My dealings with prosolutions goes back about a year it's been nothing but a nightmare and had gotten worse!!They promised a lot of treating the customer great they promised a lot of good quality but what I found is that they are deceitful and will play you as a fool talking down to you and trying to sell you a bunch of nonsense in order to push off warranty service. What I found was them trying to hide damage to my home and got very defensive when I mentioned it, later found walls scratched and stuff that was rigged that was obviously very unprofessional. Because their lack of detail and rushing I got a leak which I didn't report because quite frankly I would have been blamed somehow as these guys take no accountibilty and when they do they get pissed at you when it's their fault. It is a lost battle trying to get through to these people so Thank You Yelp!! The owner Don was and has been very abrasive and downright cruel in the way he spoke to my wife and me very pushy very in-your-face very like you don't know what you're talking about and he knows best and that's how it is how it's going to go and deal with it. He said "there are plenty of people who go without A/C in AZ if they can deal so can you" Really and on top of everything else they lie and withhold information like. Let it be known there's an option if you have a Lennox air conditioner that Lennox would open up their warehouse anytime for businesses at a service charge but yet this company doesn't offer this service or at least offer to the customer to pay the service charge (see lennox.com) they instead say oh well see you Monday. If they are all about the customer well don't you think you should give the customer the option to fix their under warranty AC unit at least. I have a family of 5 plus with 2 small children and a furry little shi tzu that are supposed to endure days ofJuly AZ heat because we are not proirity! See they said Saturday 1st thing Monday "I will make sure this is a proirity" Said Roy...Get a call Monday and guess what they have a young girl telling us PYSC!! and they flaked out saying can't be there till tomorrow what a bunch of cold hearted pompus egotistical little boys they sure can promise alot of stuff but when it comes down to it they are focused on the$$$$ Truth be told there is a Lennox distributor about 15 minutes from my house opened today at 730am and we were told it's on order...Well hate to tell you how to do your job but golly gee whiz ya think you can pick it up yourself on your way to my house or just can't connect those dots, I know quite confusing...lol HOLD EVERYTHING I HAVENT EVEN TOLD YA'LL THE BEST PART... See Saturday AC wasn't working quite right a code came over the thermostat and when I googled and researched the code and upon reading and going to many "professional websites" the issue was a fuse. So when the tech came out he went outside and BAM!!! PITCH BLACK ALL POWER OUT!...a few seconds later back on and about 15 minutes later Roy comes in and proceeds "looks like you need a compressor, when your power went out it blew a hole in the compressor, I ain't ever seen that happen" you do have some lightening around here" For crying out loud these guy screwed up somehow and blamed lightening and he also added "you know mechanical parts they just go out you never know why" thank God he us not a aircraft mechanic it even car mechanic for that matter. So let's summerize... - Paid over 5000 July 2016 and was promised yearly maintenance (hasn't happened yet) - Damaged walls, ceilings and rigged things together - Was rude abrasive and just plain mean - lies about getting service right away by blaming "the manufacturer isn't open" - lies about timing over promises and under delivers - talks down to you like your brainless or tries to use tech jargon to confuse you when. It makes no sense - shows no compassion and quite the opposite by acting like a Demi-God and I believe likes to know he can make you wait if he wants to - the techs actually cause the current diaster - failed on promise for service today Monday (tip - there are temps for hire if you can't keep up with your poor quality installs) So thank you for reading as this is 100% the reality of our situation with Pro Air Solutions in the nicest explanation possible read more

I am writing this letter on behalf of Don Wade of Pro Solutions Air. The HVAC system in my house had stopped working for several days with the outside temperatures in the mid 100. I didn't know who to call as I wanted to work with a company that I could trust that would not rip me off since my wife and I both suffer from disabilities and live on a fixed income having limited financial means. So I mentioned my problem to a friend from church and he referred me to Don of Pro Air Solutions assuring me that Don would take good care of my needs. Upon calling Don on his mbl phone I was able to speak with him immediately, explained the situation with my A/C and my limitations on what I could afford to pay. Don made a commitment to give me a very fair price for his services rendered and though he was across town on an all-day-job that he would be at my house before the end of the day. Within an hour after speaking to Don, his wife showed up at my house with a portable cooler for my wife and I to use until her husband was able to come to the house and fix the problem with my A/C. Don arrived at my house in the early evening, worked for close to 2 hours on my roof while using a flashlight and got my A/C working properly again. The inside temperature of my house almost immediately began to drop from 90 to cool off my wife and myself. The reason