He suggested very thoughtful period centric elements to build in and materials, tiles, and color schemes to ensure our home had the right feel. Before my phone session with Regina, I felt a bit of anxiety. Why? Because I knew she would give me space, love, and undivided attention for me to discover something new within myself. Which is beautiful. And unbelievably daunting for someone like me. Someone who is negotiating between one deeply rooted belief (I'm not worthy of this kind of love & attention) and one newly planted belief (I'm so worthy). Regina is the first person I brought this fragile new belief. I knew she would water it and show me how to keep watering it. In Regina's presence, I surrender. During our session: Regina navigates us through the session by asking questions and then listening deeply. I slow down to match her mindful pace. I stop multi-tasking and sit down. Called, by her presence, to honor this space. Whereby my trapped fears may breathe and then rest. My deepest, most authentic, and true hopes, used to waiting in the wings, get to dance in the light. We uncover the pearl. The 'why' behind my impulse to schedule this session and with her specifically. I tell her: "Regina, I believe I'm worthy...and I need support because I don't want to neglect this belief ever again. I want to live from that belief. How?" She asks me if I'm open to a visualization exercise. I say 'yes,' and every other cell in my body goes 'run!' Historically, visualization exercises didn't seem to work for me. I avoided them because they asked me to envision what I want and deserve. Regina asks me to envision what I want and deserve. And I'm surprised because I unclench my fists. I feel my shoulders rest. I soften. In the present with Regina feels safe. I believe in her desire to pull me out of the quicksand; that is my belief of being unworthy. Regina supports the visualization exercise (which leaves me BEAMING) with a body scan exercise. An incredibly impactful combination. In the past, I've rushed through body scan work. Not with Regina. I listen inward in a way that's so intimate...I cry softly. I've never, NEVER given myself this kind of undivided attention and irrefutable love. After both exercises, I feel - Imagine the purifying and deep exhale as you break the surface after being underwater for...for as long as you can remember. I feel like the color of a warm white. Regina gave me an incredible gift. She gave me space, the courage, and the support to give myself a profound self-love experience. The feeling of warm white has stayed with me since our session. You, reading this, also deserve to believe, resolutely and deeply, that you're worthy. Of what you want and deserve. Perhaps, like me, you need support, a bit of light to show you that belief is already inside and waiting. Regina is that light. read more

She immediately helped me to identify how they may be connected and working on one could really benefit the other. I felt such compassion and safety from her during our sessions. I've always been one to be open to anything if it works for me and typically Integrative Medicine is what bests for me. I was referred to a medical Nutritionist that specializes in helping chronic illness patients. I could write pages about some things that have changed in me since I spoke to you yesterday but I'll tell you I felt almost like bodyaches and chills at night. I thought I was coming down with something like I was sick and I wondered if it had something to do with the session but then I woke up feeling totally fine and maybe even better than fine. But I feel definitely changed/different/transformed.I feel good in my skin today like I like being here with me :-) I feel like I live in a beautiful home (in myself) and don't want to go around looking at everybody else's houses and seeing what's going on inside them and what they're doing.
