So hard to put into words the confidence Pomona collision center has given me after my automobile accident. I was referred by Mercury Ins.. they would be doing the repair on my vehicle. Once you walk into this location, you are greeted with dignity and a peace of mind. The wait time was very short. They were very easy to understand what needed to be done. After filling out all the paperwork that needed to be completed and dropping off my key I knew I came to the right place to drop off my car for repair. My time is very valuable to me and they took care of things very quickly. As work started, I received a text with the breakdown of what the cost was going to be, minus my deductible as the repairs and the cost chain they broke it down in an text that was very easy for me to understand. I truly appreciate, Pomona collision center worked with the time I was leaving for Thanksgiving holiday . I have used Pomona Collision on numerous occasions. They are very professional and stand behind all of their work. I have had situations that I have had some imperfections that I found it after picking up my vehicle. Which on return they have addressed them and make sure I'm happy. They are unorganized, they had 5-6 people with the same drop off times and I had to fill out the same paper twice, they must have lost the first paper. I came in to drop off my vehicle at 9:30 and the lady couldn't find me under my name or the insurance I was using (mercury) then she asked for the driver who was responsible for hitting me from behind . Still couldn't find me. Finally she started checking my vehicle in. She forgot the S in my last name on all my paperwork . That's probably why you guys couldn't find me in the system. Their lot is FULL FULL. It's hard to park your car or have my ride waiting for me. My ride was told to move to the street and the street parking is full also. I hope they fix my car fast, I wouldn't use them to fix your car, my trunk&bumper got crashed , the brake lights also, total price $3,600. I had my chrysler fixed here I started notecing something did not look right when i looked at my front bumper so i did some research and found they left out some parts between front facia and condensor, also my right headlight assembly goes on and off i took it to the dealer and they said they had to remove the front facia because wiring was damaged or loose under there causing the headlight to go off and on , which this bdy had just replaced , will have pictures soon I am going back to them see if they take responsability for there work and if they do i will edit my review lets see what happens read more

If i could give this place 0 stars I would but unfortunately I can't. I've taken my car here twice. The first time my neighbor hit it and her insurance covered, but come to find during the assembly process the shop scratched my tint and left my driver side speaker to rattle after any sound (my car is a 2019 never did that before this) I didn't take it back because I would rather go to another shop to deal with this and avoid coming back here. The second time I went for an estimate and one of the guy's there refused to give me an estimate telling me "your insurance already gave you one I won't provide you with one" I tried explaining to him that my insurance did give me one, but it was too low and that my representative verbally said that I can gladly take it to a shop and have them do an estimate do the paperwork and have the shop send it over the the insurance. After explaining this to this twice i decided to call it quits and go to 3 other shops in which they did provide me with an estimate, paperwork and quality service. I suggest you go anywhere but here, this is like the mcdonalds of the body shop industry just wanting to push out as many cars as possible and charge as much as possible for not even good quality service. No stars if possible!!!! Save yourself a huge headache and never bring your car here for repair! I was in a car accident 6/24 and my car was not driveable! It is now 8/3 and still no car. They don't call and give you any updates. When you call they don't even know what car your talking about. My car was supposed to initially be ready 7/21 printed on report I was given. Mind you that whole time no calls or updates about the car... 7/21 comes around and no call yet so I call and I am told my car will not be ready until 7/26 Wth ok delays happen whatever so I wait again 7/25 rolls around and again no calls so I call and yet again nope not ready different excuse given it will be ready 7/31. So on and so forth my car was supposed to be ready for pick up 8/2 again no calls I call and by now not really a surprise it's NOT READY!!! So now that I have to work tomorrow 8/4 they tell me my car will be ready for pick up!! Guess what I work 7-530 pm they are closed by the time I am off what now??? I received my vehicle worst than i when i took it in. They took longer then the actual date the supervisor promised me, I spoke with him face to face. They never return your calls, they have excuse after excuse why the vehicle is not complete. When I went to see the vehicle it was just park in the back collecting dust and the manager said the mechanic was working on it, which we both knew he was just feeding lies. Finally when I receive the vehicle I went home and installed my subwoofer power cable back to the battery cause they didn't connect it back that's when I noticed the battery bracket and the positive cable was loose. After doing more digging I noticed my security system wasn't working ( lights and horn) when you would lock the doors through the key fob, did more digging the hood sensor wasn't plugged in, intake hose clamp was also loose, they broke my driver side door control switch assembly, they broke my aftermarket speaker from the driver side. They replaced my windshield and and they ruined the rubber on my wipers, they where new. Inside from when they replaced the windshield the wires where hanging out I had to tuck those back in also. There's a lot of issues, do yourself a favor and stay away and do some research on a good body shop. read more

I took my brand new car in for repairs to Pomona Collision Center after I was rearended with over $9,000 worth of damages to my car. Pomona Collision Center took great care of me and my car. I recieved updates on the updated estimate from hidden damage, the repairs, and paint process every couple of days. I had a few questions and concerns about the repair process and the manager answered my question and took note of my concerns. When I got my car back it looked just like it did when I bought it brand new. They had an Enterprise representative on site to put me into a rental that was being covered by the Insurance company of the person who crashed into me. This saved me so time not having to go to another location to get my rental or having to wait for a ride. I was also able to return my rental car to Pomona Collision Center when my vehicle's repairs were completed. The staff of Pomona Collision Center were friendly, helpful, and well informed of their industry. Due to a hit-and-run, Mercury Insurance had sent me here. My whole right passenger side was all banged up, even my mirror was broken off. Dave, one of the mechanics who worked on my vehicle, kept me up-to-date on the repairs which kept my mind at ease. My car was replaced with brand new parts and repainted. It looks completely brand new ! Probably much better than when I first purchased it. Aside from the collision repairs, I also needed my front bumper replaced. Dave ordered new brackets, grill and the bumper itself. And it looks way better than the original one. The whole repair took 2 weeks. I'm surprised there are no reviews yet for this establishment. I came here for an estimate for my bumper being damaged while someone rear ended my parked car. Anyways, I was waiting around maybe 30 minutes total for an estimate. The shop didn't seem bad, but didn't really seem that good either. I had another shop price out my estimate and it sounded more realistic. Sure the insurance company is paying out for the damages, but I don't want a low end shop doing shoddy work on my car. read more

A few weeks ago someone backed into my car at my salon in OC. Geico referred me to this shop in Pomona and since I'm new to the area I gave it a try. The transaction was super convenient being able to drop off my car the day of the accident and pick up my rental all in one place. It was a little nerve racking being exposed to different areas during this pandemic but upon entering there was hand sanitizer available for everyone in the entry way and everyone had face coverings which eased my concerns. I may have been there a total of 30 minutes got in my rental and was on my way. I was given up to date notifications thru automated text messaging daily on the status of my vehicle and a phone call at the end of the week to give me a final date. I picked up my car on time and was walked thru the repairs by a gentleman named Raul. (Apologies if that's not his name.) He's Worth mentioning though. My car looked fantastic and Raul went the extra mile to make it look spotless before I left, offering an extra detail just because.
