What you can do is go to the bookstore and they have a binder of all of their items and someone will run in to get the items for you like a personal shopper. They have hand sanitizer and sanitize the binder between people. Wear your when rolling up. I got some cute baby items for my baby and friends. Another option is ordering online to ship or have it ready at the store - but there may be a processing time for that so you're better off doing the binder process if you're wanting something day of. Yesterday I came into the store and asked a question about shorts that didn't have a price tag. I asked if she could tell me the price she said no go find something similar and use that price. That made absolutely no sense to me so I said So I can just go find something similar and that's the price regardless if it's higher or lower than this item. After I walked away minutes later she came back and then try to assist me properly. Maybe she was having a bad day. Today I walk in the store right after they open and I guess they're having a team huddle. Right at the doorway. I had a return and I wanted to know if I needed to do the return first or if I could do the return when I purchased the other item. As I started to ask my question the lady whom I assume was the manager interrupted me and said if you have a return you can go over there. I said okay but I have a question. She said if you're returning something you can go over there and do the return so I said that's not my question. Finally I asked my question and she gave me the appropriate answer. Don't stand in front of the store where people are walking in and not expect to be interrupted. If you want to hold a team huddle or whatever it was do that in a place where you can't be interrupted not in the entrance of the store. Oh I forgot to mention the same lady that didn't want to help me on the first day was the lady to check me out on the first day and she seems as if she doesn't want to be here or maybe she just isn't a very social person. Either way it's not a good look for the store. Shout out to the lady in the dressing room though she was very kind very nice and I saw her again this morning and she smiled and say good morning and the same bright attitude. I did appreciate her level of service. Okay so I just checked out with Carolina and oh my gosh she was also amazing So I don't know what to say two amazing people and two people that were absolutely not amazing. Gifts for every room in the house, including some very special candles, fragrances, cook books, children's books, dishware, fun garden items, fun greeting cards, and some one-of-a-kind pillows. The list of their items really does go on and on, you really need to visit Macher to experience it all. I am looking forward to visiting Macher for any and all special occasions. And generally I feel like they've bent over backwards to be generous and helpful l 1 less star for a singular negative experience: wouldn't recommend getting anything "assembled for you" and brought curbside though, they tried to offer me a weathered dented bbq and pretend they had no other stock. Thank goodness for actual good customer service inside and the magic of the internet telling me they had 45 in stock... it all worked out in the end after many hoops to jump through but with the return, price correction, retrieving it from an upper pallet boxed... it added 60min to the whole process kudos to the forklift driving lady, customer service and one of the in store guys who I flagged down to help 3 out of 4 of you were still exceptional.

We just asked a simple question and he was insanely rude intentionally trying to embarrass us. Even the guy he was helping was completely annoyed by him. And this happens EVERY time at this MISERABLE Home Depot. - Train your staff better. We as long standing members of the community and business owners, do not like being rude to - especially when we are kind. Luckily Amazon exists. Never going back after that awful experience.
