It appeared to be tethered to the display rack so I asked if he needed to unlock it? He replied, yes. I waited while he finished helping someone else who had walked in. I admit I was a little annoyed by him not walking over with me initially to unlock purchase but he appeared to be working alone so I gave him grace today lol.

I went in to ship a package and laminate a few posters. The lamination is self-service, but the prices are the same as other places where staff handle it for you. There were two employees on duty; one of them was quite unhelpful and dismissive when I asked for assistance with the lamination process, simply shrugging and returning to his work. Fortunately, the other employee stepped in to help. Overall, the customer service here was lacking--cold and unfriendly. I wouldn't choose to come back to this location.
