldn't risk it. I went in there so happy I had gotten out off class early and had time to finally to time to get my nails and toes done. I literally was crying while walking out. This nail salon has been the worst I've been too ever! Wouldn't even recommend to my worst enemy!
Very happy with my nails! Ben does an amazing job. He's always in a great mood, with great conversation even after working very long hours. I'm always so amazed with his work ethic. He will always take his time and make sure you walk out a happy customer. My nails turned out amazing but my experience was even better. Amerinails will always have a loyal customer. I highly recommend Ben, his work speaks for itself. These are mermaid gel color in number 15 with a marble accent nail on each hand.

Great service! They even gave me a refreshment while I was waiting to get my nails done. Fast service. Love my Gels, and my Toes feel great. Clean atmosphere, and at las Americas. They have great deals. Mimi and lily are who helped me. Great employees and fast, focused workers.
Came here on a whim after shopping at the las Americas outlet for a regular manicure. The shop itself is spacious and clean, but I was turned off that my manicurist insisted I get a gel manicure which is almost 3x more expensive than a regular one. I'm not a huge fan of gel manicures because they leave my nails dry and rough after I remove it and also because I just don't want to spend that much money on my nails. Anyway, I paid $18 including tip for a regular French tip manicure. I think my manicurist did a good job cleaning my nails thoroughly and getting all the dead skin off the sides, but it was definitely not done meticulously. My nails weren't even filed evenly and my manicure chipped after less than 24 hours. It's so hard to find a good nail salon and sadly, this is another one that was just a miss. Good thing I'm not from the area so I won't be back.
Located in Las Americas Premium outlets, Amerinails is a lifesaver when you're in need of a quality manicure and want it done in a clean, professional salon. The staff there is very friendly, and welcoming. They are also generous, like offering you water and snacks while you wait. This salon offers good quality nail polishes including gel. Moreover, apart from a spa manicure and pedicure, this salon offers waxes, Dermalogica Facials, and eyelash extensions. I would definitely recommend AmeriNails to everyone.
I first started coming to Amerinails back in June and I have been coming back ever since. I started coming here to get eyelash extensions and every time I leave from an appointment I'm always happy with how my lashes come out! (: I'm constantly getting compliments about how my lashes look so nice and natural for a while people couldn't believe they were extensions. I've seen other pictures of eyelash extensions but none of them have looked as good as getting them done at Amernails. The manger there Val is seriously the best at her job. She takes her time doing each clients lashes and never rushes her work. So many people come from different areas just to get there lashes done and I can understand why. Val is the best person I know who does lash extensions and I love going to see her. Not only is she great at her job but she constantly checks on other clients who come in and the other employees are just as great. As soon as you walk in there's a receptionist who welcomes you in and they always offer you a drink and snack while you wait. It's the best thing ever especially because not a lot of nail salons are like that. I recently started getting my nails done there also and I love it. I normally have Henry do my nails and I'm always satisfied with the end results. I always have a picture of how I want my nails to look and they always come out way better then I would've thought. I get many compliments on the way my nails looks. I'm usually have people telling me nice things about my nails, but the way that Henry does them is the best I have ever gotten. Amernails has officially become my new favorite nail salon and I can't wait until my next appointment (: I highly recommend everyone come here to get their nails done and to get eyelash extensions done by the very best the Manger in charge Valerie!

I've came here a couple of times to get my eyelashes done with Valerie have no negative things to say about her or her work! She's very professional, friendly and makes sure you always leave happy after your appointment! My go-to nail place is diva nails and haven't gone anywhere else in a very long time, this day I was in a hurry and decided to get my nails down here after I got my eyelash full, I left satisfied with my nails it was a simple white tip nothing special, after a few days my right index finger started to grow a lump on the side of my nail.. I sent Valerie a picture right away knowing she's the manager and she told me it wasn't infected and to come right in that they would fix it ... I couldn't make it in those days due to work but the lump grew a little more and it was actually painful I ended up going to the dr because everyone was freaking me out saying it was infected went to the dr and turns out to be it did get infected.. I don't want to bash their business but just a heads up to know where you get your nails done, and it I hope it doesn't happen to anyone else! Won't be coming back to get nails done here again, but if anyone's looking for a great place to get your eyelashes done Valerie's your girl. read more

