My go to local pizza spot. Been all over the menu, I feel the only thing lacking for me are the garlic knots. Wish they'd be more garlicky, but that's just me. The vegan options are solid too. Have yet to dine in but gone to pick up a lot and delivered. Ordering online off their website is breeze and they're pretty punctual with their estimated prep time. Parking lot can be a lil tight when busy but it's a high traffic area. And they produce a quality product. Customer service has always been solid too. Love the hip hop that's usually playing in the background. My personal favorite is the Arrabbiata with pepperoni well done for the perfect crispy crust. Oh, also, their ranch is top tier. read more

It's never fair to compare but if you enjoy Prince Street, then you'll love PRIME PIZZA Their grandma slice and regular slice are crisp and oily and tasty and everything you want in a slice of pizza pie. I also sampled the wings and wasn't disappointed by those, either. Topped off with a nice fizzy drink and your LDL level is off to the races. I arrived right at opening and there were slices ready to serve, and a stream of deliveries and pickups already occurring in the first 20 minutes of opening. The steady business is a good omen! Great lunch special , 2 slices and a drink for $10. Staff is super friendly, little indoor eating area and some outside tables as well. Their summer tomato slice was nice without the summer tomatoes. My bf and I were in the area for another Yelp event so we decided to grab dinner from here on the way home! Let me start off by saying that the parking lot is absolutely ridiculous. We came in through one side which is both an entrance and exit but there is literally only a total of like 6 parking spots here. Super tiny AND you can't even exit through the other side because it's also an entrance but ONLY ONE WAY. It makes no sense. They basically force you to park but if there aren't any spots, then it sucks because you just have to back out into the main road to exit. Luckily there was a gap for the handicap spot that I was able to turn into to let the other guy pass who came from the other entrance but then I had to completely turn around to face where I came from and try to find parking. Once we finally got parking, we walked into the place and grabbed a menu to look at. Seems like a very tiny spot overall with very few tables and a squishy enough entrance. Everyone there was also just in and out meaning they placed their orders online. Luckily we didn't have to wait long. The nice young man took our order and we sat on the bench and waited. Took the pizza home to enjoy and I did not even realize how HUGE the pizza was! The box was big but the slices were also very big. Total of 8 slices but they were super big like New York style. It's a very thin pizza and wasn't really my thing although the flavor was delicious! Glad we got to try it. I'd eat it again but not very often. I still prefer a regular pizza which is more doughy. I would give the pizza a 4 actually so my rating is more on the 3.5 side. Being from the east coast is very particular about pizza and Prime has some of the better tasting. I will say their price is a little high but that's most places nowadays. The restaurant itself is small, only like 3 tables inside but there is a nice outdoor seating area. But it's definitely more a takeout place in my opinion. Only ever interacted with one hostess, others times I ordered online beforehand so not much interaction but she was nice. read more

I've been wanting to go to one of the locations for a while now. I happen to go to the Burbank/North Hollywood location last night. As luck would have it they had a collaboration pizza with La Unica Tacos Y Birria (birria pizza). The place itself is a little small, but has fun decorations from Los Angeles especially the Dodgers. The folks behind the counter were super friendly. A few of my friends and I were grabbing dinner before we were cracking up and beers. We decided to get slices so we could try a variety. I got to try the birria pizza, the Sicilian slice, spicy pepperoni square slice, and the regular pepperoni. The birria work really well. It came with some salsa and some consome. Really great all together. The spicy pepperoni had a bit of a kick, but not overly spicy. I also enjoyed the Sicilian square slice. A nice thick crust with a nice crunch. Definitely fun place to go to if you want a whole pizza or if you want to go by slices. It's a nice addition to the neighborhood and I'm happy that it's pretty close to my friends house whenever we come over. read more

Located in a very saturated area full other pizza establishments. I don't go here by choice but usually with a friend who enjoys their pizza. This place is mainly about the pizza and doesn't offer much else besides that. I struggle to find non pizza choices on the menu that other pizza joints in the area provide like sandwiches, pasta, and salad. Comparatively, their pricing is a bit higher than most. They have 2 choices for pizza, round and square, both are pretty good sized. The young lady that took our order was super nice and explained the difference in slices and prices. We ordered the round pepperoni at $27 + $2.77 tax which made the pizza $29.77 and I added a tip of $3.00 which made the pizza total, $32.77. ARPI is a five star manager and provides outstanding service during the lunchtime shift and the people working in the kitchen work hard, but I have mentioned before writing this review the shift change that occurs with the taller woman in charge 4:00pm and later ignores customers in the new year. (She ignored me and another African American man and just continued talking about non-business related things to her coworker. I have given over three chances to--and went twice in March 2025--feel free to look up my rewards points. I won't go past 4pm anymore to this Burbank Location even though they have a cheese slice happy hour special for $2.50. (And other drink specials as well). To Pay $5.25 for one pepperoni overcooked dry slice with hardly any pepperonis stinks. And recently they raised the side of ranch dressing to $1.50. I have been coming here since 2021, when there was more seating for customers in this Prime Location, but they blocked off an entire area making a cramped ambiance. Now the final straw with why I won't come after 4pm, because I came in around 4:15pm and looked at the red glass case, and saw they put a fresh pepperoni pie and a white slice pie. I ordered a slice of each, but it came from the leftover pies in the back. And I asked, why couldn't I get those slices in the case. I was told those are the "display pieces". (With the lunch time, the piece I point to is the piece I get). I was told, "The other ones that I got served from the back were fresh, we just had our changeover at 4pm". And on top of that the RANCH is kept in a red plastic bin unrefrigerated for hours, and you know they have the best homemade ranch but really that should be kept refrigerated. I got 2 slices; spicy pepperoni, which had a nice kick bc of the Arabiatta sauce and a heavenly wonderful baked crust. Extra crispy. My taste buds were frolicking. I also got a Sicilian slice which was a bit heavy on the cheese for me. Pesto and red are also on this one, which I enjoyed. We've been to Prime Pizza in Little Tokyo and was delighted there's one in Burbank when we were running errands in the area. Hubby and I shared: Spicy pepperoni, grandma pie,& meat lovers. I do like their pan shaped pizza more than the round pizza due to the texture of the crust. We still added a slice of White for good measure. We had an email coupon for $7 off and showed it to the cashier, but when we got our receipts he forgot to input it.
