Procolors I was referred to Procolors by my insurance company after being hit by a flying debris on the fwy. It was vellum paper, it scratched up my left side bumper/headlight/side mirror and driver side door. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Called them to make appointment for estimate. Spoke to Charles. He quickly assessed the damage and scheduled my car for repair at my earliest convenience.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Charles was confident that the scuff and scratch marks can be removed. Honestly should've checked reviews before taking my car here. Got the hood and bumper replaced. After picking up car after it was 'fixed', we noticed the bumper was not attached correctly, and was loose and literally popping out from the sides. I took it back, they ordered a new bumper and replaced it again. At the time of picking up my car, we can still see the bumper is popping out from the sides. I asked the guy helping me at the time if there's ANYTHING that can be done about the bumper, because it's the only reason why I've taken my car back for the 2nd time -- because the bumper issue. He basically threw his hands up and said they can't do anything about that and almost tried to make it seem like it's normal for the bumpers to be popping out Lol. This whole ordeal took so much time and I absolutely did not want to take it BACK to this place for a THIRD time for a bumper replacement -- especially one that they have no idea how to fix. I talked to my insurance to take my car elsewhere...literally first inspection at the new shop and they already knew the issue and has resolved it in one day after receiving the parts. I strongly recommend avoiding this place if possible. read more

My truck was taken to the Procolor location in chino from the Yucca Valley location. My truck was in for repairs and the chino location ordered a new grille and charged my insurance, only to keep it and I'm guessing try to resell it while putting the old grille back on my truck. The manager from the Yucca Valley location caught on but I don't think that is enough. I am going to see what my options are as far as making sure this doesn't happen again. I'm sure that is insurance fraud and I hope whoever is responsible got a lot more than a slap on the wrist. read more

The paint & dent repair was done perfectly except they did not install two mud flaps properly. I asked for an estimate and never received it. It has been 36 days. It took other shop 10 min to give me the quote. I chose here because it is the closest Tesla approved body shop to my house. I have a repair that needs to be done and I need an estimate for a small scratches. The repair part was perfect with some small issues. But the customer service was not good. Day 1(Tue): Dropped off my vehicle Day 9(Thurs): Called the shop and they said the vehicle is fixed but they are still waiting for Insurance payment. They says they contacted the insurance twice this week and no one responded. Day 10(Fri): I called the insurance company and my advisor said they will contact the shop. She also mentioned that she never heard anything from the shop. I didn't know who is lying but I really need the car ASAP. Day 14(Tue) Picked up The shop called me around 10 am and asked me when I would like to pick up my car. They says they will need time to move the car and also rinse it since it was sitting in the parking lot for over a week. They says it will be ready by 12pm and I says I will pick up around 1pm. After I arrived at the shop at 1:15. I waited for the car for 28min because the car was not ready when I got there. They says the same thing about moving the car and rinsing the car when I got there. After they drove out the car, it was not rinsed at all. I wouldn't mind if its not rinsed. But since you told me on the phone and onsite about rinsing it, I would expect the car to be rinsed. And the rear mud flap was not installed properly but I manage to fix it in the parking lot. Then I mentioned about the estimate that I requested on the day 1. The shop said they didn't have time for estimate yet but they will email me the estimate. (I don't understand how long it would take for a small scratches They have my car in the shop for two weeks and cannot even give me a quote for a quarter-size scratches repair. I believe they just forget about the quote.) Day 17(Fri): The front mud flap(On the side that they had the repair) fell off and there were missing one screws. And the shop didn't use the screw that came with the mud flap. I have to drove back home and find the spare ones I have to reinstall the mud flap. Day 31(Fri): I called again and told them I never receive quotes from email. They said they will send me the email about the quote. Ask me to check Spam. I checked the spam and till today(Day 36) I still don't get any quotes. I think I better not wasting any more time and go to other shop. read more

I was referred here by my Geico insurance Because my car was hit by a driver, and it was completely his fault. When the car was "repaired" it looked great! Then, coming home, I noticed my wheel was stuck upon driving it in the car was making awful noises. - My car was definitely not fixed and upon going back-and-forth between this company I was yet to get it fixed. In this time they admitted that their team hid a lot of mistakes one of them being my bumper completely off on one side. And a headlight they put in was chipped that they tried to cover up. Their team broke the holder tab to the headlight and covered that up with a glue like putty, that I can squish with my finger (which may cause water to leak into the headlight down the road). - The company's manager admitted their team didn't do a good job and had me come back twice. My insurance covered most of the payment, but I do not feel that that money was actually used toward fixing my car. While going back-and-forth with this company they continued to "fix my car "but it never ended up being fixed. In the end, I found a bolt cover missing on my engine, and the bolt was completely crooked from the other bolt that still had a cover on. Upon inspecting my car I found that the cover missing was inside my wheel hood, so this tells me that they definitely checked the part and did nothing about it. This is when I finally decided to stop giving them chances " to fix my car ". - They have quite a bad rep on here, and I thought it would be nice to just give them a chance, but obviously the rep is for a reason. I am now going somewhere else and have to pay out of my pocket for the rest of this hard process because this company was already paid by my insurance and there's nothing I can do. Guess this company doesn't care about business. Came in Monday for body damage estimate on my wife's car. Been days later and still haven't gotten an estimate. Had to move on to other companies. All other companies gave an estimate with in 10 mins. Turns out the manager here at ProColor Collision must not stand behind the shops work and quality in order to not give me an estimate due to know knowledge in the industry since she remembers me from another company she worked for. Years ago, turns out this manager here at ProColor, worked at Caliber Collison in Upland where I took a vehicle of mine to have body work done. She recognized me. I had tons of issues with the workmanship and quality. As being a professional heavy-duty mechanic for 17 years, I know what to look for and expect in body work. People shouldn't be taken advantage of or accept poor workmanship when they get their repairs. I'll take this manager not giving me an estimate as she knows they do shitty work and I'll easily spot it. read more

