I had a good overall experience with Pro-Tech Transmission. From the start, they were very professional and made me feel comfortable as a female customer, which I really appreciated. They took the time to explain things clearly and never once made me feel talked down to or dismissed. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the first time my vehicle was repaired, the issue wasn't fully resolved and I had to bring it back. After the second repair, I noticed a loud noise coming from the wheel axles that wasn't there before. I returned again and explained the situation, and they handled it the right way. They spoke with the owner and ended up rebuilding the entire transmission again. This time, everything was done correctly and my car is now running perfectly. I really respect that they stood behind their work and made sure the issue they caused was fully fixed. The shop itself is very clean and welcoming. They even offer little amenities like coffee, water, and chocolates, which makes the wait more comfortable. About a month ago my trans started to act up. I remember my friends talking about a great trans shop that works with the consumer called "PRO-TECH TRANS". So, I gave them a call, from the moment I spoke with Ray & explained the problems I was having with my 5r55s, he put me at ease & explained how these trans have issues with the bushings in the back of the case, & how first he would remove the trans & take the trans apart to see if he could repair the trans with-out having to rebuild the entire thing-I was very happy with this idea. As luck & fortune would have it I consider myself very lucky to have such a knowledgeable person (RAY) working on my stuff. He (RAY) was able to repair my trans for a fraction of the cost to rebuild the entire trans. I am back up & running & very happy. Good Evening, I wouldn't do a review but I have to be honest and share my experience with Pro Tech Transmissions. I was referred by a service mechanic from BMW in Chandler. First impression was very professional and the shop floor extremely clean. I was quoted 14k for a new transmission from BMW, and after being referred I took my chances with Pro Tech Transmission on Bell rd and the I-17. The team at Pro Tech Transmissions quoted me at half the price w a warranty!! They made me feel comfortable and explained every detail I needed to put myself at ease. They offered multiple payment options that helped me build credit as well as a warranty. All in all it was a success and pleasure. My manual transmission never worked better. I'm extremely happy with the customer service of this company. I just had a performance clutch put in my 2014 Chevy Camaro, and it works amazing. They communicate it with me step-by-step everything that they were doing. Although somebody wrote a bad review in this site, I still took it there because they gave me a sense of comfort. It is hard for a woman to find a place where they can explain to you everything without them making you feel like you don't know anything, but they took it upon themselves with explain everything that they were doing, and I worked out for the best. Took a road trip with a couple friends for spring break this year. We all piled in to my Hyundai Accent. We basically looped around the country to visit several famous landmarks.
