09/14 auto accident

My model 3 was hit from the side and the rear view mirror was taken out. We sent our Tesla to Pro Color the next day and they were very pleasant to work with. They immediately communicated with my advisor, sent repair estimates for approval, and started to order parts as soon as adjuster approved. All these were done without my worried. They originally gave me a projected completion date of 10/25 but was on the project diligently and I picked up my car on 10/15. This is one of the great repair place I have experienced. Highly recommend this repair shop.

The paint & dent repair was done perfectly except they did not install two mud flaps properly. I asked for an estimate and never received it. It has been 36 days. It took other shop 10 min to give me the quote. I chose here because it is the closest Tesla approved body shop to my house. I have a repair that needs to be done and I need an estimate for a small scratches. The repair part was perfect with some small issues. But the customer service was not good. Day 1(Tue): Dropped off my vehicle Day 9(Thurs): Called the shop and they said the vehicle is fixed but they are still waiting for Insurance payment. They says they contacted the insurance twice this week and no one responded. Day 10(Fri): I called the insurance company and my advisor said they will contact the shop. She also mentioned that she never heard anything from the shop. I didn't know who is lying but I really need the car ASAP. Day 14(Tue) Picked up The shop called me around 10 am and asked me when I would like to pick up my car. They says they will need time to move the car and also rinse it since it was sitting in the parking lot for over a week. They says it will be ready by 12pm and I says I will pick up around 1pm. After I arrived at the shop at 1:15. I waited for the car for 28min because the car was not ready when I got there. They says the same thing about moving the car and rinsing the car when I got there. After they drove out the car, it was not rinsed at all. I wouldn't mind if its not rinsed. But since you told me on the phone and onsite about rinsing it, I would expect the car to be rinsed. And the rear mud flap was not installed properly but I manage to fix it in the parking lot. Then I mentioned about the estimate that I requested on the day 1. The shop said they didn't have time for estimate yet but they will email me the estimate. (I don't understand how long it would take for a small scratches They have my car in the shop for two weeks and cannot even give me a quote for a quarter-size scratches repair. I believe they just forget about the quote.) Day 17(Fri): The front mud flap(On the side that they had the repair) fell off and there were missing one screws. And the shop didn't use the screw that came with the mud flap. I have to drove back home and find the spare ones I have to reinstall the mud flap. Day 31(Fri): I called again and told them I never receive quotes from email. They said they will send me the email about the quote. Ask me to check Spam. I checked the spam and till today(Day 36) I still don't get any quotes. I think I better not wasting any more time and go to other shop.

I got recommended here by a family member. An estimate was already given to me by the insurance which helped with the processes. I took my car in 3/18 and got it back on 3/23 (keep in mind they are closed Saturday and Sunday) I was extremely impressed by the time it took to get my car fixed and ready for pick up. The front desk lady was super helpful and definitely made the process run smooth. At the end I just needed to sign some forms and I was on my way with my car looking amazing again. Definitely recommend it here!!!!!!!!!

This is my own personal experience so don't let my review falter you from reaching out. I reached…read moreout for a dented rim repair as shown in my photos. The repair came out great and it took around two days. Tony came to my house and picked up the wheel. Unfortunately the paint correction did not match the rim and also my tire was leaking where the repair was made (it wasn't leaking even when the rim was dented). So I contacted Tony again to see what he can do. He said the paint came off the machine and that's what it analyzed it as and was willing to do it again so I said sure since the paint came out black instead of blue. He also offered to check on the tire and rebead the seal. So he picked up the wheel again, and this time it took almost two weeks to be done with the repair and this was only the tire portion. He advised that the paint correction would take another couple of days. Honestly just wanted the wheel back since I was out of a car for two weeks already and who knows how much longer it would take to get the wheel back. He came and dropped it off and installed the wheel and the tire is holding air for now, but he did recommend me to just get a new tire if it leaks again which I will do. This time though, when I got the wheel back, it had a new chip near the center which wasn't there before from the original pick up nor the first repair. As far as value and convenience of picking up and delivering goes, I'd say it's fair and beats the competitors. Otherwise, I wasn't too thrilled about the repair. Update: Bumped up one star since tire repairs aren't part of their job description and Tony went out of his way to do it. Leaving it 3 stars due to paint issues and poor communication where I have to ask for updates every couple of days.
