This is very deceptive and sneaky business practices. I will not be doing any more business unless they're willing to resolve this issue. The individual I dealt with was reasonable, but the management is Ludacris. I've called several other iPhone repair shops in town and most of them can do this repair for about $159-$200 for an OEM back screen replacement.
