Purchased a vehicle from these people with a no accident Carfax report. I was kind of curious as to why they did not give me a full tank of gas. As it turns out one of the gas tanks had a break in it it smells like gas when you get over half a tank. That cost me $4000. Tried to make me pay $250 to bring the car back within three days if I didn't want it. Pretty sure that's illegal. I've repaired several things on this vehicle. This not so much my issue it had to have 80,000 miles on it when I purchased it. My gripe is things are coming to a head after having the car for a couple of years and they're Mickey Mouse repairs are failing There was no disclosure of the broken gas tank. There was no disclosure of the broken fuse panel in the passenger on the passenger side. There is no disclosure of the front end repair damage. The zip tied repairs are falling apart. When I turn my car to the right things rub now. The supports which pass in front of the frame to hold the support the nose of the car are two different elevations, one is about 3 inches lower than the other one. All of this being said, I have not had any accidents with the car. This is not my first Corvette. I'm very familiar with how to park and drive a sports car without damaging the front end. There's been an issue in this subject with this vehicle from the day I bought it, I thought it was configured a little differently and I just needed to get used to it. Now I realize why locations where it did not rub or scrape on approach now rub and scrape. I've never posted a negative yelp review on anyone. But I'm getting tired of paying thousands of dollars to repair items that these people knew were bad when they sold it to me. I know their previous user use this card for what they call it street circles I accidentally hit the preset for the seat and American configuration and the mirrors pointed down to the rear tires and the seat rose up high in the sky Don't buy anything from Prime automotive. Their name should be slime automotive I am required at a star rating in order to post. Unfortunately, there are no negative star options so I will post at one star as apparently I'm required to have a star rating in my comment. Don't know if you can tell, but I'm pissed read more

I saw so many wonderful reviews of this place that mentioned their no pressure and honest approach so when I found a car here I really loved the look of, I called to test drive. They said they had it and asked me what time I wanted to come down and I mentioned I'd be there in 30 min. When I arrived I was not immediately greeted, despite there being 3 men standing there talking and looking at me. Im not sure if being a solo female on a used car lot had anything to do with it, but it kind of felt like they didn't take me seriously. Long story short, I was serious, but they didn't get my money. I walked up and identified myself and they let me know they would get the keys and move the car for me to drive. Which one of the men did, and just left it running and told me to check it out. He was very very hands off about the whole thing, which is probably fine for some people but I really didn't know much about the car and he didn't offer much more than the simple answers to my questions. He DID mention that he recommends getting a 3rd party to do a pre-sale inspection on it... which I really really appreciated and it made me feel safe and comfortable... like there's no fear from him that this car is worthy. Otherwise, he seemed almost like he'd rather be talking to his buddy again, then selling a $50k car. He let me take it for a drive solo, which I appreciate since we are in a pandemic. I unfortunately (fortunately?) didn't like the car. It was a luxury brand that I admire, but if felt and smelt like plastic and I just wasn't impressed. Which is fine with me because I also felt that way about the dealer. When I returned he asked how it went and let him know I didn't love it but would think about it. He simply accepted this (thank you!) and let me know if I did want it, to just call him and tell him to hold it for my mechanic of choice. I wouldn't AVOID this dealership, but I didn't get the warm fuzzies I'd like to feel as a valued customer, this time around. read more

Terrible to deal with. I was purchasing a car and found the exact one I was looking for. I was actually looking nationwide but this car is a little more rare. I did my credit application. Once approved I set up an appointment to come down and see it. They said it drove great and tthe only problem was that the gps did not work. They said they were having it fixed. I confirmed with them that that I would be there in 30 minutes as scheduled. I arrived at the place and nobody was there. I called their number and another guy answered and said the other salesperson was on a test drive. Guess what, they were selling the car I had already made a deal on. I ended up test driving it and the air suspension was no good. It is an Lexus LS460L and it bounced around like it had zero rear shocks and pulled extremely hard to the right. The repair for it is about $5k. They never even called back. Terrible dealer. Go to someone that you can trust. These people are very slimey! read more
