This location has been one of the most frustrating experiences I've ever dealt with. I got into an…read moreaccident in December and had to bring my car back seven times over two months, and the worst part is they never even fixed the actual issue. Every time I picked up my car, I was told everything was fixed. Multiple people lied to my face about repairs being completed, only for my bumper to start coming loose again shortly after leaving. It felt like I kept getting the runaround every single visit. At one point, I left my car there for a full day because they told me they needed more time to properly fix everything. When I came back, I later found out they had hot glued my bumper back on instead of actually fixing the problem. Meanwhile, the real issue was my headlamp, which they never properly addressed. They also kept saying their work was covered under their "warranty," and during one visit they told me they were going to fix it under warranty. They had my car for about 25 minutes, told me it was fixed, and sent me on my way. Eight minutes into driving, my bumper started falling off again. That's when I knew nothing had actually been repaired. What also doesn't make sense is that when I contacted my insurance, they told me I should leave my car there for the entire day so the shop could properly fix it. But if they supposedly fixed it in 25 minutes, why did they previously need my car for a full day? The whole situation just didn't add up. I even took my car to another shop for a second opinion, and they pointed out missing screws and poorly installed aftermarket brackets that weren't aligned correctly which explains why my bumper kept falling off in the first place. On top of everything, they wouldn't even let me speak to a manager despite me asking multiple times. It wasn't until my uncle came in with me that they finally allowed me to speak to someone. I also honestly felt disrespected as a woman, because my concerns weren't taken seriously until I had a man there advocating for me. After seven visits, two months of back and forth, multiple promises, and their so-called warranty repairs, the issue still wasn't fixed. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. This has been nothing but a headache and a waste of time. Avoid this location at all costs.
