I reached out to State 48 and connected with Sean, who was super responsive even replying to my texts on a Sunday and quickly got us scheduled. After the service, we received a detailed report on the pool's condition right as Sean was wrapping up. We later found out our regular guy had been in the hospital with a serious illness. I let Sean know we planned to stick with our usual provider once he was back, and he was incredibly understanding and flexible about it. If anything ever changes with our regular pool service, I wouldn't hesitate to call State 48 again. Really appreciate Sean's flexibility, his willingness to fit us into a busy schedule, and his understanding of the situation. And for the record, they got our pool looking great just in time for our regular guy to return. Thanks again, State 48!

Apparently ensuring appropriate water level for a pool is too much to ask. This company will…read moreperform a weekly substandard service, and will refuse to take ownership on the simplest of tasks. We have had a dirt pile in the corner of our pool for over 3 weeks now that has not been cleaned (I have photos with time/date stamps). Our pool level has been way too high for 6 weeks causing the pool to leak through the top and causing damage to our travertine and surrounding trees and plants. Checking the pool level and auto leveler is NOT a part of their service we have come to find out. Which in the opinions of 3 other companies, is routine maintenance. This is a shame as we loved working with Kenny when we first moved here a few years back. Once Kenny left, our services from this company have been on a down hill spiral. The pool equipment has had a leak for quite some time now which could have been easily identified by any pool technician that performs routine maintenance. This company is not recommended.
