We were already in town but didn't have our shirts. Every year we take pictures of the family and then we each sign the shirts as memories. It was super important for us to have them. Anyways, now that you understand my desperation, it's time to talk about how Rico saved my life. It was Thursday morning and we needed the shirts by Saturday afternoon. These guys were the first company I called since they said they can do shirts quick on their website and had good reviews on google. I pretty much told them we needed 35 red shirts in like one day and to my surprise, they said it WAS POSSIBLE!!! Friday night came around and I picked up my shirts. There's a social media trend of "the designer who wanted ___" regularly interrupting the…read more"contractor who actually built it" ...Aaron was absolutely the contractor to execute my ideas with an incredible level of patience and expertise despite my weeks of indecisiveness. I had ~30 custom hats made across 2 hat styles, and was deciding between embroidery or heat transfer of what turned out to be a heavily detailed design. He was honest but thoughtful in discussing design constraints, which ultimately led me to being totally blown away by the quality of the final product. It was clear Aaron took the time to have attention to detail to ensure the design and color choice of the heat transfer background would align as best as possible across both hat styles. Couldn't help but say, "WOW" aloud as I finally saw the hats in person. I've worked with them on many projects and will continue to do so--it's clear Aaron and iD Works are the best in the biz.

We have used this company for years and have been happy with the service. Not sure what happened…read morebut when we called the person answering the phone was insolent, hard to hear, a real jokester telling me if they could not get the order done I could come slap him like Will Smith slapped Chris Rock. I thought I had the incorrect number -it was so stupid and unprofessional-so I hung up. My Co-worker called the next day and got the same response and had to pull the information out of "ANDRE." And then got told the same thing about hitting the guy to the question of whether they would be able to get the printing done in time. As we had used them before we thought we would stick with it. Finally got a quote two days later - due to their technical issues with the computer - but really - they could not get me a quote without the computer program??! A this point we went to Bill's copy Shop- did not get the stupid comic routine - got the quote and answers to our questions in a professional way and got the item printed in 24 hours and for 1/3 of the price! We will not use SB Signs and Graphics again.

I initially went to OfficeMax because they're normally quick, but their estimate was that I would take 5 hours (it was empty when I went, but I guess the guy in the print center was the only one there so he couldn't do it right then in case he had to help customers who walked in.). I called Tri-County and they said they could do it on the spot. I walked in, told them what I needed, and they did it then and there. Professional, quick, and affordable. And a cool building/space! Highly recommend for your next project!