I am writing this letter is because my friend was absolutely right, Don went the extra mile to take care of my A/C problems, and to do so efficiently and responsibly. My wife and I were so impressed with his honesty and professionalism to not only repair our air conditioning system but to honor the price that he agreed to charge us even before completing the repair. We were also equally impressed at the compassion and sensitivity that both he and his wife showed to us in our time of need. I told Don that I would not hesitate to tell all of my family and friends of how thankful I am to discover that there is still someone like Don Wade out there that provides professionalism, courtesy, honesty, and integrity in how he goes about conducting his business with his customers! Pro Solutions Air and Heating is just the company I have been looking for for years! A company that was approved by AAA and came as an advertisement of endorsed companies. Also a $39.00 tune-up check package in the spring of 2015. I took advantage of the package and during the check-up a dual run compacitor was diagnosed as not running in the full capacity that it should. I always go on the roof with the service tech and was able to see this to be fact. I was provided the option to replace this now or wait and see how long it would continue to run. Never was I pressured to buy the part or to have the compacitor replaced. I waited until the end to see if I was going to be pressured to take out a service contract or still replace the part. This was not the case. Because of this I decided to have the compacitor replaced June 2, 2015. Finally an honest company without selling service packages that expire. (they do have service contracts if you ask and want to purchase them, however it isn't something they pressure sell or try to sell to you). August 2, 2015, I hear a terrible racket coming from the AC unit and when it is in the middle of summer and with temperatures well over 110, I had a service representative here the same afternoon I called. It was a simple fix adjusting the fan from not hitting the side of the unit and the charge was only the $69.00 standard service fee. Today October 13, 2015, at 6:00 AM leaving the dog out I heard the unit again making a terrible scrapping metal sound. I anticipated it to be the same problem as August 2. I called Pro Solutions Air at 6:00 AM and had Don Wade the owner on site at 8:00 AM. Sure enough the problem was the same thing and I observed the condition by accompanying Don on the roof. When the work was completed I asked what to write the check amount out to and Don said, "there is no charge". This is when I actually mentioned how I found the company and appreciated their no hassle service contract. That is when Don said, "I'm the owner" this was even more affirmative that I had found the company that I will continue to service my AC and when I need a new unit this is who I will purchase from. If I could give 10 stars, I would! These guys are hands-down the best in the business, and we couldn't be more pleased. After a negative experience with another company that looked at the AC, said they would be back, left and never returned, leaving us stuck in a house during 100+ degree days, I called these guys out of pure luck after reading positive reviews from several sources. I'm so glad I did! The owner Don came out the same day I called to look at our setup, offered us a quick and very reasonable quote for quality products, and scheduled us right away. His crew came out on a Saturday and was here for 8 + hours and worked very, very hard to correct the problem, install the new equipment, and even remove old equipment left in the attic from years ago by another less reputable company! This company is a smaller, family owned and operated company that stands by their work and it shows. I had called Don about getting an estimate for a install and he came out the next day and supplied one. I had called a few others as well and wanted to wait until the other quotes came in. I had used Pro Solutions on another home that I had lived in and when that unit went out in the heat , "they were Jonny on the spot " so I decided to go with them again even though they were not the Cheapest, but they took care of me once before and that meant a lot to me. So I had them come out to do the install the other day and I couldn't be more pleased. It was supposed to take two days and they sent out at least 3 crews to get the job done and they finished in one day. Impressive!! I contacted Pro Solutions for a quote to replace my 5 ton heat pump and air handler. We had 4 other quotes along with Pro Solutions. We have 3 A/C units on our home, two for the main house and one for the downstairs. Don came out the next day to look at our situation and give us a quote. Called Pro Solutions Air to schedule an appointment to check my heat, they were quick and efficient. Ruben was courteous, kind also was able to get me a service on the same day which was awesome. Service tech came out and was able to repair the heater the same day. Ruben even called me a few days later to follow up to see if there were anymore issues. We were recommended by a friend to Pro Solutions Air. Tom came out to do a system check on our 18 year old AC unit. Tom called half an hour before his arrival. He was professional and great in answering all of our questions. He replaced the connector and gave us tips to keep system running. He was also nice enough to check one of our vents to see if we needed them cleaned. We ended up with purchasing the maintenance plan which gives us priority service and 15 percent off parts.
