This looked just like the others, too good to be a truthful listing for sure..But I wanted to at least drive a corvette after the bmws and Porsche's I had been test driving for weeks on end..so I called and set up a viewing, and set my expectations low..the car would be junk, it would pale in comparison to the import racers and then Id quit till covid was no longer the obstacle it became in this already painful process.. Long enough intro? Cuz heres how it ends. Less than an hour after I arrive, Im holding the keys to my Corvette in the middle of a pristine office and immaculate warehouse showroom, In Beautiful Escondido, just seconds from the ocean. The car was epic, and there were three more in the same condition just in case that one wasnt the best decision for me..no need to haggle, no pressure to buy gap coverage or extended warranties or any other standard issue impulse upsale junk. I recently had the pleasure of buying a car from this dealership. The ownership is run by two brothers Artem and John and so it is a family business. Let me first say that they had the absolute best pricing for the Mercedes model and year I was looking for in all of San Diego County (and even all of California and surrounding states). When I was looking for the model I wanted they actually had 2 potential cars in stock both at prices far below the competition. I believe Artem has many years of working auctions and so they get the best cars out there at the best prices. When I wanted a mechanic to take a look at both cars Artem was very helpful in bringing both cars to the mechanic that I chose and both cars were great cars and the Mechanic said they were both in solid condition. Artem and John must be good at selecting the right cars where they buy them and both had low miles. Lastly, I had a few special requests and they saw the entire transaction through and truly treated me like family. I felt they totally went out of their way to make sure I was confident and comfortable with my purchase. Artem even stayed very late at night at work so that my wife who had a late night at her job could come see the car and test drive it. They also threw in several extra service items that I wanted last minute at no additional charge. In short, I highly recommend them and after many years of buying used cars I can say this was my best experience. I test drove 4 other more expensive Mercedes at other car dealerships and they were no where near as nice as the one I bought from Prime Auto Solution. One note, when I picked up the car from PAS, it was detailed to perfection -- either Artem or John must have a professional background in detailing. It shows. We just completed the best car buying experience ever! Artem was very helpful and answered all of our questions. Two examples of the level of integrity with which Prime Auto Solution operates: #1. We were there on a Sunday to see and test drive a 2007 Lexus that my husband had found in an online ad. We decided that we wanted to purchase it. Our credit was run and came back excellent. The only lender available on Sunday, gave an automated offer for a 12% loan UGH! Artem suggested waiting until Monday, so that he could shop a better rate for us. I think that many dealers would not let another day go by when they have a willing buyer in the office. True to his word, he found us a great rate on our loan and we picked the car up the very next day (today)! #2 The ad that my husband had seen for the car mentioned that an extended warranty was available. Again, rather than allowing us to spend unnecessary $$, Artem said that we would never need it on this car. I have recently had the most amazing car buying experience from this dealership. Artem was the most helpful individual! I just want last week to test drive a 4runner that they had. I called them before I came and when I got there and it was very simple to take her out for a test spin. There was no pressure to buy or anything! I have always had 4 specific hard to find cars in mind. They had all of them. I test drove two out of the four because I was pressed for time. The staff was very accommodating. Although, my longtime personal financing institution did not finance non-franchise dealerships. Artem put me in contact with San Diego Credit Union. They financed the car with all paperwork and cut a check for the full amount plus 4 year 48k mile warranty in less than 45 minutes. The car had been stored in the back corner. So the battery was weak. A battery fault came up. It went away the next day; but they still replaced the battery at absolutely no cost to me at all. Thank so much for the great service! read more

We went to Carmax and all the normal dealers and it was awful procedure and not even close to the quality of cars! The owners that run Prime are so calm and easy and enjoyable to work with.
