I can't see why this business doesn't have straight five stars starting from the initial phone call. I made down to picking up my car after the repairs were complete. Everything was seamless. I had a semi truck clip me on the 15 freeway and it was his fault and he put a substantial amount of damage on the passenger side of my Honda Civic because it was a commercial truck. They wanted to not go through the insurance because it would ding them and I agreed. So in other words, this was a cash pay transaction. I cannot tell you how great my car looks. She would never know anything happened to it. They match the paint. It looks straight. The work is flawless. My supervisor had taken his truck here and he recommended this company to me and I'm so thankful he did. And then after the Civic was repaired, my boss said " I guess you owe me a coffee because I referred you to the most awesome company in the area". Had to agree and I bought him a coffee. read more

A fender bender damaged the rear bumper and broke the cable Holding the spare tire on our 2009 Lexus RX-350. We had been carefully maintaining the car cosmetically and mechanically for years to get the most miles out of it so have it damaged was frustrating. Adrian and his techs at Cherry Auto Body took a lot of the pain out of the process from negotiating with the insurance companies to ordering factory parts (a challenge on a car this old). Two cars repaired in the last 3 months. They are a "preferred" vendor for my insurance company and that is the ONLY reason we used them! Never again. Communication is poor and not necessarily honest. We were told multiple times our truck would be ready the next day. Then a week later we went to pick it up and it had to stay another day to actually get it right (turn signals didn't work). I was at the Chino post office and a woman driving a pickup truck backed into my Mini Cooper as I was leaving the parking lot. Luckily, damage to my car's hood wasn't too bad, but enough that I wanted it fixed. Her insurance company recommended Cherry Auto Body for repair work. I've read some of their Yelp reviews and some aren't exactly favorable. All I can say is that I was quoted a work time of 8 - 10 days and my car was ready and looking great within that timeframe. I would give negative -5 stars!!!! My truck was hit by a neighbor. Her insurance had me bring it to Cherry auto body. It took several weeks and the tailgate wasn't lined up properly so I said I refuse to take the car until it's fixed. It was fixed in 2 days. The very next day after I picked it up I went over a bump and my front strut snapped. I took it to a repair shop and they said they had never seen a strut snap like that before... ever!!! Bottom line CHERRY AUTO BODY INTENTIONALLY CUT MY STRUT SO I WOULD BE ABLE TO DRIVE OUT OF THE SHOP AND IT WOULD SNAP SOON AFTER!!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM!!!! Not only are they bad at what they do and rude they are criminals and will tamper with your vehicle so it doesn't look like it's their fault. I decided to support a local shop vs calibor collisions BIG MISTAKE. From the moment I walked into cherry automotive till 2 months later I have received the most unpleasant customer service. A smile and a greeting go along way. Communication has been non existent unless I am calling and insisting to hold vs "we will have them call you back" if you're reading reviews to see if you should trust your local body shop DONT COME HERE. you will be waiting months and no one will follow up with you. I was referred to Cherry Auto Body by my insurance company. I needed minor repairs done on my vehicle that was hit. I can honestly say that the work that was done on my vehicle looks very nice. My main complaint was the customer service that I received. Adrian was not very kind, even during the initial estimate. When I picked up my car, he drove it to the front, handed me my keys and just walked away. There was no walking around the vehicle, asking me if I was satisfied or anything. He didn't even take the paper floor mat out of the car. My car was dusty inside and dirty hand prints were noted on the back of the front seats. Nice work but bad customer service. read more

I recejved my car 12/5/19 and my car was not completed until 12/18/19. Adrian has given me empty promises that the car parts is unavailable. However, after I consulted with my lawyer who will sue them for time mismanagement, suddenly the parts became available within 24 hours, after it was pending for a whole month? Go figure. Avoid this place like a plague. I regretted this time putting my car in Cherry auto body. I was in a good faith putting in my car to them and not going with a lawyer, but they took advantage of my niceness and sincerity. I took my brand new car here for a minor repair on my hood in Jan 2019. When I picked the car up after repairs it was obvious the paint did not match so they repainted it I guess and returned the car to me. The car has been back to Cherry Auto 3 times. The paint of my car has been ruined. During the process of fixing a small repair on hood paint specks and tape impressions where left allover the car. It looks like the car wasnt before removing the plastic. Its embedded in the clear coat. After all the buffing for no reason the entire paint job is ruined. I highly recommend Cherry Auto Body. I've had two wonderful experiences with them, and am impressed by their