Never coming back and I recommend others to stay away too if you value your time and energy. We started my car's repair around February/March, it is now mid-August and my car is finally fixed. The worst part was the minimal communication the whole time, I would have to always follow up for updates and when they said they would call me back, around 1 out of 10 times they would actually do so. It could've been true that most of the months were spent waiting for the car part to be made and delivered but I never received any update when they said they would contact me and when I did follow up, I was sometimes met with attitude from the front desk lady. For that call, she didn't even bother to ask which car I was asking for and told me to just wait and be more patient. I heard at least three separate times: "we filed a complaint and we should get an update on the parts in a few days and we'll call you back" but never did follow up. Weird timing that it was once I got connected with their manager and followed up with him that I received an eta on my parts... Once the parts arrived and I took my car to their shop, it took them over 2 weeks to find out that other parts were needed so they had to hold on to my car some more... Once again, super shoddy communication and I always had to call them because they never called me back when they said they would. The second batch of parts took another two weeks to arrive and install and I was told by the manager they wouldn't be able to extend the rental car coverage (Allstate only covers 30 days) so I would have to figure that out myself... But when I spoke to the front desk person they were able to extend it so I'm not sure why I received differing responses there... I just picked up my car and so far it drives fine but there were a few questionable things that served as the cherry on top. Why was my car's key card all mangled?? And why did they replace the cover for my front headlight that had my transponder on it when I don't remember that part being at all broken in the first place??? I have to pay for a new one now thanks to them... And why is my front right wheel's hub cap cover completely missing?? All these things combined really gives you the feeling they try to add things to "fix" to squeeze out more money from my insurance. This led me to remember a previous interaction where I asked for a quote for fixing my car's small back window that got broken into and they heavily suggested I fix it with them through insurance because it was "FOR SURE going to be over $500 (my deductible) with the cleaning fees on top of everything else". I think I ended up getting that fixed at Tesla for around $300 and they cleaned my car for no extra cost... I glossed over some other smaller details that made the whole experience an unpleasant one but I'd sum up the whole thing as you're always left with the feeling "what is going on over there and what is happening to my car??". Having that feeling loom over you for over half a year is pretty tiring... read more

Took about two weeks but that was no problem since I was going through my insurance and had a rental car. The girl at the front desk did a great job telling what to expect and how the process will go as I waited for repairs. They also provided a ride to the rental car place which was great. I got recommended here by a family member. An estimate was already given to me by the insurance which helped with the processes. I took my car in 3/18 and got it back on 3/23 (keep in mind they are closed Saturday and Sunday) I was extremely impressed by the time it took to get my car fixed and ready for pick up. The front desk lady was super helpful and definitely made the process run smooth. At the end I just needed to sign some forms and I was on my way with my car looking amazing again. Highly unprofessional team here. 0 communication and if you ask for any info you get more than rude responses because they can't be bothered to do anything. was told my repairs would be complete by 03-15. Called on 03-19 for an eta as its now a month gone by and my insurance rental is coming out of pocket and would like to have a date that I could set with enterprise for return. The answer I received was that the vehicle was being assembled on 03-19 and would not be finished until the next day. Give the shop their time and space, just to receive 0 information. Call 03-21 and ask if there's any info on the vehicle and got none. Instead the rep asked when they last spoke to me, and read a transcript of the note, which also said vehicle would be done next day. His response was, "well it's Thursday!" Yes, thursday is TWO days after Tuesday. It is now 03-25 and i will be going to this body shop in person as their team is avoiding customers. Don't just check reviews here, but look at google too, they only get one star reviews.. !!!AVOID THIS SHOP!!! You would be better off leaving your car in Santa Barbara to be repaired. My Audi Q7 was vandalized with a big scratch down the back of the trunk and onto the bumper. I scheduled to bring my car in for repair through Geico, and they sent me to ProColor Collision in Chino. I've had to deal with a lot of body shops and estimators in my day and I have NEVER had better service than what I received here. Highly disappointed in the service I was given they never give you a call back or give you the answers when needed. My car has been taking over two months to be fixed and I'm highly disappointed in how they've been treating us.
