I picked it up a week or two later after it was finally repaired only to find the same issues. When I tried to have the the shop honour their warranty, I was told they were shortstaffed and could not even try to remedy it for at least a few weeks . After I took it back for the third time I discovered that the owner of the shop was using it to commute to his house and keeping it in his driveway overnight! I suspect he had been doing that for weeks during the second repair as well by the mileage indicated . I have recovered my truck with the help of the police and I am going to request a full refund for my transmission work and getting it repaired by another company.. This supposed 18 month warranty is worth absolutely nothing and this has been my experience. I hope it helps others to make a valid decision on where to go to get your vehicle and transmission repaired..

Nice enough guy and they seem like honest people, but it was a significant waste of my time. The guy could have taken a look at the van and realized that their shop height and how high the van needed to be lifted were not going to work. Not a positive experience and the last thing I would expect from an "old school" shop like this where you anticipate some degree of expertise.

The digital estimate allowed me to approve or decline each individual problem online and we made an appointment for the following week to complete the repairs. Service was fast, friendly and efficient! As a woman I have often been on the receiving end of a condescending attitude but didn't get that at all from anyone at Sierra Pink! The staff was very patient with all of my questions and concerns. Final costs were as quoted minus the diagnostic charge which was applied to repairs.