excellent customer service. Their staff really work hard to make sure their clients are well cared for. In my second experience, the auto body shop found that there was additional damage not contained in the inspection report and advocated on my behalf to get the initially unnoticed damage covered. They also picked me up and dropped me off from the shop to my home. The team takes good care of your vehicle and throws in a complimentary car wash. Many parts were on backorder for my vehicle, and no other local auto body shop allowed me to pre-order parts like Cherry Auto Body did. I recently got my car towed from another collision center to Cherry and I'm so glad I did! The other collision center I had my vehicle was going to take 2 weeks to even be looked at! I found Cherry and they got it towed to them THE SAME DAY! They even had pictures uploaded to my insurance the next day! WOW......I have been to only one other auto body place in the area, and Cherry Auto Body blew the other one away. The other one (which is further south) has a beautiful building, but the work is less than desirable. Back to Cherry Auto Body......I brought my brand new truck here to fix the front end because I struck an object that fell out of the back of a beat down truck on the freeway.....$3,000 in damage ( I hope the driver stubs his toe hard). The staff at Cherry Auto Body worked well with my insurance company, and I was back up and running within a week. I also took my daughter's car here to fix a shopping cart dent....probably caused by the wife of the dude driving the beat down truck on the freeway. The Cherry Auto Body staff gave my daughter a reasonable estimate, and we had it repaired. This is a well-established shop, and they are honest and reasonable. I took it here to Cherry & all was good. My 2nd car which was a GMC Sonoma truck had the passenger side fender & door damaged from an accident as well. Cherry Auto Body is the ONLY place my husband and I trust to repair our vehicles. We are a Chevy family at heart and wouldn't trust anyone else to fix up our babies. We have had our 2013 Chevy Silverado repaired after the side mirror was knocked off (I swear the garage came out of nowhere), our 99 Chevy S-10 Extreme repaired after a minor garage door accident (again, that garage came out of nowhere) and our 2004 Chevy Tahoe recently got hit by large metal debris, completely destroying our front bumper/grill (I blame the husband for this one). All repairs were completed within a week and our babies looking back to new. Taking our Chevys to Cherry for repairs is always painless! Super friendly and knowledgeable staff, nice atmosphere and they treat you like a person and not like a paycheck! They go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied and that your car looks amazing. I'm a loyal lifetime Cherry Auto Body customer for sure! Customer service at this place is nonexistent. I had used Cherry Auto Body a couple of years ago, recommended by my uncle who is also not coming back to this place, and the service was OK. This time around, it was terrible. In the 2-3 weeks that I dealt with them, I spoke with Laurie, Germaine, Shirley, Adrian and one other guy whose name I can't remember. Each time I called, they asked me to hold on because someone else has handling my claim. Each time someone got on the phone, they had a different message for me and I had to explain things over again because they weren't communicating among each other. I was patient throughout, but when my dad went to go drop off my car, they were rude to him and gave him a different quote entirely. I got on the phone with them and clarified what was to be done, while Adrian and another male employee argued (with one another) about what my claim covered. My dad later told me the women at the reception area were also bickering in front of him. So unprofessional. I was told my car would be ready by Thursday evening, then it was Friday, then Monday. When I called Monday to ask what time it would be ready, they told me they would "try" to have it ready by end of day. I told them I didn't have a car for the rest of the week (how am I supposed to get to work?) and that it was three days past the scheduled deadline. Mind you, all they had to do was assemble the new bumper. Finally, I went in to pick up the car Monday afternoon, at my urging (six days to replace a bumper, really?) and was told--once again--a different amount for the payment I had to make. Then the person I spoke to on the phone earlier came out and clarified with her colleagues the quote she had given me. I paid, went to check on the car and saw that they hadn't reattached a part on the side of the bumper like I had asked them to. I came back in and told them the part they told me they would reattach wasn't. After a frustrating but all-too-familiar "I don't know who told you that but it wasn't me" conversation, they took my car back to reattach the piece. While I was waiting, someone handed me a customer service survey. I filled it out and when I was done, I was told my car was ready. I went to get in my car but noticed the keys weren't in there. I came back in and one of the employees was reading my review for the amusement of the rest of the team. I asked where my keys were and once again, it was a game of "I didn't have them last, where did you put them? I don't know I thought you had them?" among the staff. A good 2-3 minutes went by before I got my keys. They really need to get their act together and learn about customer service and common courtesy. I'm not coming back here again, nor is my family. We support local businesses but not when they provide subpar customer service. read more

