What a wonderful restaurant! We had a party of 5 including a toddler and they seated us quickly in the corner. Our server was consistent and helpful. I will say our food took a little longer than expected (especially with a toddler), but the food quality was worth the wait. The food was absolutely delicious! Everyone gave their food 10/10. Don't pass on the soup, especially for the price! We can't wait to go back and try more items. Definitely the best restaurant we've tried in the Boro.

My wife and I have been wanting to try this restaurant for a while, and it did not disappoint. The staff was courteous and attentive. I started with the tomato bisque soup, which was creamy and flavorful. My shrimp and grits entree was excellent, one of the best I've had in a while. My wife really enjoyed the chicken, and my father in law said his beef tips were very tasty. I look forward to returning to try other items on the menu. If you are looking for a nicer local restaurant with great food, friendly service, and reasonable prices, this place is worth checking out, and is much better than most of the "fancier" restaurants in downtown Nashville.

Had dinner here on a Saturday night with a 6:45pm reservation. Appearance from outside is a bit bland so when we walked in, we were happy to see it full and more appealing inside. Our waiter was Hank, he was friendly and attentive. He did a nice job of taking care of us. He took our orders but could have been a bit more enthusiastic about their menu. The fried calamari was very good. It was a bit odd they served our Caesar salads with the dressing on the side in a plastic condiment container - not a good choice. Overall experience was nice. Not sure we'd go back as there wasn't anything that grabbed our attention visually or culinary wise.

Our server Maya was the BEST. There were gluten free and dairy free options marked plainly on the menu. The food was delicious. The restaurant was spacious and lovely.

We were visiting Murphreesboro recently and had the happy accident of stumbling across this lovely bistro. What a great locally owned and operated local eatery!! The owner/chef here has really created quite a jewel. The Korean Potato Skins appetizer is a must try. The steak tips were quite nice as well. I have a feeling the entire menu would be an epicurean treat. The resturant is well appointed and decorated for a classy meal. The Craft cocktail list is very nice. Wait staff here is friendly, efficient, and helpful.

If you blink, you could drive by this place. It was amazing! They took us right in for our reservation and sat us near a window. Our server was so sweet and made great recommendations. The unique drinks were fantastic! I had the Summer 75 and it was perfect. My husband had the Old Fashion and said it was perfect. Our appetizers were delish. We enjoyed the Korean BBQ Stuffed Potato Skins and Cheerwine Pork Belly Tostadas- The flavors were unbelievable. I enjoyed the Peach Salad with shrimp and the shrimp had the almost amazing flavor. My husband had the Pear Salad with steak. We literally can't wait to go back.

My boyfriend and I made a reservation to dine at Primrose on June 28th, 2025 at 7pm. We arrived 15 minutes early. Although plenty of servers and bartenders saw us walk in, none of them greeted us. Eventually, a young man with straw blonde hair, walked over towards us. Never making eye contact as he walked towards the host table. "Do you guys have a reservation?" he asked. Once he located our reservation he looked up and said, "Great. I'll take you to your table." After being seated I looked around to get an idea of the restaurants theme. It didn't have one. In fact, it looked like the interior designer grabbed a bunch of pieces from varies locations. Barn style chairs and industrial hanging lamps that looked like they came off the set of the Amazon Prime show, Fallout. Ribbed Glass windows between tables, similar to the Art Deco era from the 1920's. and Flat screen t.v's hanging above the bar, playing random things like Bob Ross, painting. After a long wait our waitress stumbled over to our table. "I'll be your server today. I'll be back with your waters." and she walked off almost immediately. "Did you notice how she didn't tell us what her name was?" my boyfriend questioned. When our waitress returned I asked, "Sorry, what is your name?" "My name? Emma..." After that, I ordered a coke and my boyfriend ordered a glass of wine and off Emma went. Another server brought us over a serving of bread and butter. I read another review for this restaurant where someone said these rolls were basic and tasted like King Hawaiian Rolls. First off, please do not insult King's Hawaiian Rolls. They are amazing. The bread at Primrose is more similar to the bread that people made at home during 2020 Covid lockdown. Quarantine brick bread. Emma came back, served me my Coke, but no wine for my boyfriend. And before we could say anything, Emma took off...again. A woman with a floral blouse walked over and served our table my boyfriend's glass of wine. We smiled at the woman and said thank you. However, the woman didn't seem too happy. Gave us a half smile and walked off. After another 10 minutes, no Emma. We asked another waitress walking by, "Hi, is Emma on a lunch break?" The blonde waitress became anxious and responded, "Uh, is there something I can do for you?" "Yes, we'd like to order our food..." The waitress looked around before saying, "Uh...I'll be back." More waiting. While we waited out our prison sentence I noticed the woman with the floral shirt, who brought my boyfriend his wine, hanging out with a couple at their table for what seemed like forever. Every once in a while she would walk away and come back to chat for minutes on end with this couple. I gathered the assumption that she was the manager of the restaurant. The blonde waitress returned (Her name is Jordan) and said, "Uh, can you just tell me your order?" I responded, "Okay. But, what happened to Emma?" "She just took off and left." the waitress began. My manager said she would come over to explain the situation. Did she not?" "Who is your manager?" I asked. The waitress turned and pointed over to the floral shirt wearing woman who was, again, talking it up with the couple. "No, she didn't" I said firmly. If I went on about how the rest of the night went this would turn into a novel and less of a review. So, lets discuss the food. The portions for the starter Tempura Pork, is huge. And it was absolutely delicious. My boyfriend ordered the Woodford Steak Tips for his entree and I, Springer Mountain Chicken Schnitzel. All of that, 10/10. Eventually the manager came up towards the end of our meal. Apologized (Apology seemed forced) and gave us a dessert of our choice, for free. I believe their dessert menus change frequently. We chose the butterscotch crème brûlée. It was a 9/10. All in all the only good thing about this place was the food, (except for the quarantine bread) Staff was either rude or disorganized. The manager spent more time hanging out with a married couple rather than managing the restaurant( I think her name is Maya?). And it took almost 1 hour and 30 minutes before we were served our entrees. Pros: Plenty of parking in parking center lot. Amazing food. Cons: Rude or Anxious staff. Poor management team, Cluttered Ambiance, outrageously expensive prices (And this coming from someone who came from the expensive city of San Diego, California.) and ridiculously long wait time between food courses, (even drinks.)

