Incredible demolition and hauling work. Ignacio is an expert and an excellent communicator. We needed to remove a large garden shed and adjoining wood decking that was improperly built by the previous homeowner, suffering from termite and water damage, and filled with rat droppings and random junk. They spent the morning removing everything, and beautifying the area afterwards. Truly amazing work. This wasn't an easy job, but they made it look easy, and I can't believe how quickly years of crust and dilapidation were removed as if nothing had happened. DO NOT RECOMMEND!! We just had our junk picked up that we had already sent photos and they never said to us it would be $650!! We barely had 1/2 a truck full. No electronics, no furniture, just trash. They demanded cash which was never indicated to us!! They finally settled on $300 but we should have to negotiate like this. We had used them before and we had a lot more junk at that time and it was $200! How is this less trash and more than double the cost??? I do not recommend them nor will I use them again. read more

We paid him to take a lot of my dad's old clothes and other household goods to be donated to Goodwill and instead of taking them to Goodwill he lied to us and told us that goodwill wasn't accepting donations (a blatant lie - we've already had called ahead and found out they were accepting ) he took them to the dump and threw them all out. Very professional service. Ignacio and two others came to haul our two very heavy dressers, a broken heavy nightstand, and a little coffee table. We are in a converted victorian home, the upstairs unit of the triplex, so we have stairs and a bit of a weird layout. I was impressed in our initial call where he asked me a few questions that would help him determine what sort of support and tools he would need. He gave us two prices, one with us brining the furniture outside (removes his insurance coverage, so a tad cheaper) and one without. The difference was so low that we went with the full service. I have had other junk hauling companies in the past and found his pricing to be very reasonable for the items we asked him to take away. He communicated well and often as we decided to do a scheduled pick up instead of same day. I think the entire job took around 15-20 minutes. Very impressed and will definitely be using him in the future for any other needs. read more

Useful service offered at a fairly reasonable rate. After gradually hauling junk out of our newly purchased home into our pick up truck to prep for renovations, Hubby got sick of making multiple trips to the junk yard on Turnpike (further than Marborg, but cheaper). A quick search on Yelp offered up rave reviews on Yelp for Ignacio's Same Day Junk Hauling. Gave Ignacio a few calls, eventually caught up with him and texted my address at his request. A few days later he was at my house and gave a bid to remove some freshly cut avocado tree branches and two small blocks of concrete. The quote was a bit high so we opted to remove the greenery ourselves to save $80 and kept him in mind for the concrete blocks. We also sent them home with dozens of avos from our tree because his wife was enamored by them and they were plentiful. The second time I called Ignacio in a pinch. He hasn't available same day but scheduled an appt with me via text for the next day at 8am. By 8:45am the next day he hadn't arrived yet so I reached out. By 9:30am he finally showed up and removed the things we needed taken away. He and his wife were fast and efficient once they were on site and even swept up after. The price was a little higher than the other quote received for about the same amount of stuff but we were desperate to get it out and the junk yard was closed that day so we couldn't do it ourselves. All in all, if you don't have the equipment to move items on your own, I would recommend Ignacio's SDH, just expect some flexibility regarding scheduling and standard pricing. For metal items or appliances, however, I'd recommend the free metal hauling services offered around town. read more

At 8:30 I called and was asked if I had texted and received a reply, and that sometimes he asks people to send the time as well. When he found the texts, he called back and offered half off to pick up the next morning. The next morning, no call, no show. I'd recommend looking elsewhere, the effort wasn't worth any possible money you might save.
