Anyway, the true reason I am changing my review rating is because the owner Nicole reached out to me. She made everything right and said she addressed the issue with her horrible manager Christine. She gave me my prorated refund without insulting me and calling me a liar. She also reassured me that I am allowed my own opinions on yelp, as they are a true reflection of my experience with them. Up until hiring Priority Maids, I had never had someone come out to clean my apartment. We are in the process of moving things around and decided (last minute) that a deep cleaning of some of our place was needed. I sent out a request for a quote and got a response within the hour! Not only was the response quick, but I was able to schedule services for THE NEXT DAY! Christina, the booking manager, really made me feel comfortable with the process, answered all of my questions and followed up with me to check in and see how things went. The next day, Bertha arrived on time and ready to go! I was really impressed at how clean everything looked when she was done 3 hours later. I didn't realize my balcony doors and my windows could look that clean and bright! She even dusted the cabinet doors and walls. I am super allergic to dust and can't do any of that myself, so you can imagine how dusty things had become. She was very nice, professional and efficient. IF they show up they do a good job. i've been using this service for at least 2 years now and nearly every time they come late (like hours) or never show up. they don't bother to communicate. i have to call, email repeatedly to find out how to reschedule. i can understand that things come up, emergencies happen but when it's 90% of the time it's unacceptable. it's pretty much the worst customer service and an unreliable company. i regret giving them so many chances. read more

Seriously working with this group has been a great experience thus far. Initially I went with the bi-weekly cleaning but decided with two little ones running around I was in need of a weekly service and it has been the best gift I could give myself. They have worked around my schedule, come on the days and times I requested, sent my preferred cleaning crew and given me options to choose from and have worked with me on setting up monthly billing so I don't have to pay weekly and Christina is helpful and very responsive. It really has been a great experience but the best part of all is that they offer discounts and promotions not just to new customers like most companies but to their existing customers too. We just hosted our Christmas party and after all that, I was not in the mood for cleaning. I looked on yelp for someone to do a thorough job and found Priority. I sent an email hoping to get penciled in this week and got a response so quickly. I was able to get an appointment for the next day, which was a pleasant surprise. On time arrival and straight to work was a great start. She had a very methodical approach and so quiet not even my sketchy cats were disturbed. Each room of the house was given special attention and smells amazing. I really appreciate how much care she took in handling our things. I would like to leave her name but I did not receive it. :( Also, I've never seen our range look so perfect! I will definitely utilize this service again. read more

The maids were okay. The bathroom was pristine. They missed some parts in kitchen (didn't even wipe down our dining room table). Moved stuff in bedroom to clean and did not return it to original place. We paid $90 in cash as 2 maids were there for 1.5 hours on the dot ($30/hr per maid). Our credit card was then charged for $121. They guaranteed us before services that our credit card would not be charged, but they needed it on file. Karina dodged our calls when we tried calling about the charge. Called 3x and left 2 voice messages and heard nothing back. Finally she called back and apologized, said they reversed the charge the day before (a Sunday). One week goes by with no word from them and the CC remained charged. The next week we get an email saying they "found the money" we gave them and they reversed our CC charge. So, they lied the first time about reversing the charge. The fact that we gave them the full amount in cash and then they charged us on the credit card (after promising not to) MORE than the amount due is absolutely uncalled for. And then lying to us about reversing the charge until they "found" the money we gave them? Very unprofessional. Lastly, Karina was very unprofessional regarding feedback for her company. She constantly berated us asking us to write a positive yelp review for them. She called a few hours after the maids left to check in and then spent about 2 minutes trying to convince us to write a yelp review, saying she'll call back in a few days if she hadn't seen a review from us. Because of the CC being charged and her dodging our calls, we obviously hadn't left a review. Several days later she called again, telling us to please leave a yelp review for them. We felt completely pressured to write them a positive yelp review. It was very unprofessional to be using yelp as a way to pressure people into giving them positive feedback. We will absolutely not be using these services again. If you look through the bad yelp reviews, MANY people have had issues with being overcharged. We do not recommend this company. read more

I contacted Priority Maids to clear our 3B2B house, and was very pleased with the work that Olga and Berta did. They brought their own supplies, got to work right away, and went from room to room cleaning completely and thoroughly. Didn't need to give a list of instructions, look over their shoulder, or point stuff out (as I've unfortunately had to do with a lot of cleaners in the past!) - they knew what they were doing, were professional, and did a great job! Wow! I've just had the maids come over today for their first cleaning of my house. It's a 6 BR house with 3 full baths, an office (and a shedding golden!) They did an amazing job in a pretty reasonable amount of time! We have many kids ranging from age 10-20. The kids also have various levels of messes in the bedrooms. These young ladies cleaned spectacularly! In fact, I feel like our house hasn't looked this neat and orderly since the day we moved in! ;) Before we hired them, we had a cleaning lady. Wish I found Priority Maids first - our last cleaning lady didn't clean half as much and did it less than half as well - and took twice the time :( So far - LOVE Priority Maids, and am looking forward to their very helpful very reasonable bi-weekly cleanings! read more

Management service is horrible. In the beginning they were communicating with me through emails. However when the day of service came no words whatsoever - No one showed up. No emails. No phone calls. Contacted the management through media stating how unprofessional they were for making me change my Saturday plans for them to not show up. Rather than apologizing for THIER MISTAKE, they had the balls to LIE to me and say they emailed me asking for my information but I never got back to them. That's funny because I use gmail and all the same conversation are saved together in one email chain and that one email they "supposedly" said they sent to me magically disappeared... Management, next time you are at fault just apologize and accept your mistakes. Lying only makes your business go down the drain. read more

I used Priority Maids to service my home before a birthday party for my daughter. Christina emailed me the next day after inquiring on Yelp. We worked out a date and time that worked for me and my husband. They sent two maids, Bertha and Rita to do the initial deep cleaning. Went with priority maids due to yelp reviews, and I'm thankful I did! They took a little longer that I thought they should have, but they did a great job! My house feels wonderful knowing how clean it is! Thank you! Not satisfied with the overall business aspect though. Lady called me to get payment and claimed the cleaners were at my house longer than they actually were. I was quoted one thing via email, and attempted to charge me a higher amount after the fact. I requested service for a move-out Cleaning and drove 30 miles to get to my old apartment. Maid never showed up. I talked to someone, emailed and provided my credit card to hold the appointment. I was overwhelmed with the dust everywhere in my condo after the remodeling of my kitchen and bathroom. I decided to get help and looked on the yelp reviews. I found Priority Maids and decided to get an estimate of what I needed which was my whole condo dusted and washed. Christina answered promptly and I arranged for two people. Bertha and Jamie arrived promptly on the day we arranged. They were personable and ready to work. I told them about my skittish cats, and Bertha knew what I was talking about, she has another customer who loves her cat the way I do. The two were no nonsense and got to work. I decided to leave to do some errands. When I got home, they said they were done. The condo looked AMAZING. I was so pleased. That night when I was getting ready to go to bed, I opened my medicine cabinet...it was scrubbed clean!!
