This place has my printing and copying business for good. I recently needed to get some printing work done and I was dreading my usual visit to Kinkos. Every Kinkos location I've been to has poor customer service and the prices for the lackluster quality of work is even worse. So I decided to check out Yelp to see what other options I had in my area and I came across Yousef and his company Pro Print. All I can say is that Yousef is as professional as they come. The quality of his work - from doing the job right the first time to his prices (which ended up being half what Kinkos was going to charge me) are going to keep me coming back. This is a new mom and pop copy place on Fair Oaks Ave. about a mile south of California Blvd. At 4 cents per B&W copy, it is a deal! The owner Yousef is friendly and helpful. After making copies for my class there a few times, he told me I could email in my files and he would have the copies ready for pickup. So I have been doing that and he would reply back promptly by email when the job is done. Very convenient and super fast! Last week I had a bigger print job - instead of printing out everything, he printed one for me to prove before he went ahead and printed out the entire job. That's good customer service by my book. I'm going to give my business to this mom and pop place as opposed to the big chain copy places lacking in customer service in that neighbourhood. read more

Yousef at Pro Print is a truly great guy. You have to give him your business. His prices are fantastic and his service is even better. Here is a guy who was working for someone else for a long time and saved up his pennies, got a business loan, and started his own business. He is totally focused on customer satisfaction. He has a courtly demeanor and is very easy to work with. Even though I gave him probably the least profitable type of work to do, he did it enthusiastically and kept in touch to keep me informed on his progress. This place is a hidden gem. I wandered in here to make copies of something for work, as I have been completely frustrated with Kinko's. I was greeted by the owner Yusef, who is beyond helpful. For simple B/W copies they were only $0.03/page!!! Yusef personally made the copies for me with WHITE GLOVE SERVICE and my total was less than $2.00!!! I found out that this small shop is very large in services providing, not just copying, but full printing needs as well. I was so happy to find this place, that I just gave them a job to copy and bind a large volume for me. If you live in the Pasadena or South Pasadena area, you'd be crazy not to do your printing needs here. The cost is a fraction of Kinko's or Staples and the complimentary personal service you receive makes this a no-brainer. Will definitely be back with with further printing needs. read more

I went here because the reviews on Yelp were positive and I like to support "mom and pop," non-corporate businesses. I will never go here again. I had to go to Kinkos to re-do this job. I took the same file to Kinkos and it cost $9, Pro Copy charged $20. Pro-Copy's print: -The quality was extremely poor --greys instead of black and white --poor resolution (same file as the one I took to Kinkos afterwards) -The price was more than double that of Kinkos Fed Ex -Kinkos made the print right then and there (2 min), while Pro Print took two hours! If you are pressed for time and want a quality print, don't go here. I hate to say this because the man was very nice, but his computer knowledge and equipment are not good enough! read more

Fantastic! Pro Print is a very small room located right on Fair Oaks so it's really easy to miss but I'm definitely glad I found it! Youssef is so nice and helpful. The documents I needed to print were in my DropBox online so Youssef simply had me email them to him and then he started printing. With every new print job, he'd print one or two copies to make sure I was satisfied with the quality before proceeding with the rest.
