For the rapid response, and the quality of work, and the expertise that comes (if you care to listen), the price becomes affordable at the end of the day. He's a great communicator and explains what's what. Had I the money and wherewithal to build my own home, I'd hire him for advice on how and where to put what. We are so grateful for The Rooter Man. Alberto and his assistant Julian have helped us so many times with the pipes in our old home. During the big rain in December we nearly had flooding in our home when our patio drain backed up.
