These guys have been on point! Since the pandemic with all the rodent issues going around town, we decided to get help from ProActive. Their rep came out, assessed the property and within a week we had a guy out here taking care of everything!!! And guess what, everything is pet "friendly", so with our pooch and cats not a worry. They set some rodent traps, dusted the corners from spider webs, inspected attic AND crawl space... the guy was ALL over the place! We were only gonna hire them for the one year, but their services have been outstanding and extremely attentive that we decided that it is 1000% worth keeping them in our pocket :) Just recently with all the rain, we had our yearly ant problem, called them the next day, two days later BOOM! guy at our door ready to take care of it all! He sprayed the house, the baseboards, addressed the outside again and even left a lil extra poison in case they come back... and made sure we call again if need be. read more

If I could I would give them no rating stars at all. I'll make it short and sweet into the point Call to set up an appointment to have someone come out and give me a quote on cleanup of rodent feces and urine in my crawlspace under my house. No problem setting up an appointment and they show up The tech goes around finds any areas they were doing that I guess a complete rodent inspection to see if they can get into my house how they can get in blah blah blah blah I already had all that done I an inspection for my house from somebody else which I told them but they still did it which was okay they found all the areas and everything else so he says he's gonna set some traps in my attic and in my crawlspace underneath even though I told him I have never had any problems with anything in my house no rodents anything at all please don't put any traps up there but yet they still do. He goes to leave and I ask him where is my quote for the clean up and sanitize it. He says oh OK well I will do that when I get back to the office and send you an email. I never got an email with a quote. So I called the company and ask for a quote why didn't they do it. Well apparently the person did not even go underneath the house and took no pictures so he can't give me a quote. They apologize immensely say they will send out a different tech to take care of that and that they are very very sorry. Fast forward 7 AM I get a text message from the Text telling me that he's on his way he will be there at 8 o'clock to perform a complete rodent inspection on my house. Hold up I text back I do not need a complete rodent inspection I need a quote for cleanup and sanitization of rodent feces in urine under my house in my crawlspace. I go they were supposed to do it last week they didn't do it and now they're sending you out to not do it again. I got a message back oh I apologize for that but we do not do sanitization clean up underneath the house crawlspace. Now at this point I'm a little bit pissed off because you took my money last week and didn't give me the service I requested yet I was supposed to be getting it because I said I would then they send out another technician for the same thing that I didn't get the last time but they don't even offer it. How are you going to set up appointments when you don't even offer a service that I specifically and I mean I have been specific about what I needed every time I spoke to anybody. They knew from the first phone call what I needed they knew when I had the tech here the first time and they charged me for him to come out and give me that inspection which on the website it says free. Our free estimate is what it should've been I wasn't asking for an inspection I was asking for an estimate. And then I can't say that it didn't get done they set up another appointment with another tech to do it. Even the technician that came out the second time and apologized immensely for saying I am so sorry that they took your money for a service that we don't even do. So I guess this wasn't short and sweet into the point after all but it was to the point. How does a company not offer a service yet they charge you for something you're not even supposed to be charged for because I only needed an estimate on something and not a complete rodent inspection like they tried to do two times. And the worst part about it I have not heard back from anyone at all regarding this issue after the second technician came and left. Now how shitty is that for a business. So no I don't recommend them no I would never use them again and I would never tell anyone else to use them again. Unless you wanna pay for something you're never going to get. read more

I had a roof rat make a hole and find his way in. It was pretty stressful as he had gotten into one of the bedrooms and I was kept up all night listening to him bite and scratch in an attempt to get out of a closed door- he was big enough to not fit under the door gap. I lost an entire night's sleep over the debacle. I started my request for service with Moses and ultimately got Alex on site. I wasn't even in town when I initially sought out their services, but they were recommended by a colleague who had used them and raved about how thorough they are. I was able to get someone on site 2 days following my request. The service technician called to inform me he was on his way- 30 minutes away. He did a thorough check of the space, got into our attack crawl space to assess the situation, surveyed the perimeter of the property and set out traps. He ended the visit leaving a full report of the discoveries and a plan of action for how to address the issues moving forward. He even texted me photos of his discoveries.