Primrose table is a perfect option for a nice dinner that's a little nicer than the typical chain restaurant but you can still go in jeans and a nice top or simple dress outfit. Love that there is plenty of easy parking (so perfect to take someone elderly or handicapped instead of the nicer restaurants downtown where it can be harder to park and get in and out). The service was exceptional and our food came out very quickly. The steak tips were amazing! I changed out the side items to the creamed spinach and the risotto instead of the mashed potatoes and asparagus based on a friend's rec and they didn't disappoint! To drink, I got the new berry spritz and is was perfect - a great lighter option but they had reasonable wine prices as well. Will definitely go back!

From start to finish, such a delicious meal and fantastic drinks! Although the ambiance doesn't match the comfort food we ate, and the service was just okay, the meal made up for it all!

Our waitress was REALLY hard working and I could feel her stress. I told her to relax, she's doing great. It was probably a bad idea to bring so many people here that have never been to a Kpot before. Even I was overwhelmed! However, she was great and through it all, the staff here were phenomenal with so much back and forth of what people ordered. I definitely will stick to 4 or less people from now on haha. The food was fresh and delicious and I loved loved LOVED the curry based broth, something we don't have in Raleigh, NC. I will definitely be back when we're in the area again.

Having both options at one table is a total win, especially for a group with different tastes. The Highlights: * Better Quality Meats: Compared to some other AYCE (All You Can Eat) spots, the meat quality here is definitely a step up. * Must-Order Cuts: The Galbi is flavorful and tender, and the KPOT Steak is another standout--it's high-quality and cooks up perfectly on the grill. * Spacious Vibes: This place is huge! It's very spacious for big parties, so if you're bringing the whole family or a large group of friends, you won't feel like you're squeezed in. The Tech & Service: * iPad Ordering: I love the convenience of ordering from the iPad right at the table. It makes the process feel seamless. * One at a Time: Just a heads up--even if you order multiple quantities of an item, they tend to still only bring one out at a time. It can slow things down a bit when you're hungry, but it does help prevent food waste. * The Sauce Bar: The sauce area is fantastic with tons of options, though it can get pretty crowded during peak hours. You might have to time your trip to the bar strategically! Overall: The prices are decent for the amount and quality of food you get. It's a reliable, fun experience that keeps our family coming back.

Sweet and a little spicy, perfectly crispy. They are amazing. Pho with Chicken -- it's a great comfort food. It's consistent which is nice and they send everything out separately when you order it to go so you can add what you like, which I think is a nice touch. My sister said the green curry was some of the best she's had, but she ate it before I could steal a bite. Overall, I definitely recommend Som-Tum Thai.

I placed a to-go order of sesame chicken with fried rice, wonton soup and chicken fresh rolls. My order took about 10-15 minutes. So it did take not too long. The food was prepared fresh so everything was nice a hot even after a short 10 min drive to get back home. The wonton soup was excellent. The chicken fresh rolls were decent, but some of the lettuce was not so fresh. Also, the peanut sauce was a little runny for my taste. The sesame chicken was pretty good, however, the fried rice was a little bland. Overall, I would say it was a decent lunch. But I would say, considering they are a little pricier than most Thai restaurants, I was expecting a little more wow. I will definitely give them another try.
