The bad... The arrival leg revealed a lack of caring and attention to detail that was surprising to us given the white glove price. * Clothes and shoes were dumped on the floor of the closet. * Metal kitchen items were loosely packed with delicate ceramics. * Spill-able items, eg salt, olive oil, were not sealed and made a mess. * TV was placed on a stand that was not assembled properly. * The entry lamp was knocked askew. * Large tree branch was broken off and thrown in the yard. The unload crew members were unlike the original crew. They were rushing through the job and kind of hostile. My expectations were probably too high here. The move was really expensive. i thought that meant they would care about us. Nothing here is earth shattering but given the price and reputation of Allied, we expected better. We called Hazelwood. They thanked us for our feedback so hopefully your experience will be different. : ) (I would recommend hiring a separate packing and unpacking service. )
