Abbot and Kameel were very helpful along the way and very quick! Even though I offered to help out, they said no and handily took care of business! It was great talking to them too and the 2.5 hours passed in no time. I just wish there wasn't a 3 hour minimum for payment and no credit card surcharge. So what a move it was!!! Garrett and Jacob rocked the house! We're moving to Oregon and 16 foot truck but we had a whole lot of stuff and i thought i really screwed up by getting a small truck. But these awesome movers made it all fit around within the timeline that I needed. I am so happy that I went with Pro Movers and Garrett and Jacob today. Now if they could just drive the truck and then unload it in Oregon we would set, lol! They were also very gentle with all are breakables. My fiance and I have never used movers before. We received a glowing review from friend and decided to give it a try. We were moving from an apartment to a house and we know we'd need help. So yesterday, with the help of Terrance and Benedict from Pro Movers, we did it! The company called us the day before, as promised, to double check the appointment. I guess the job was to small, I mean it was a piano and some furniture, or maybe a bad day on his part. I just scheduled a move for this company last minute ( for tomorrow) and the customer service rep was very friendly and even advertised the quoted price of $85/hr. I'm reading these yelp reviews and I'm hoping that their practice is all cleaned up and that the company has made improvements. I only have to move a one bedroom storage unit into a condo so I'm hoping they will do the job correctly and efficiently. I will be sure to report back after the move is done! Reporting back on this move and I have to say that this was the best moving experience of my life! The movers- Dave T and Corey were very very professional and very nice. They were very respectful and worked with me on my stuff. They went above and beyond what they're supposed to do. I would highly recommend these guys and ask for Dave T and Corey. Pro Movers just helped me finish a 1BR in-town move and it couldn't have been a better experience. Got a call the night before to confirm my morning appointment the following morning at 9am. As promised, Donovan and Cory T. arrived promptly at the scheduled time. We took 5 mins to go over specifics and explain any additional charges that could I potentially incur, they went to work. I had packed up everything except but ran out of time to pack the kitchen up, thankfully they were more than happy to accomodate me and quickly took care of that for me by packing it up in whirlwind time. In about 3 hours we were all finished and off to the new apartment where they proceeded to unpack everything in roughly half the time they spent packing it up. When it comes to moving, it's usually a hateful experience that I dread, but I was so impressed not only by Donovan and CoryT's speed and efficiency, but their professionalism was off the charts as well. They handled everything as if it were their own belongings, and asked questions on anything that they were uncertain of. Not a single item was broken upon delivery, not even a scratch, thanks to their wrapping everything in blankets and other protective materials. They were cordial, talkative but not overly so, and treated myself and the whole move with alot of respect. At the end, the price was as quoted, and they explained everything in a very organized fashion ~ no hidden charges. They thanked me for doing business with them, but it's really the other way around ~ thank you Donovan and CoryTm you guys are shining stars in my book...Pro Movers are lucky to have you. read more

Iggy and Ivy were the best! I don't know how I would have been able to move without them. They arrived on time, were friendly and very careful with my stuff, super efficient, worked like crazy despite the broiling heat, and delivered everything to my new apartment in perfect condition. My old desk turned out to be too big for my new place, so at my request they even took it to my friend's house across town when they were done. The price was very reasonable, too. Joe and Jesse were excellent, amiable, courteous and accommodating. It was a labor only move. They worked around our not quite packed place. And the fact that our packing container wasn't directly next to the apartment. They also helped us shrink wrap & completed the job within the alloted time. Our only disappointment, which doesn't involve them, was that we only got half the place moved, since we weren't ready and underestimated the size of the moving container. Moving made easy and affordable. I was very impressed with the service. They were on time and they worked very fast. The 2 movers Todd and Angel were very hard workers. I moved from an upstairs two bedroom apartment with no elevator into a two story town house in 5 hours. The first time we used Pro Movers we were really impressed. This time we were told $95 an hour, $40 dollar flat fee, and that travel time was double time wise, and that there are NO EXTRA FEES. (This was directly from an e-mail from them!) No one warned us that the travel time was charged on top of the $95 an hour, it does not come from your 3 hour minimum. Maybe this is something we should have known ourselves, but nobody notified us. Additionally, they did not tell us in any of their e-mails that they would charge 30 minutes for every stop in terms of travel time, and that's at the $95 dollar rate, again on top of your minimum. They arrived at our first stop at 3:00 and left our last stop at 5:00. They charged us $570 for that. I know I am not a math pro, but even with a three hour minimum at $95 an hour $570 makes no sense! The movers were nice and like I said they were AWESOME and well priced the first time, but this time we feel like we just lost a lot of money for a very short move! read more

I initially saw Pro Movers on Craigslist and went to their website and liked what I saw. I checked with a few other moving companies but none could beat their rates. When I contacted them they were timely in their response, professional and courteous. Wes and Ryan showed up on time and worked like fiends! But, not only were they fast, they were very conscientious with our belongings. We really appreciated the care they took during the move. They were friendly, but not overly so. They knew the clock was ticking and didn't want to add to our bill. How awesome is that?! My husband was against hiring movers, but after he saw how hard these guys worked he completely changed his opinion and said he was so happy we'd done it and it was the best money we'd spent in quite some time! Then, we had 3 of the coolest, hardworking, diligent and careful movers - ANGEL, ARTHUR AND TYLER.
