The room smelled incredible with essential oils diffusing, it was dark with twinkle lights and created a perfect relaxing environment. You are able to make an appointment online and indicate if there are any areas you do not want to be massaged as well as how intense the pressure can be. Don did plenty of checking in to be sure the pressure was ok but otherwise stayed quiet which is my preference for a massage.
