I live in the area and have tried at least 10 different nail salons in an attempt to find a good one. Up until now all the others have failed. Pro Best is by far the best I have come across and they are very reasonably priced. Tony is awesome! He makes my nails look beautiful and the fills last three weeks. I am really hard on my nails and they usually break but they haven't since Tony had been doing them. They do not charge for little things like to cut down the nails. Love Love Love it here! read more

I've been coming here for as long as I remember. I always get a pedicure and eyebrows done. Annie and John are totally awesome and they always call me their daughter!! Because we have the same ears.. Ha ha! The atmosphere is wonderful and I will always be coming here for pedicures and eyebrow touch ups! read more

Love the place, been going there for the past 2 years, thanks to my sister! Henry is great for pedicures! Takes his time! As for nails get Rosie or Annie, they do a phenomenal job on nails, I'm always satisfied. read more

Great lil place... good prices.. quality nail care!! I been coming to Rose (sits on the first row to the left table nearest to the pedicure spa) on and off for about 10 years. Until last month seems to me Rose lost her lack for customer care and time frame sense... not only does she schedule you an appt. time, but has you waiting for over 45 mins... u might ask "why would you wait that long" well because I am loyal and because she does a good job when she wants too. Besides I wasn't in any rush I understand sometimes these ladies will take a new customer before their appts. To gain more business. But when she convinced me to take off my 2week old full set to get an ombré color new set. I should have known something was off... I continued to come back for my scheduled fill and design change 2weeks after, until this last time when she again had me wait for over 30 mins. When confronted how long she would be done finishing the lady getting a pedicure while Rose is doing her nails ... She answers me "not long-just wait few more mins" and start d talking in her language.... how unprofessional and rude!! It was only obvious she was commenting or talking about me. I had to walk way and out of the shop. I don't understand how she could expect her loyal customers to just sit around an wait longer then 5-10 mins... it's like why even schedule appointments!?? Pro Best nails was called a day later to try and schedule one more time my call was not answered... I called about 3-4 times back to back. (Am sure my name was on caller ID) When I called blocking my number Annie answered when I told her I wanted to schedule a fill and design change with Rose.. again in their language not sure what was related Rose got on the phone and said she was all booked up till closing. I took the hint and WON'T be going back to that type of establishment who treat loyal customers with such disrespect.#ByeFelicia #RoseSucks #RudeAss read more

$36 for one of the worst full sets i've ever had. Went here because 3D nails was too busy, will NEVER going back. The nail shape is awful and the GEL came off on the drive home. read more

I have been going to Pro Best Nails for several years, the service is going down hill. I had my nails done today and they look like I never got them done. In the middle of getting my nails done I had to wait while the person doing my nail went and polished another customers nails, I was very angry. Today June 3, 2011 is the last time that I will be going there. I will also be telling everybody I know how bad the service is. read more

Wonderful service and fast they do great nails my wife sees Tony. I take my wife every three weeks.... The prices are reasonable and cheaper than others. They do waxing too. Weekend is busy so definitely try to go in during the week preferably when your kids are in school........ read more

I don't normally get a mani or a pedi, but on the advice of a friend I decided to check this place out and am glad I did. My friend recommended Henry because she said he is great--and he is! This is your typical Asian nail salon so I didn't expect much so I was extremely surprised with the results. Henry did an excellent job, was very friendly and attentive--and more affordable and reasonable than other nail salons! read more

Went in today for the first time and it was the worse job I have got done. I kept telling the lady To fix my nails and she just said I'll fix it right now.. I got tired of telling her to fix it so I just let it go. My pedicure was fine just my nails are horrible. read more

Came in here for a gel manicure based on yelp reviews. They did a really, really good job BUT the gel color selection is small and to remove the gel they soak your hand in a bowl of acetone instead of doing the whole foil on fingertips thing...it's a small thing but it doesn't feel very good and dries out your hands. read more

Not a place to get your nails done here. The wait is long even when you have appointment. When I pay to get nails done, I expect for them to look good not like they are messy around the cuticle area. When you try to correct them they get upset. The owner Annie is very rude, hey I pay for the work. I expect a decent job. I've noticed the are not very clean they do not sanitize and after me seeing that, there is no way Im coming back. read more

I've been going here for 10 years. Lately I have been disappointed. When you Schedule an appointment you experience to be taken before a walk in . Well that wasnt the situation the last time I was here. They had two people before my sister who I scheduled an appointment for. Pond her off to another worker. VERY unprofessional !!! Henry does my pedicures he's amazing . They need more works. Definitely need to get it together like when I first use to come here. read more

Shoutout to Rosie !!! That's my nail lady also Henry gives the best pedicures /foot massages !

I'm giving this place one star for the following reasons: the place is not sanitary. I literally saw one of the workers doing a pedicure use the same nail utensils on another customer with no sanitation! I told them I wanted them to show me that they cleaned them and the lady said "it's very clean," and I told her no she didn't and that I saw her use the same dirty tools on the next person. I mentioned that they are putting people's health at risk such as hepatitis and HIV and any other disease and/ infection from using dirty equipment. If that wasn't bad enough I decided to get my eyebrows done by Annie. Needless to say she messed up my full eyebrows and waxed them so thin that I look like I had 2 lines on my face. I got suspicious when it felt like she was plucking in the area where I had hair and just pulling out more and more hairs. When gave me the mirror to see it I was in shock and when I asked her why did she do it she tried to say that my eyebrows was already like that! Wth!! And they need to stop speaking in that language in front of us because that's rude af and I know they talk bad about customers otherwise why do they need to speak their language when their clientele is American? So when l was there I put on my google translate and this is what it translated: "when I get her money I'm doing karaoke." Stay away from this dirty place. read more

Love this place! Annie is the best at fills and full sets, and Henry is awesome at pedis Ive been going her for years and will continue

The owner is rude! She talks about you to her coworkers in her foreign language, gives you an appointment and still makes you wait 30 minutes after arrival, doesn't call you to cancel if she cannot provide the service for you, yells at you when you are trying to speak to her. If she is unable to do the work herself she will assign it to someone else and if you are not satisfied and call her to fix the problem she will refuse your call or hang up on you. I expect for my dollars to pay the type of work I desire. In the past I have been more than satisfied with her work, and so I have gone back time and time again, and if I'm upset its because I have seen the lack of professionalism and lack of communication on her behalf every time I go. I am irritated by people like her who work to provide a service and feel there is no need to communicate. I would appreciate being spoken to with the same respect that is given. What I would like is for Annie, the owner to be aware of the bad service she provides and how rude she is. I will no longer go to her place of business because I no longer feel comfortable doing so. If my personality affects her work ethic, then she should rethink her business practice. I expect professionalism at all times. I've attached a picture of the pedicure I had done on June 11, 2015 read more
