I got a nail on my tire on Wed night and had to get towing service Thurs afternoon and towed the car to Sergio's Tires at approx 2pm. I didn't have an appt and they immediately helped me patched the tire so I would say I was prob there for approx 20-30min and was able to take off afterwards. The people there are super nice, knowledgeable and the price is fair! read more

Great Service! Great Place! Anay was kind, pleasant and very friendly. Great pricing that was better than every other tire store around. Highly recommended. read more

Just got back from here & wow they are buuuuusssyyyy & for good reason. Its a really small spot with 1 way in/out. If there's already a few cars lined up, be prepared for a wait. I think we waited about 20 minutes before it was our turn. I had gotten 4 new tires off the internet and needed someone to install them for me. I think theyre all pretty nice here and get the job done. Once they started on my car it probably took about another 20 minutes or so. Like I said, they were super busy. Would definitely come back here again & highly recommend to my family & friends. read more

Found this place on yelp a few days ago because my wife needed new tires installed onto her car. We called and they said they take walk-ins so we drove straight over. It was packed so I think it took us about 30 minutes til it was our turn and then another 25-30 minutes til our car was done. There's a small seating area but we walked next door to get snacks. Nice people, quick and affordable. read more

This place is very affordable and the guys working here are very pleasant, called other tire shops around the area they said they would have to order the tire I don't think my car would be able to wait that long looking at how they look. They serviced my car quick and easy, and put air in all my tires :)) read more

Came in with two new tires and small quad wheels, told me to leave it to them for an hour and come back at 3pm surely I wait the hour and come back just to see my two wheels still sitting in the same spot without the new tires installed. I grab my thing and just walked away. First time and last time. Unprofessional. read more

One of my rear tire had a small hole in the center during the drive back from Mammoth Lakes. With a tire repair kit and portable tire pump, I was able to safely drive back. However, it was still leaking a little bit of air so the tire needed to be patched. Sergio's Tires was a small shop that was able to patch up my tire for $20. Note: The shop doesn't use any jack pads for Tesla vehicles. If that's a deal breaker for you. read more

Always great service good quality tires and very friendly staff gave me a great experience will definitely be back for tires.

Called this shop at 9:16am asking for a quote for an alignment and about how long it will take since I did not have a ton of time. They told me a super fair price and to come down because they had no wait. Maybe 10-15 minutes goes by and I show up. Someone comes up to me asking what I needed done and I said alignment and tire patch. He proceeds to say "we don't have time for that today", it is now 9:30am and they don't close til 6:15pm. I was very confused because why did it go from I could come in and drive right onto the alignment rack to we can't do it. I understand a lot of business could come in, in a short amount of time but still. Spoke to Sergio the owner and things got situated and got the job done. Do recommend coming as soon as they open or before they open to completely avoid what happened to me. Overall job was done and I was sent on my way, but how you communicate/ the attitude you give to your customers needs to be worked on. read more

Man this place is the truth. I always feel like all the other tire shops hit me over the head. This place was so reasonable and quick. Everyone was friendly. I drove all the way from Temecula to come here because they are worth every penny. I can't brag about these guys enough. Please don't ever change. Yall are for the people. Yall are for the ones who need good tires and don't have hundreds of dollars to waste. We love yall! U have new family members for life lol read more

My tire exploded on the freeway and Sergio's was one of the nearest tire shops. Called and asked to be quoted for a used tire which was $45 and confirmed my car could be serviced. Got towed to the shop, had my car serviced immediately by a knowledgeable and kind mechanic and left within 15 min. Used tire given to me was dated 2022 so you know they take care of their customers. I've been here a few times for tires and it's always a great deal plus fast and friendly service! Today (Thursday 2pm) I came for an alignment and was in and out in 30 mins or less. Tony helped me and was super friendly as I hung around and asked questions while he was working on the alignment. They do get very busy so if you're short on time I definitely recommend calling in first. I arrived shortly after calling and their time estimate was on point. Thank you! PS they are located right next to a shop that offers local dairy. So awesome, walk over while you're waiting and get yourself some super fresh horchata flavored milk! read more

Got a flat heading out to brunch with my wife. Stopped by American Tires wait time was 4 hrs. Looked up other tire repair places on Yelp and came across Sergio's Tires. I called and the young lady was cheerful and welcoming right off the back. Said they were available to see us right then. Drove over about 10 minutes pull right in and the guy asked what we needed and started immediately. They fixed my tire and had us on our way in less than 15mins. Customer service 10! Prices fair as well. Definitely saved this location for any future tire needs. Thank you guys! read more
