They do a great job with communicating what day they are coming for service. The technicians are all great and let you know when they are in route to you, they let you know once they have arrived and when they are finished. They give a detailed list in the invoice of what areas they sprayed. They do a great job overall, and wasp nests are included in our service, so anytime there are new nests they come take them down and spray that area at no additional cost, they come as often as needed for those extra services. read more

What I really liked about the tech guy is that he was in communication with me from the moment he was on his way to my house. I'm at work usually when the service is done. I have 4 dogs. So it's very important for me to know when they get there and when they leave. That way I know when the dogs can be released in the backyard. So I had a termite inspection about two weeks ago and I already left a review for that. This is a review on the guys who came by to do the termite treatment. Wonderful! They were so nice and so helpful. I cannot even tell where they poked holes in my wall to squirt in their stuff.
