I bought a new truck with a 2 1/2" receiver. Even with the reducer, the play in the motorcycle carrier was unusable. They grinded down the ubolt stabilizer so it would properly fit my receiver. It improved the situation about 50% Then Brian told me about a product that could possibly remedy my dilemma.. He warned me it was a bit pricey but we had nothing to lose to try it out to see if it would work....and I'll be damned....worked like a charm. They changed to a new payment system that charges the customer a %3 processing fee on every purchase. That comes out to be a lot when your bill is a few thousand dollars. The only alternative they offer to avoid the fee is Zelle, which doesn't allow money transfers over $500. So, now I am stuck paying an additional $100+ that wasn't mentioned to me from the start and wasn't included in my estimate. Pretty unfair in my opinion. I was going to be a lifetime customer, but not disclosing hidden fees until the very end will force me to take my business elsewhere.
