I asked for special attention to the shelving in the closets only to find they were likely only dusted as the grime was still caked on. Self cleaning of the cabinetry after the clean resulted in the cleaning wipes looking black. The guy cleaning was friendly but ultimately not worth the money spent. EDIT: Since the business owner replied, cleaning looked good upon initial review and comment listed was sent minutes after the cleaner left. Kitchen grime wasn't noticed until moving in, and with respect to offering to come redo/reclean, that offer was not made, just a discount. I'll give an extra star out of fairness for that, but to me the pricing is still inconsistent with the quality

I hired them to clean the common areas of our condo and provided our debt card info for payment as requested. The following days, there were dozens of fraudulent activities detected by my bank (someone used our card to make food purchases). They are the only vendor/party I have ever given our card information to. Again, this is a warning, not an acquisition. But I'll make sure to never use their service again.

They were efficient, hard-working, respectful, and got a lot done in a short amount of time. Dan from client service was great too. He made scheduling and billing really easy and kept me in the loop. After 15 years, we're saying goodbye to Halina's Enterprises -- and only because we're moving. If…read morewe could pack them up and take them with us, we would. Fifteen years is a long time to trust someone with your home, and not once did we second-guess it. They were unfailingly professional, thorough, and reliable -- but honestly, that undersells it. Somewhere along the way they stopped feeling like a service we hired and started feeling like part of the family. If you're looking for a cleaning service, look no further. We could not recommend Halina's Enterprises more highly, and whoever hires them next is lucky to have them.

Lyubov and Oksana did a wonderful job on our move-in deep clean. Even though the unit was…read morefurnished, they still gave the unit a thorough deep clean, and the results were amazing. Unlike other services where maids wear outdoor shoes or shoe covers that can tear, which we were worried about, these maids switched into indoor shoes right away and worked efficiently. They finished within the promised two-hour window while leaving the place very clean, including some of the furniture. We were most worried about our bathroom tiles, so we added the Microban disinfection as a paid add-on, in addition to the free green cleaning option. The Microban worked well, and the tiles and grout came out clean. We have to be honest, though: the scent was quite strong, and it took a while for the bathroom to air out afterward. Because of the pungent chemical smell, we asked the maids about the mold cleaner and whether it was part of the green cleaning, and they let us know that it wasn't. A heads-up about the scent and a note that it falls outside the green cleaning option would be helpful additions for future customers. Otherwise, we were happy with how the tiles turned out. Both maids arrived within the scheduled timeframe, and we paid exactly the rate we were quoted. One small hiccup was with scheduling. We chose the flexible arrival window for the discount, and the admin team had told us they could still confirm an exact time the morning of the cleaning day. We called that morning and never got a specific time, so we followed up and were told it was a miscommunication. A bit more clarity on scheduling next time would go a long way. On a positive note for the admin team, they picked up calls quickly and were receptive when we followed up. In short, Lyubov and Oksana were fantastic, and between the honest, reasonable pricing and the excellent cleaning, we would happily recommend Accessmaids and give five stars!

I had fallen behind on cleaning because I was injured in an accident. I needed help to catch up on…read morecleaning, to start fresh from a clean apartment. Alejandra and Miguel were polite, friendly, and did good work. They texted to let me know they would be slightly late. They listened to my requests and followed them, rather than doing a standard deep cleaning routine. They were flexible, so I got exactly what I needed, which was kitchen and bathroom, especially stovetop, backsplash, tub shower, and floors. They even asked permission to vacuum, just in case I was in a Zoom meeting or similar. Payment was slightly awkward for me, because I don't have Zelle or Venmo. I just haven't learned about those apps. Paying by debit or credit card is a second choice for TooClean, and there is a processing fee. Nevertheless, I would be happy to hire them again if I can't keep up with my cleaning for any reason.

You get reminders the week of your service and can always reach out if something needs to be adjusted. We've been a customer for the last 6 months. I only meant to get things cleaned around the holidays but they did such a good job that it's a wonderful monthly treat. Each time we've had a cleaning we've been happy, in particular we appreciate Ana M.'s service and detail orientation. We request to work with Ana for our regular monthly cleaning but any member of the team provides a great service. The staff is equipped with their own supplies making it really hands off for the customer. I do like to declutter counter tops and tables to ensure she can get to surfaces, but she'll also neatly arrange stuff if a few stray items happen to be on a counter top. One of my favorite surprises is how she leaves towels, toilet paper, and paper towels in little flowers and bows. Each member of the team does this in different ways. It's a very small but nice touch to remind me that my home is fresher and that someone took care with that detail. Excellent company and service. Very professional and courteous.
