Its been a while since I signed up, and Im glad we did. Its roughly $50 a month, $99 for two months basically, well thats how they charge it. So the seems like about avg pricing maybe on the lower side of a monthly service... There staff are very friendly and professional as well, I think ive only had one issue, and the staff made took care of it and made it better. We have had prolly 3 Technicians so far, complained about the 2nd because we starting having him more , but I saw him skip my main fence, complained about it, and they sent other guy, Devin. We Really Appreciate Devin, and his work. he is very professional but very friendly.. I welcome Devin back anytime, if any thing I request it.. lol, we really like him and his service, All in all i really like Next Gen Pest Control , and you should try them out im sure you will be happy with there work, and service....

This company was prompt to respond to our request and made a thorough outside and ugh, inside assessment determining rats had gotten into our attic through eave vent and lots more under the home. They gave us a fair estimate and said they would come out frequently, until all of the rats were gone. They plugged up all the ingress/egress holes thoroughly and each employee, from answering the phone and email question, to Mitchell, Eroldo, Bernardo and Alex on site, has been nothing but helpful and kind. Very pleased with the results thus far and I can recommend this Pest company highly as great value and results.

We tried using store bought repellent but went through 3 cans which didn't even make a dent. We called Powell and Pastran Pest Management and thankfully Philip was able to come out the same day. He did a consultation and came back later in the day to do the treatment. I appreciated that he was transparent and told us that this is the most he has ever seen in a backyard and that it likely will take more than one session due to the amount of beetles we had. After the first session, it did make a huge difference where we stop seeing them come into the house as much and a decrease in the ones in the backyard. After the second treatment, we stopped seeing them crawling around in the backyard patio area. We even saw a decrease in spider webs. They will perform a third treatment for the beetles just to make sure they are kept at bay. We are extremely happy with their service and looking forward to having them regularly do treatments as we often have ants and spiders as little visitors in our house throughout the year. There was more than enough room to either move the bed properly, ask if a ladder was available, or simply arrive with the correct equipment in the first place. Using a customer's bed as a tool was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. As for the restroom situation, there is proof of your technician entering and exiting the restroom, and immediately afterward urine was left on the toilet seat and bathroom floor. That mess was not there beforehand. Calling it an "allegation" instead of addressing the concern respectfully is disappointing. I shared my honest experience as a customer. He was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Ian is the owner of the company. From my experience with him in this short while , I've learned he is a family man with astounding integrity. Second, I did not contact this company Cal-View Property Inspections casually or without cause. I reached out because there were serious ongoing concerns in my home, involving exposed walls, abnormal air quality, and conditions that affected my family's health and safety. At the time, children were living in the home, and the wall area had remained exposed for an extended period. The inspection was not the cause of the problem. It was conducted because I needed answers about conditions that already existed inside the unit. The inspection helped confirm that mold concerns were present in the air and on surfaces within the home, including in my daughter's bedroom. After the inspection, I pursued code enforcement. That process resulted in multiple code violations being identified, and repairs were required. My family was displaced as a result of the condition of the home, not because of anything this company created. The statements suggesting improper motive or lack of professionalism do not reflect my experience. I hired this company because I needed an independent assessment, and from my experience they were professional, responsive, and helpful during an extremely stressful situation. This company did not create the conditions in my home. They documented them. I am grateful I contacted them.

