I came way from McKinney to get my nails done I tried calling before I came but got no answer. When I arrived I was asked "How can we help you?" (Cool). I requested a full set and the lady told me "Okay, have a seat" (also cool). I asked about my regular Technician she said he no longer works here but any of the people here can do your full set (Okay ) then she asks "Do you wanna just come back tomorrow? It's 3 people in front of you and we close at 7 (mind you it's 6:25pm) I told her I came from McKinney to get my nails done. She says "yeah but we close at 7 you should come back tomorrow (Not cool). I asked her does she know where McKinney is, she said yes but they're are 3 people in front of you. Basically, "I don't give a damn where you drove from we wanna leave at 7". 1. Answer your phone! It's 10 employees working! 2. Why wasn't your door locked! 3. Why ask me what I want and to have a seat JUST to turn me away?? 4. Work on your customer service!!! 5. I came here because it was the closest to my sisters place and I didn't want to drive to where I usually go ( I should have) I asked for a gel pedicure had to wait 15 mins which isn't too bad. Long story short my left foot looks way better then my right. She filed my big toe too small and on top of that didn't even massage my feet or used hot rocks or wax and still tried to charge me $45 which is what I usually pay at my original place that includes all of that. Love the staff and I love my nails.I work doubles and needed to get my nails taken off that I terribly did myself but needed to hurry back to work. Michelle listened to my every need and had me finished in thirty minutes with no knowledge of me having to go back to work. Thank you Michelle! 2nd time being here and the customer service has been great and consistent. They get you a seat quick and have pretty comfy massage chairs for pedicures. My last pedicure from here lasted 3wks and didn't cost a billion dollars. Literally less than $30, you can't beat that! read more

Went in for a pedi and full set and they only charged $47. They worked super fast and my nails came out great ! The lady that did my pedi took out my ingrown nail painlessly and she didn't make me bleed at all, amazing. I asked the lady doing my full set to make my nails a little thinner and she did it with no complaints. I was there for no more than an hour and it was full. I suggest going in the morning because once it hit 12:30pm there were about 3 people waiting and all technicians were occupied. Their color selection isn't too great and I wouldn't say they look like the cleanest place but they seem to follow regulations. read more

The worst place I have ever gone to. First I asked for shellac. Apparently that meant I did not want a manicure and my cuticles were not treated. Secondly the actual work was sloppy and my nails do not look good. I ended up spending 20 dollars but I will end up getting it done properly ASAP elsewhere. Poor customer service. I've been looking for a nail place since I'm new to the area so I decided to try it here since there's such good reviews. The inside is pretty small & it gets very crowded! I went during a week day so I can only imagine what it looks like on the weekends! I waited about 45 minutes. They don't take down names they just kinda remember who walks in & what order. I can't remember the ladies name that did my nails but she was nice. I was getting a full set I told her I wanted the stiletto shape & she started giving me a square shape & asked if it was right I said no & showed her what I wanted & she quickly fixed it. I showed her the design I wanted & she attempted it.... It wasn't at all what I wanted but it didn't look horrible so I just let her finish. She took about an hour to finish it all. It came out to $27. Not too bad. Overall this place was alright nothing to great in my opinion. I think I will try out a few more places before coming back. read more

I've learned over the years that the nicest nail salons do the worst jobs. This is a hole in the wall with sometimes a 3 hour wait that's well worth it. Almost any nail look you show them will be 35 dollars. The price they set for the job the do is insane. Any other nail place would charge an extra 5 for this and that and that bringing your nails to 15-20 dollars more than you expected. One time I literally thought my nails were 35 and she looked at them and said "actually no 30" I was like !?!?!? I was ok with 35 and she literally said no 30 is good. They do an amazing job I drive like 35 mins from Plano, sign in, run some errands and come back for my turn. read more

Not impressed. As a certified cosmetologist myself I try to not scrutinize others at there job when I'm only paying 27 for a manicure and pedicure. But, I have had services done at the same price by more talented people how care how the costumer leaves thinking about their relaxing spa day. I only get my nails done once a month, I won't be returning to spend my one month appointment with them. Not to mention they are extremely closer to where I reside, I'd still rather drive to bishop arts and have my nails done right the way I like (for the same price) . read more

hello my susan from dallas tx this is my second day going to this place it is really a dirty place to do a pedicure had a pedicure done 3/17/14 the pedi lady said to me i had an ingrown toe nail she fix them alright she poke my right toe so much that it was bleeding she told me you ok but it hurt like hell on top of that she file my toe nail with the square sponge and blood got on sponge and then she put it back in her cubby for the next client to use i guess it is really a hazard in that place it is unsanitize place i saw the lady just rinse the metal things with water she poked me with back in cubby. not going back there ever health department needs to close it down...! read more
