I truly believe God answers prayers. Since the Plandemic, I've had several personal obstacles and a pretty severe injury that kept me out of my car for over a year. With that being said, my Volvo didn't get much action! Went to get the diagnostic test then I found Dennis Automotive. This business is literally 2 minutes from my home. I used to pass by it everyday and wonder...ARE THEY GOOD OR BAD. As I pulled into the drive way I asked God to help me and send an angel my way and at that moment Robert walked out of the door!!! I was pretty fortunate from the recent flooding we had but the damage I did have was to my car. Specifically water had gotten into the carpets on the floor. After having a mechanic check it out and suggest a range I should be looking for as far as pricing I got quotes from several places. I won't name the places but several would only take me if I used insurance to pay for it and were quoting double or triple what the mechanic suggested. I told Robert what service I wanted and received a fair quote. They got me in quick and got to work. And I actually got my car back much faster than I thought I would which worried me a little. I wondered if they sacrificed quality of work over getting in more cars since Houston was just then getting back to normal. Car has been great no issues. Have had my cars serviced here for several years now. These visits have unfortunately become more frequent in recent months, as it seems my beloved '05 GTI is coming close to its expiration date. Last week I walked to my car to start my day...( the day after a huge flood where it took me 7 hrs to get home,) and lo and behold a flat tire. Now, I'm ready for work and don't need this hassle, I look up a close mechanic and Dennis is closest. I drove my car, slowly, the 1 mile or so and in 10 minutes I was back on the road. Mr. Dennis was wonderful. I had a flat tire on my rental car that I didn't even know about . I was driving on the freeway & there was moderate traffic & a guy drove by & told me I had a flat tire. So, I yelp automotive & Dennis Automotive show up & I drove to it. I asked me. Dennis if he can take a look at my tire , so de did & said it's to dangerous to drive. I told him it was a rental & he told me to call them and I did. They told me it was going to be about 3 or 4 hours for them to come & fix it.
