I worked with MAURICIO over text message and on the phone to describe the details of the job, and they were so easy to communicate with on all the details. They did all this work while I was not available to guide them in person... after they left I found that they accidentally missed one part of the job ... so they came the next morning (on a Saturday) to complete the job and again the results are flawless. He checked my electric panel and in 10 short minutes he told me the problem was with PG & E. He even tried calling them, but as I realized it could be hours before they showed I told him I would get in contact with them. He charged me a very reasonable service charge.