I called a company and got a quote of $900+. I am a renter and my landlord says the rodent/bug problem is my problem not his. I'm unable to afford such a big amount so I went on Facebook. Some friends recommended Pro Active Pest Control. I called and made an appointment for them to come out in the next couple days. So awesome I didn't have to wait a couple weeks like the other company. Pro Active Pest Control came out and inspected my home. I was given a quote that I laughed at because it was so unbelievable. Price was just a smidgen of what the other company quoted me. I jumped on the chance to get help. Tyler is a very courteous and friendly. The rodent and bugs were getting under control. I was happy. I have been with Pro Active Pest Control for about 6-8 months now. Pro Active Pest Control came out today. A new guy, Gilbert, was the serviceman. It took me awhile to get to the door but he was still there when I got to it. He didn't just knock once then leave. Gilbert was courteous and friendly, professional and listened to me. A+ service. A gentleman named Jesse showed up and he also was kind and courteous. He jumped in and helped Gilbert finish the job instead of standing around watching. I made it a point to not go with a name brand company but more of a smaller business, why? because I like customer service and I like to feel like they really are connecting with me and my home issues and not the bottom dollar and because I like customer and well-seasoned technicians. Absolutely amazing service, My Tech Robert has been great! From day one, he has been professional and kind. He's very knowledgeable, always willing to listen and answer all my questions and concerns (which can be a LOT ), and he never gets rude or short like some others have in the past. He investigates the issues and then goes above and beyond to eliminate them, even coming out a couple extra times to empty traps or to re-spray no questions asked. We had an emergency in our house the water pipes was leaking from the attic to the garage. When we called the plumbers they check the attic and told us that we had rodents in the attic biting in the pipes. They advice us to get it checked by a pest control. We called about 4 pest control company. 3 of them said the earlier they can get to us is the next day. When I called Pro Active Pest Control I spoke to Dru and he had one of his Technician Abbey come out the same and was able to diagnosed the problems and set traps around the outside of the house. Ive been with this company for a few months to date. I am very pleased with their service Both in person and by phone. Alex is my newest service technician And he is amazing. He is very nice, well informed, and goes above and beyond. His cheerful demeanor is contagious. I also love when I call the company for questions or about an issue at my house; they are always friendly and accommodating which I absolutely love And appreciate. I had never worked with Pro Active Pest Control before, but I called then for an inspection and they were able to come out the next business day. We found a rodent in our garage, but the technician quickly determined there was no entry point, so it must have taken a ride in our car into our garage or run in when the door was open. The whole thing took less than 10 minutes, and as there was no work to be done and the incident was isolated to the garage, they comped the inspection charge. Would work with them again. Pro Active Pest Control is the best Pest Control Company I have ever used, and they are very affordable. With our mild weather in Sacramento, I have bugs that need to be dealt with all year long. My technician, Dru is friendly, knowledgeable and thorough! He has offered suggestions to help cut down my bug population. He always calls to confirm my appointment and speaks to me after my service is done, or leaves a door hanger with what was done. Every concern and question I had, he did not hesitate to answer and answered extremely well. He deeply took my concerns into consideration, when spaying. I've been using proactive for several years and have had a great experience. I love that I can call in anytime for a re-service. I called in and spoke to Josh, he was able to get my re-service set up quickly and on the day that I needed, he was extremely professional and helpful, and actually seemed empathetic to my bug problems. Ants are not the worst thing in the world, but they are incredibly annoying. They come and go and come and go and we finally gave in and looked to a professional. My husband looked at pretty much every company in our area and decided on Pro Active. They came out quickly and our technician, Alex, was professional, nice and thorough. I received a flat rate price estimate shortly after starting a Yelp project on July 5th from this company. They were quick to respond and gave a price that was reasonable compared to others that responded and offered to come out next day. Dennis came the next day and communicated well prior to his arrival. Dennis explained what he would do well. Dennis made quick work of that wasp nest and knocked it off my roof eave before taking it away. All in all, I'd say he was here for no longer than 20 minutes. He recommended servicing our residence as well as the eaves to further prevent wasps from returning and to prevent other pests from visiting, but was not pushy about the service. I would recommend this company to others.

I hired Patriot Pest Management in 2020 to address a rodent issue in my attic and crawl space…read more After their inspection, I was told there were "several spots on the roof line" that needed patching, and that they would repair those areas, clean the space, and deodorize it. I paid nearly $3,000 for those services. Fast‑forward to now: I started hearing activity again and had my current pest control company inspect the property. Within 20 minutes, the technician identified the real issue -- there is no plywood sheathing between my rafters and the tile roof, leaving multiple open points for rodents and other animals to enter. In other words, the "patches" Patriot Pest Management sold me were nothing more than temporary band‑aids on a structural problem they should have clearly identified and explained. I feel misled and taken advantage of. They took my money, gave me inadequate repairs, and left me with the same problem I had before -- holes in the roof, droppings in the crawl space, and insulation that now needs to be removed and replaced. Their recommendations and assurances were incomplete at best and negligent at worst. I would never recommend Patriot Pest Management. They did me dirty, and I'm now paying again to fix issues they should have properly diagnosed the first time.
