I can't say enough good things about Pro Towing. They're a family-run business and it shows in the way they treat people. From the first call to the final drop-off, the service was professional, fast, and genuinely caring. Because of this, I actually dropped AAA and call them directly. They are just as fast, if not faster no longer dealing with AAA dispatch and continual issues. Pro Towing went out of their way to make stressful situations a lot easier, and you can tell they take pride in what they do. No issues, no complaints, just solid, reliable service. Excellent service most of the time; today, however, was extra special with a "battery-service" call through AAA. The service guy, SHARIF SAID was amazing. The requested service was not only fulfilled with great enthusiasm but with well-intended effort to ensure satisfaction of his personal service was experienced. It was a great joy and Ives me thrill to endorse SHARIF for active needing help. I tried to give him incentive / tip for his work and he would not take it. He immediately noticed as he tried to plug the jumper cable that the red/positive battery connector was the concern. It didn't cooperate when he tried to tighten it. He went beyond that and looked hot alternative solution outside the box to ensure it gets tighten and I'm able to take it for recommended replacement of said connector. I highly recommend SHARIF for anyone looking for service. read more

100% unprofessional especially the lady at window on Saturdays. She is Very unprofessional and rude. She's speaks very abusively to the customers with no compassion without caring of the trauma they just went through on getting their car towed and the cost that they have to pay. Even when I asked her to "be kind that she doesn't have to be so RUDE", she just laughed so evil! Then another young lady came in after me so distraught and upset and the lady at Pro Towing was so rude to her that the young girl and they ended up arguing cops almost got called ALL BECAUSE the woman behind the window was so rude to her. A little kindness wouldn't hurt you Also, Pro Towing in all, is the WORSE towing company in general and I hate that AAA uses them!!! They are NEVER on time! Amazing service Pro towing came to the rescue. They sent over a young man whose name starts with an "E". He is the reason for the review. They gave a time frame of 45 min. Mr E arrived in less than 30. He greeted me and got straight to getting my car going. He tested the battery before anything else and replaced it in under 15 with a smile and professionalism. This place has the worst kind of people they don't know what customer service means. They have the worst attitude and they want to talk to people like they are above everyone. I canceled the call and told him to get out of here when I called their company. They said they'd verify with the camera and call me back--no apologies, no nothing. Don't ever use this company. My 2021 Pilot was stuck at a shopping center. I was trying to get it towed to a shop and the first tow driver couldn't figure out how to get the car to stay in Neutral so we could roll it out. you need a special tool to bypass the electronics and mechanically shift the transmission into neutral. The second tow driver came and saved the day. Hector was able to diagnose the problem, run a few tests, and got the car to start! Saved me a tow trip and saved me a trip to the mechanic!!! read more

I got a flat on the 71 after working the night shift. Francisco came to the rescue and was AMAZING. I requested roadside assistance to change my tire out. But turned out having to be towed because my master key had been stolen prior. Cisco showed up a lot quicker than the time that was given. Which I appreciated because it was dark out and I was by myself. He was very helpful, friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable. Definitely helped me through a tough night. I didn't catch his name but he came, looked at the car, and perfectly loaded it onto the flatbed. Other tows I've had before would scratch my front lips a little but this was 10/10. I got a flat tire today on my F150 truck. I called AAA and Pro Towing is the one that was dispatched. The dispatcher called me to let me me know that their technician Rene was on his way out. When Rene came out, he was very friendly and told me what all would need to be done. Changing a tire on an F150 is no easy task because of the way Ford designed the truck. Along the way of changing the tire, Renee gave me several helpful tips. He was very thorough and he is truly a kind gentleman. If I need AAA services soon, I sure hope I get Pro Towing to help me out. read more

We then had to call CHP to help cause my husband truck was not in a safe places and he could've got hit and killed. the CHP couldn't believe how the tow company would just leave my husband like that. I have to say... this is the 2nd time calling for a tow... and the driver who came out tonight to assist me was absolutely great! He was friendly, and professional. Anthony was quick and made the job simple, as it should be. I give him a 5 star rating. The reason why i did not give this review a 5 star is because it shouldn't have taken two trips just for a simple tow... and the short bald guy who came yesterday was RUDE and very UNPROFESSIONAL and definitely refused to do his job as if I was inconveniencing him. Was on my chino hills connections and saw that this outfit had a driver who attempted to tow a vehicle away. I screenshoted the post and added it to photos. Several years ago this happened to us in our development. My husband had his truck parked in front of our house with the garage door open and the laundry room into the house opened. (The screen door was shut). He was upstairs changing out of his work clothes so he could go get a haircut. The truck sat out for 10 minutes and when he went back outside it was GONE. He called our sheriff's department and was told the truck was repossessed!!! (It's had been paid off years ago). When we went to go PAY to take it out we asked why it was towed in the first place.
