I believed I had damaged windshield and I went thru my Insurance company which set me up with this company. When Travis Arrived he was super nice, very professional and very fun to talk to. He looked over my windshield and helped me figure out that I was wrong and had no damage to my windshield. He cleaned it and checked every inch of that windshield to make sure my glass was ok. After that I felt horrible that I made him come out and do nothing to my car. He was very nice and cordial. He made me feel ok about freaking out and thinking I had a cracked windshield. This company was super friendly, fast and very smooth in creating my claim as well as canceling it. What mostly stands out to me is that they could have just processes the claim and kept the business with out no need and they did not!! HONESTY takes you a long way!!! so from now on either for me or any other need my family has these guys will be my choice!!! read more

I called to report a crack in my windshield on Tuesday at 2 pm. It is Thursday at noon and I have a new windshield in. Travis called me 10 minutes out and was here and done in less than 30 minutes. He explained what he was going to do, told me the "rules" as he put it, and replaced it fast. He and his coworker were very nice and personable. Hopefully, I won't need their services for awhile but I'll definitely use this company again and refer them to friends who need glass repairs. Thanks Travis!! read more

Dallas just left my workplace after replacing 2 windshields. One for my personal vehicle and one for our company truck. He called 20 mins before arriving and arrived exactly at 2 (my appointment was for after 2). Dallas and another gentlemen went to work replacing my windshield. They were done promptly at 3 with both windshields. Then Dallas went over the care instructions, he was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I am extremely impressed especially after having other windshield repair man from other companies become really pushy with up-sales or insurance once they were on site. Pro Tech you are great and I will recommend you to my family and friends! Outstanding jobs guys! read more

Pro Tech was one of the companies I was recommended to by my insurance agent and was glad I gave them a shot. Julia was the rep that I scheduled the replacement with on the phone, she was very easy to talk to, answered all my questions and she was able to look up my original glass brand. I was very happy that they actually had Mopar instead of only using FYG like most places. She also helped me with my insurance claim and they were able to get a tech out within a couple days. Jason was the tech that came out to my work location, friendly and finished the windshield in 30 minutes flat! It's the next day and so far so good, I love the end result and how clean and clear everything looks now. read more

NEVER AGAIN! Scheduled a morning appointment to have my windshield replaced but the technician was a NO SHOW. I even scheduled 2 days out to ensure a morning appointment because I have kids to pick up in the afternoon. 30 minutes into the 4 hour appointment window, no technician in sight so I called the office. I was told the technician would not get to me for 3 more hours. 3 hours later, still no technician so I called again. This time I was put on hold and then told the technician would call me. He did call a few minutes later - but only to say he would not be to my house for another 30 minutes. When asked how long the replacement would take, he said 45 minutes to do the work and another hour for everything to set. Really? No show during the original 4 hour window AND you want me to wait ANOTHER 2 HOURS before I can drive the car? If I had wanted an afternoon appointment, I would have scheduled one! NO THANKS! Plenty of other glass companies in Phoenix eager for the job. read more

just had 2 chips repaired by these guys. awesome work, great guys, good price. thanks

Excellent service. I worked with Sabrina who took my initial call. She was quick to set an appointment for the next day for my windshield replacement. During our calls I inquired during the Insurance interrogation about replacing my cracked outside drivers mirror. To my surprise we were referred to a second call for that to be reviewed, which Sabrina took care of. Later that afternoon Sabrina called me for my second interrogation with the insurance about the side mirror. It seemed as we concluded all was well. At the end of that day, day 1, Sabrina called and said the claim was canceled. She made a follow call to find the claim was submitted for a third review by another department. She left me scheduled for the windshield as planned the next day. Travis, the installer arrived as expected and did a great job with the install, not to mention he was personable and we shared like interest so the job went even better. Today, day 4 Sabrina called to inform me that the insurance would not cover my side mirror issue. No reason provided. Sabrina and I had worked out a fall back if needed which I will probably move forward with at my expense. My goal was to maintain factory insert instead of an aftermarket insert, but obviously the factory cost is prohibitive. Oh well. Life goes on. Great job to Sabrina. She was a pleasure to work with and did a great job with all the follow up. Sorry she had to spend so much time chasing my issues with the insurance company. Which I did share comments with my agent on. I would highly recommend this company for all auto glass needs. read more