If I could give less than a star I would. Unbelievable that they're in business, must have kickback deals with insurance because they're horrible. Be prepared to be lied to, I was lied to 11 times, 4 times from the lady who answers the phone in the morning who says she'll check on your vehicle and call you back, (you're never getting a call back) I was originally told 2 weeks to repair my truck, well 2 weeks came and went, so you think I got a phone call ever? Maybe letting me know something happened (pick any excuse) and it would take longer? Nope, waited for me to call a few times before telling me 1 more week. A week later It was "next Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest. I call back Thursday and am told come get it tomorrow. I finally show up and they try to give me my vehicle and the tail light (which was on the original ticket of things needing repaired) still didn't work, I was told, "oh it's just a bad bulb" like the fact that they had my vehicle for over a month was no biggie and I should go to Autozone and replace the bulb myself. So they kept my truck 3 more days to replace the bulb. read more

I took my 2006 Chevy truck to Cherry to have the hood re-painted due to chipping and peeling. They were extremely courteous and professional, writing the estimate in less than 10 minutes. I chose to leave the truck with them and their courtesy shuttle drove me back home. I picked the truck up 4 days later and their work was perfect. Cherry Auto body is, quite frankly, the best. I recently picked up my 2013 Hyundai Elantra after being rear ended on the freeway. The frame of the car was damaged, amongst other things, totaling around $9,000 worth of damages. Cherry auto body made my car look brand new. There was not a ding or dent on it and the paint matched perfectly. You cannot even tell I was in an accident and a bonus, the car was clean when I went to pick it up :]. Now a word of warning, Cherry Auto body is pricey, but that is because they go out of their way to get you the BEST looking car they can. However, if you were in an accident like I was were the other party claimed liability, I HIGHLY recommend taking your car here. Not only do the best job they can on your car, they are also very honest people and will fight with insurance companies on your behalf. They are definitely people you want on your side when someone else's insurance company is trying to screw you over. It took them almost 2 months to fix my car but that is only because they were going back and forth with Allstate, making sure they paid for the highest quality replacement parts. If I could give a lower score I would. My experience with Cherry Auto Body was by far the worst customer service experience I have been through in my life. We got a recommendation to go to this location after we had a car accident. At first, Cherry was unable to pull up any of our claim information even after our insurance company contacted them directly- I should have paid more attention to the first red flag. We were given an estimate and told it would be 5-7 days for the repairs but that they would call me with any updates. IT HAS BEEN JUST UNDER 3 WEEKS- and I still do not have my car and there has been zero updates from them. I have had to call the office several times to get any kind of information out of them. Within my conversations, I found out that my car was ready 5 days ago. Due to that, we dropped off our rental car and went to go pick up my finished car to find that it was not ready. Since the claim hasnt closed, we are not allowed to rent another car and are out of a vehicle for the foreseeable future. Cherry Auto Body continues to blame my insurance for all delays when in reality, they changed the price of the repairs without notifying anyone and are holding my car hostage until the additional payment is met. We still do not have any information as to why there was an increase in cost when we were quoted differently 3 weeks ago. My insurance company has yet to receive any kind of documentation regarding the raise in the final bill so they are unable to do anything further and Cherry is unwilling to speak to them directly to solve the solution. Cherry is refusing to give us our car until the payments are met but are causing the delay by not doing their jobs and not communicating to myself or the insurance company. Every time I have called Cherry, I have been passed to someone new who supposedly is overseeing my claim. The initial person who is passing me to others says she is unable to help me on my claim but she has discussed my claim with me in the past! She continues to say that someone will call me back to discuss my concerns but I do not receive any calls. Cherry Auto Body has not dealt with my claim in good faith since the beginning and my family is suffering for it. We are unable to go to work and are losing out on money for my family due to their actions and complete disregard for our situation. I would NEVER recommend this location to anyone and will be filing an official complaint with the Better Business Bureau and will be seeking legal council since they will refuse to look into my concerns. read more
