Horrible service. The gentlemen that assisted me was very irritable from the moment I walked in. I had to print out some images from a thumb drive (pictures, but wanted it on regular paper) he was bothered to walk away from his desk and help me at their computer that wasn't capable of resizing an image to a smaller or larger print for that matter. its something simple that can be done from any computer however, I wanted great quality colored ink and I told the "worker" (which I'm sure was the owner cause that was the attitude he had) said they were a printing place not a photo place???? I wanted to laugh because I never requested photo prints I said images. I work at RCH hospital and will make sure that we NEVER use this company again!!!! Definitely would never give a good review for the POOR attitude this man greeted me with. read more

I came in about 15 minutes before closing in hope to get helped out and place an order and then pick it up in a couple days. But the worker just rudely told me they were going to close and could not even try helping out. He wouldn't even try assisting me but just said that he was going to be closing. I've had several printing services done by another company in the past and have always been really satisfied. But, now they have changed their prices significantly and decided to go with PIP Printing. I had asked for a quote for a total of 49 postcards to get printed, and set up. There was a bit of organizing for them to do, and the total came just under $80. Not bad, I thought this was reasonable for the work. (One Star!) I received a call when the folks there noticed I had put the address on the wrong side of the postcard. They said that I needed to fix this or they wouldn't get sent by the post office. Eh, I've always put it on the wrong side, never had a problem. But they were insistent. So I took another hour to change the design and sent it back. I was told the turn around time would be 15 minutes! But when I asked if they were ready, they said that it would be done in the following morning. The following morning I was told it would be done 'today'. But after lunch, I was told it wasn't in production yet. So, finally, after work, I called again and they said it should be done by the time I get to the site. When I finally got to the site, they printed the WRONG postcards. They made a huge deal about me changing the work and didn't print them correctly. Tom, the gentleman I was working with, didn't even offer to reprint them, fully knowing he had already told me that they won't get delivered and made me redo the work. What a waste. Will not be using them again. One star for price. Minus 4 stars for: lack of communication MULTIPLE times, not reprinting after they made a mistake, not taking care of customer to the best of their ability. read more

I work in marketing for a private mortgage banker where the pace is insane and last-minute job requests are the norm. PIP has always been able to meet our impossible deadlines but yesterday they went out of their way to help us. We called on Monday for a professional table cloth with our logo (not an inexpensive item - so it was important to get it right). They not only created the piece in time, they delivered it to the hotel where our event was taking place AND they did last minute printing of 500 fliers. All were delivered just prior to the event and our booth at the event looked awesome -- all because of PIP. I'm just amazed they were willing to do it all last minute.
