You may be sensing that something is not quite aligned, even if you cannot fully name it yet.
As a trauma informed Whole Life Coach, I offer a space where you can feel seen, heard, and supported.
I work with individuals and couples who are navigating life transitions or relationship challenges, and may have a sense that something is not quite right but are not sure how to move forward.
What makes my approach different is that I follow the lead of my clients. You choose what we focus on, and I walk alongside you as we explore what matters most at a pace that feels right for you.
Together, we slow down and bring awareness to your thoughts, emotions, body awareness, and patterns. When it feels helpful, I also offer simple tools and practices to support you. From there, new insight and a different way forward can begin to emerge.
You do not have to have it all figured out on your own. Together, we can create a space where you can begin right where you are.
If this resonates with you, you are welcome to reach out for a complimentary 30 minute introductory conversation. It gives us a chance to see if this feels like a good fit for you.
History
Established in 2023.
Open Pathways began during the COVID-19 pandemic, a time when I was seeing how much people were carrying and how few spaces there were to slow down and be supported in a meaningful way.
That experience led me to deepen my training in trauma informed and whole person coaching, so I could walk alongside others with more awareness and care.
Open Pathways grew from both professional training and lived experience, with the intention of creating a space where people can reflect, make sense of what they are going through, and begin to move forward in a way that feels right for them.
Today, my work continues to focus on supporting individuals and couples as they navigate life transitions and relationship challenges with greater clarity and steadiness.
Meet the Business Owner: Cathi G.
Hello and welcome. I’m so glad you’re here.
The way I work is gentle and relational. I believe in slowing down, paying attention, and allowing things to come into awareness in their own time.
This approach has been shaped not only by my training, but also by my own personal journey, which has deepened my understanding of how important it is to have a space where you can be met just as you are.
I follow your lead, without pressure to have things figured out or to move faster than feels right.
Rather than directing or fixing, I walk alongside you with curiosity and care as you begin to notice what matters and what may be asking for your attention.
This work matters deeply to me because I have seen how meaningful it can be when someone feels heard and supported in what they are going through.
