    I installed the es7000 using the 14-2 and 14-3 wiring video and my low speed does not work. There is a blue wire attached to the fan black wire when I attached the 14.3 black to the fan black/blue wire. Do I need to remove the blue wire?

    ES 7000 is a two speed fan that requires direct power and based on what you wrote, it sounds like you may not have it wired correctly. You can call the manufacturer customer service at 951-325-6340 for assistance.

Brody was flexible with my limited availability, arrived on time, communicated clearly, and completed the entire job on my 1,300 sq ft home in just four hours. He and his apprentice Luke worked efficiently and quietly, protected the work areas, and left everything spotless. Brody also used a thermal imaging camera to confirm each wall cavity was properly filled, which gave me a lot of confidence in the workmanship. The results exceeded my expectations. The patched holes are barely noticeable--I was prepared for my walls to look like a cheese board, but they look great.     Just a warning, this review is going to be pretty long. But if you're thinking about reinsulating…read moreyour home, that's a pretty big task, so I'll add as much detail as I can to help you! Background: The credit for green energy was ending in 2025, and I had always wanted to reinsulate my home because it was so cold in winter and super hot in summer. I went through many different companies and seeing how people felt about them, and I saw a lot of horror stories. I called up a few companies and found out that insulation is kind of like roofing, where a sales person and a tech comes, where the tech looks around and the sales person tries to scare you into using their company right then. They might say something like "your attic is super hot" (that's normal, well, up to a point), or "we'll give you a special deal if you say yes right now". Just kind of shady stuff overall. One big thing that people mention is that while insulation is good, you need to airseal your attic as well - this was another thing I was looking to get done. Initial Meeting: So I was kind of expecting that when I called Attic Professional. Fortunately, that was not the case at all! From other reviews you might have figured that the owner, Bryan, is incredibly respectful and treats customers well. I got to experience that as well. One thing I was surprised at is he had inside shoes (the kind you see in Japan) and put them on and off when walking around the house. He went up into my attic and really dug around to look for issues like pests or mold (besides the poor insulation layers). We went around the home together to look for clogged vents. He didn't try to sell me on anything - I remember reading one review that said he didn't try to sell them things they didn't need, and that was my experience too. He said they could put more insulation in on my existing one, or take out the old one and put new one in; but neither would have a substantial difference. I went ahead and asked him to remove the old insulation and put new insulation in just for cleanliness. I even later changed my mind and asked for a custom insulation scheme - some fiberglass batting and mostly blown-in, and he had no problem accommodating that. Oh, and they would include airsealing gaps in the attic with fire resistant foam! Reinsulation: A few weeks later, he and his team brought his truck up to my house. They covered many surfaces with plastic drop cloth to prevent insulation from flying around - they taped doorways so I could come through, and they taped cardboard to corners in the house so their insulation blower tube wouldn't cause damage. They put canvas drop cloths on the floors to protect them. There was a bit of fiberglass and debris around after, but it was very, very minor. I understand how difficult it is to be flawless with cleanup, but these guys were very good. The work was smooth and quick - only a few hours. I didn't have to add much input and the team was in and out. Bryan left for another site for an hour or so, but everyone was just as respectful as Bryan, and they told me he was a very good person to work for. Always nice to see that the employees have a good opinion of the company as well. One thing that I thought was interesting is after they removed all the previous insulation, they let me look at the attic and see how they stapled their measuring tapes. Apparently, some insulation companies will scam their customers and fold up their measuring tapes so it shows more insulation than what's actually in there. I was able to verify myself that all the measuring tapes were correct. Bryan and I did a final check on the attic together and I was very happy. Above and beyond: A month or so later, I was very curious about the insulation and really wanted to optimize the house, so I got one of those FLIR guns (temperature sensor guns) to see if the attic was perfectly insulated. As expected there were a few spots that had a bit of uneven insulation (after all, nobody's perfect), but for the most part everything was good. I sent Bryan a text about these spots, and he immediately he and his crew to come add some more insulation and pack it in. Now everything on the camera looks great. I think it's pretty rare to find such attention to quality, and I was very impressed. Results: In the San Diego weather by home would average 63 degrees when outside it was around 48. Now, the house never drops below 68, and it averages around 72 year round. When it's 85 degrees outside, it might be 76-78 inside. I've seen the temperature inside crack 80 maybe twice in the last year, and never seen it below 65. This is with no heater, no AC running EVER. So TLDR: I would completely recommend using Attic Professional for your insulation. Take a look at their price, but I find their quality far outshines anything I've seen, and I think I got a steal of a deal (with the now-removed credit sadly).

CA A & B was extremely professional and communicated clearly. I had researched costs and they were under what I expected. They scheduled the removal of my old insulation, cleaning and sanitizing the attic, and covering places rats and mice got in. I had a constant rat smell in my house that was stressing me out. After they completed the job (in under 7 hours), my house air is fresh and clean. There is no rat smell and no stress from rats entering my attic. The best news is that my allergies went away. I'd been taking medication and now I don't have to take it anymore. I am pleased with the results and would highly recommend this company.

It's hard to find technicians who are both honest and skilled, and Josh definitely fits that description. The technician was here for some time until he "found the issue", but before he did, he tried to sell us on a new unit, stating it was recommended because our unit was not going to last much longer. Our home is only 13 years old, so we proceeded only to do the suggested repairs: a small leak which he taped up and added some freon, which cost $1,600. Exactly two weeks later our AC stopped working again. It was the same issues of the house not cooling, so I knew it had to be the same issue. They sent Adam out the same day. After analyzing the unit he stated, verbatim, that the previous tech "was not honest with us and performed a repair that basically didn't do anything to fix the issue". He even said it was like "filling up a tire with air that has a bunch of nails in it". Mind you, he also stated the first technician no longer works for them. Adam stated the leak was actually much bigger and not what the first tech had even touched. He said however, that our "only" solution was a new unit that would cost $16-18k. This whole process took about 10 minutes at the most, which made the first visit even more bizarre as the first tech was here for a couple of hours and was in and out of the attic, house, etc. At this point we were honest and let Adam know we were thinking about it and going to get a second opinion. We had a senior HVAC tech (who also specializes in commercial HVAC) come out a few days later. He told us a new unit is NOT necessary and FIXED our issue. He also stated that our unit looks good for another 15 years and was actually in great condition. My husband has been trying to get a refund and after 3 weeks, we are still being given the runaround, are being avoided, and have not been refunded. He requested the refund based on the fact that not only did they misdiagnose the issue the first time- but a second time, as again, we were told it was not repairable. My husband has talked to 4 different people all who say the same thing or offer a new "supervisor" to talk to. Yet we never get a call back and my husband just continues to contact them instead. 6/23 he called, and was then called back by Richard from a blocked number. He was very unprofessional and was telling my husband: "things don't work that way" and that they "have to meet in the middle" and that whatever my husband was stating was "here-say". This company not only falsely analyzed the issue once, but twice, as two different techs were not honest on two separate occasions. That, and I would have been conned out of $16-18k. Not to mention I've had to pay for proper repairs, now costing me more than double regardless. My AC is now working great with no issues after having another party repair it. I have pictures, video, and receipts of everything that was performed by my new tech to ensure that my machine was repairable despite what the company had said. I plan on taking the company to small claims court immediately, as no one has cared to resolve the issue and they refuse to have the owner call us. Had I seen a couple of other people here have had this issue also- I would have never used them! It's a shame we almost fell victim to a sales scheme.