So happy I found this place, officially my new nail shop. I came in for a gel mani & pedi. I am absolutely obsessed with my mani. Mimi did such an amazing job. They didn't have the color I originally wanted, since they were out. So she was really kind and tried to find the closest thing to it. She took her time and my nails look perfect. The same on my pedicure, she truly is amazing. On Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday they have a 25$ deal for a spa mani/pedi. Ladies try it out! Come here early as they get busy pretty fast. read more

Worst place to get a manicure with gel ! I went in to get a manicure and pedicure and lasted three hours there when it was not even packed . The lady who did my nails had a bad attitude and did not apply the nail polish correctly there's lumps of excess gel she applied on my nail .. I would not recommend this place if you want nice nails ! As for pedicure they did an amazing job . read more

This place is awesome! Great costumer service. I've been a client since 2009, I love Valerie she is so professional. She does my lash extensions, very meticulous girl, she won't let you get up until you have the perfect look! Lee is a sweet heart she does my eye brows, ask for her! She's awesome! Excellent service, excellent quality! Got my eyelash extensions done by Valerie and I absolutely LOVE them! My eyelashes are very thin, short, and straight, and with my wedding coming up, I figured lash extensions would be a good deal to dodge a bunch of eye makeup. It was my first time getting eyelash extensions ever, and Valerie was kind and patient enough to fill me in on the pre-appointment instructions once I scheduled. During the procedure, she let me know about all the details of what was going on so that I wasn't completely in the dark. She let me know which lashes would suit my natural lashes best, what length, why, etc. She was also very friendly the entire experience and we were able to engage in good conversation which helped the time pass even faster! The lash extensions came out even better than I was expecting! They look so natural and nicely enhance the length and volume of my natural lashes. After, she further explained what to expect and how to properly care for the lash extensions. Valerie is an AWESOME esthetician and I HIGHLY recommend her services! I'm definitely looking forward to coming back! read more

LOOOOOVEEEE Valerie! She does an amazing job EVERY time whenever I get my lashes done. And the price??? Can't get any better $75 for full lashes and $25-$40 for refill depending on how many lashes you've lost already. But you can go for 3 weeks without looking like you've just cried your eyes out with clumped up mascara. Just make sure to groom them from time to time with the mascara wand she gives you. Service wise, she's pretty aMazing! She's all abzout customer satisfaction and making sure they're happy with the end result. And she's super understanding! She'll let you sleep if you're tired, play whatever music you like, or keep you entertained with her conversational skills. I also get spa pedicures every time I get a refill of lashes. $18 :] pretty good I say - especially compared to the $20 and horror stories I hear that my homegirls always complain about. I love it so much that I made my boyfriend do it with me and now he gets them done with me every time! Haha he's never felt his cuticles so nice before! Haha anyways, they also give you those disposable slippers so you can go about your day without wasting time waiting for them to dry. Got a gel mani there twice. Did an amazing job! They even let me off set one of my nails at no extra charge! I know some places get bougie and say it's an extra $1 or some crap like that just to do that. They know so many designs too! It's awesome! I think i got my gel mani for $25. Still really good :D But all in all, amazing services, awesome staff and just an awesome place to go to! read more

UPDATE: I can't thank Valerie enough! She is great! She made my lash extensions longer and fuller for my wedding, and they came out so beautiful! Along with all of the staff at Amerinails...very nice, positive and friendly. They have me coming back! That should say a lot! read more

Update!!!!! I am still in love with Amerinails! The new management has brought a positive atmosphere and increased employee and customer happiness by far! I've always had a great experience at Amerinails nonetheless. On my last review I mentioned Annie. Annie is no longer with Amerinails as she moves away, which still makes me sad! BUT, yes there's a but, the staff at Amerinails are on the cutting edge of nail culture! Henry is amazing and I've had a great experience with Ryan as well. They have increased (and that's an understatement) their selection of gel polishes and has even taken client requests! AND... To add to their already fabulous work on manis and pedis, Valerie does a great job on lash extensions! Her work is amazing and she is very meticulous about her work! You won't be disappointed with her. She truly cares about her customers and is always concerned is you're comfortable and satisfied with your service. I was so excited when I heard that she started doing lash extensions at the salon after she has been getting her lashes done elsewhere. Valerie is very personable and wants to meet her clientele on a personal level. NOTE: She has even added snacks and water for the customers while they get their services taken care of. read more
