We came in looking for a new car stereo head unit. We told him the qualities we were looking at: wireless, apple car play, and back up camera compatible. He knew the brand, model and price off the top of his head and told us all the amazing features of the unit. He also offered other units that were missing a feature or two but still enough of what we wanted. We got a great feeling after talking with these guys. The problem wasn't obvious. It was one of those dreaded "it could be this, or it could be that, sort of situations. They spent a LOT of time looking at potential causes and in the end, both they and I agreed, the best course of action was to replace the ABS pump. I RELUCTANTLY approved a near $3500 quote which was hard to rationalize considering the age of the bike. The Service Manager, Eric, completely understood, and it was not a "the customer is always right thing", he got it. Anyway, standing by for the repair to be finished and ready to fork over $3,500 and I get a call. Eric tells me that the mechanic couldn't let it rest either, and doing independent research, he found a possible alternative solution and implemented it. Problem solved! My final bill was a fraction of what I had approved to pay. These guys are cool.
